It was clean and quite No drop off. No enough staff to help. Basics service.

Staff was excellent, loved that the property had a gym onsite, and that they provided free bottled water.

Good pressure shower, great location, big bed with comfortable pillows and duvet and good having a full sized fridge to use. Good iron and ironing board provided. There needs to be more care and attention paid to the rooms - they are definitely not worth the price or the current rating. Our stay was average. There was no mirror in the room despite there being a dressing table (the only mirror is in the bathroom), there was a lack of kitchen items (for 2 people we had 1 plate, 1 pasta bowl and 1 fork. There were no sharp knives, cooking spoons or cutting boards available even after requesting), poor air conditioning (most days the room was warmer than the outside temperature and struggled to bring the temperature down by more than 2 degrees from starting point), the bathroom was starting to get mouldy and was dirty in places, the bathroom mirror needed replacing and the towel rail and certain elements were rusty. The coffee mugs provided did not fit on the machine and no kettle was available. There is no separation between the entrance door and the sleeping area so all noise carried from the corridor - we were woken early on a number of occasions by other guests and staff making noise in the corridor. The hairdryer provided required you to hold in a button to operate but this was very small and difficult compared to others I have experienced. The shower drained very slowly and overspilled onto the floor. Bathroom had other issues - water damage to ceiling, warped door etc. Overall, disappointing for the price paid and given we had relied on previous reviews saying this was a good/excellent property. The room was very spacious and self contained. I stayed on the 3rd floor and had a good view of the quiet street below Metro station was just a few minutes walk away Staff was very friendly and taught me a few Spanish sentences Did not have a kettle for hot water but has a nespresso machine

Location is good, safe and quiet in the evening with supermarkets and café nearby. The room is quipped with a tiny kitchen which is super convenient.

Locations was excellent the noise at 2am, 3am 4am, 4am with people talking with disregard in the street and being noisey
