Room service was bad , the cleaning staff visit and use the same bedsheet and go with out doing anything

I sent them email before going there to have an early check in and it was important for me, but unfortunately they haven’t replied and I went there but the room was not ready and it was a big trouble for me. But the my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Room is well equipped. The room needs a big mirror outside the bathroom. The only available one is in the bathroom and not full size.

We had a quick stay. Everything went well. Location is not the best because you have to ride a train or taxi to everywhere but it's next to a grocery store which was very nice. Price is a bit high but that's ok.

The breakfast was very good and good value, Great location and short distance from Metro station. The sound proofing was very poor and got disturbed quite a bit at night. One night at midnight children were running through the apartment above, another night people coming back at 4 am and making a lot of noise. Because of the staircase running through the middle of the hotel sound carried from floor to floor and room to room.. The air conditioning in the room didn't work very well as it was set at 33 degrees. Beds uncomfortable. There was building works going on while we were there and drilling started at 8am also this meant the stair case was blocked off between level 1 and ground and the only way up and down was via the small lift (2-4 people) if you don't like lifts and small spaces this was not very good. It also meant you had to wait sometimes a long time for the lift as it was shared with building works and cleaning staff.

Great location, walking distance to many attractions. The hotel has been recently renovated which add a lot to the previous comfort. Very nice new look! I have been coming to this hotel for many years, this year I tried breakfast. It is worth it! The new beds are too soft for my taste but all in all I give it a 9. Beds are too soft for my taste.
