The room was very modern and comfortable. The staff of the hotel were some of the most helpful and accommodating I've ever had.

The staff are lovely and friendly. The room is clean, albeit small. Location is super convenient, near lots of transport links and a good neighbourhood. Aesthetically great looking hotel, nice rooftop area with great view. There is no minibar and fridge in the room and no tea/coffee facilities, and no pool, despite the really high prices. Feels like at least a minibar and tea/coffee facilities would be welcome given the price.

The hotel is very nice with helpful staff. Our room was clean with nice view, quite big and the bathroom was also spacious. The shower was great. Breakfast was also very good. We would love to stay again at this hotel. They have their own method of paying 1 night in advance. It almost made me cancel the reservation, because it felt a bit off. At the end, I paid and everything was fine, but would recommend impovements on this subject - at least better informing.

The friendlines of the reception desk (always), the cleanliness of the room, the bed made daily, new towels and bedsheets.. I have stayed at many hotels and some quite expensive and some were so far below the servie I got here. The metro is super close! Also the area is walkable for those like myself that enjoy it. The building walls are thin and could get quite noisy. But this is how it is in Barcelona..

Breakfast was great. No wash cloth. They spray something in the room with gave me a hard time to breath and my lungs started hurting after a while.

The location is very convenient, which is definitely one of its strong points. The bathroom was clean, and the room was cleaned every day. I didn’t try the breakfast, but it was also very convenient to have a 24-hour supermarket very close to the hotel. The people were very nice too. The internet worked relatively well for me, which was a plus. Overall, a good experience. The beds and some of the room materials feel a bit old-fashioned, but this is just an observation and it did not affect my sleep at all.
