The wifi was broken when I checked in and I reported it that same evening, as I was travelling whilst working and needed internet. They said they would fix it promptly, but when I checked out 2 days later, it still was still broken.

Location was great. It had all the things that were stated. Neighborhood was quiet enough. Easy to get to a metro or bus station. Easy to get hold of people if needed. Shower didn't drain properly at first. The shower water was cold the one morning (maybe the other guests used the hot water not sure.. flat above us was a bit noisy.

The room was extremely cold and the AC is central can’t be fixed. Other than that, it’s good for quick trips

The location. The AC was set too high, and the room was freezing cold. When I asked the staff, they told me it wasn’t possible to turn it off because the system is centralized for the entire building ?

Since there is no reception, staff answered the phone promptly, and the check-in/check-out process is fully digital. A bit overpriced for what it offers.

The room was nothing in appearance like the photos on the site. You should be authenic - either update the room with a fresh coat of paint/decor or update the photos online

Clean basic room. No staff - keyless entry that did not work on the first night.

Third time staying here, and it won't be the last! My favourite location in the city, spotless rooms, easy check-in service. What's not to love! Looking forward to my next visit.

Location was kinda nice Not like a photo... kind of expected but it was dark,,i could hear all the noises from other room.. I had helped person who had trouble to enter the hotel room.. Seems instruction was not sent or not clear
