I love the room itself and the location is also very nice What I didn’t like is that toilet amenities are upon request, arrived late and nothing was there I didn’t really like to wait for it. But it’s not too important, everything else was great!

The location was great, room is beautiful & breakfast was exceptional - food was of a high standard and staff was pleasant and very helpful. Can’t fault the breakfast team at all. The room is clean, well designed and modern. Design of hotel is tasteful and a real relaxation haven when you return from the busy city. Nice special touches in the room like thoughtful guest gifts. Reception staff. They aren’t welcoming when checking in. Not friendly at all. When checking out, we were overcharged for breakfast and only after we paid the bill, did we see that they charged us for an extra breakfast every day. We had settled the account so had to be refunded and checkout was a confusing mess. They cancelled our room cards after paying the bill even though we said we were not checking out, so we could not access our room to get luggage. Reception staff did not send anyone to assist with luggage collection in room. The front desk staff services need to be more streamlined, efficient and definitely more friendly. Not up to 5-star standard. Rest of the staff were amazing.

Amazing hotel, modern and elegant. Good adjustment option for everything in the room (lighting, heating) to make it comfy for own taste. Very attentive and friendly staff, delicious breakfast including local specialties and a la carte options. Beautiful spa & fitness area in the basement, which we didn't make use of (due to lack of time in only a weekend) but had a quick look. The location is perfect, in the middle between the harbor area and Sagrada Familia / Park Guell on the other side. Everything walkable (if you like walking, it is still a distance but absolutely possible - we walked everywhere).

Well located. Beautiful rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff, always ready and available to help. Good management and concierge, really helpful, they anticipate your needs. I strongly recommend.

Wi-Fi was the only thing that was not that great; it was slow to the point of being unusable. I ended up using my personal hotspot for the duration of the trip.

The staff, location, room, everything was amazing. From the moment our taxi stopped in front of the hotel, there was a staff member there to greet us. The room was super clean and had a handwritten welcome note and a gift. Before arriving, I had made a few requests regarding the room and minibar, and I was happy to see that they had obliged to all of them. The staff were helpful throughout the stay, whether it was helping us get a taxi or assisting with the bags. The concierge service was excellent as well.
