we were upgraded to the 8th floor suite. It had a private balcony with table, chairs and a mini pool! Coofer station every day in our room, slippers, large luxourios shower, towels, pool towels, comfortable king bed, and so much more The dinner food could have been better. We weren't impressed.

Location was amazing and close to Plaza Cataylan which had great bus transfers going everywhere. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Clean and modern hotel rooms. Nothing comes to mind here.

Excellent location. Just 5 minutes walk from airport bus stop, plenty restaurants and shops around. Close to many main attractions. Friendly staffs. Comfortable beds, room is clean.

The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. The hotel is very clean, well appointed rooms with amenities galore, and excellent beds & bedding. Kate at the front desk was so gracious & helpful with all of our needs & questions. Thank you Kate! Thank you to Francesco was professional & assisted with luggage & extra room needs. We liked everything about the hotel.
