Very clean, comfortable accommodations in an excellent location. Nice kitchen with spacious living/dining area. Communications with the staff was exceptional!

The location and the assistance from the staff. They were so accommodating. If I have to say something, I’d say the temp inside was a little warmer than I like, even with the AC on, it stayed warm inside.

We loved the property and every moment we stayed there happily recommend it to all holidaymakers. The pool is excellent and really saved us during the recent heat wave conditions. Not much to whine about here as the property was as it was described in the Booking advertising.

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, kid-friendly environment. Marcia, Katerina, Pietro and Neto were responsive and informative. No balcony furniture.

Clean and well equipped apartment, with two bathrooms. The modestly-sized communal pool and patio downstairs are nice additions. The apartment was too small for a booking that was supposedly for 6 adults. There were 5 of us for the majority of our stay (which was just about OK), but had a one night overlap where we were with 6 of us. Besides the limited interior space of the apartment itself, the “double” bed/sofa is most definitely too small to comfortably sleep two adults, so I slept on an inflatable bed instead.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very clean and larger/more spacious than others we stayed at during out trip. Location was excellent - Gràcia station just steps away, easy to get taxis right outside along Via Agusta. Beds were comfy, noise not an issue, A/C worked great, plenty of hot water for showers, etc. A big bonus for us were the free-to-use washer and dryer. Did not use the pool or surrounding outside area but it looked nice. Overall a great place to stay for a visit to Barcelona - away from the more touristy, crowded areas but easy access via train, taxi or walking. Highly recommended.

Perfect central location, the apartment has everything you need in terms of facilities and the little pool is a nice plus for hot days. Communication was also very professional, we can only recommend!

Nice modern and clean apartment with lots of space. Located on a busy street but is mostly quiet at nights and 2 bedrooms are located away from the street. Location in Gracia neighborhood is a bit further away from most sights but easy access to many metro stations and bus stops nearby. Staff was helpful to troubleshoot blown fuse quickly. Thick memory foam beds get a bit sunken in feeling at times. We had noisy neighbours upstairs partying until 2am on a Friday night and you could hear it from our bedroom. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms to ventilate out any bad smells. Staff doesn’t give you options for help getting to airport and only offers higher priced pre arranged transportation. Didn’t get my checkin codes at the promised checkin time and had to wait standing outside building for 30 mins

We loved everything! The location was super nice and convenient, the apartment was spacious and clean, the staff was super nice and very responsive. We had a wonderful week of stay! The bed and sofa are a bit old and not in the most comfortable condition.

The hosts were very responsive to my questions and helped arrange to fix an issue with the heating system. The location was very good as well, and the periodic cleaning service was helpful. I was concerned about the laundry being in a shared space in the building, but it was easy to use and it was almost always available. I think the apartment would be fine for a few nights' stay, but it was lacking some key elements to make a longer stay comfortable: 1) The kitchen is very very minimally stocked, and while there was an oven, there was no baking dish or tray to cook with. There is also virtually no pantry space. 2) There is not enough closet space for clothes for more than 2 people. 3) There is no coat rack or any place to organize coats and shoes in the entrance. 4) The couch is not very comfortable to sit on. 5) The hot water could barely make it through two showers, and 6) The space felt rather cramped.

Great location, new furniture, warm in winter, near metro and Gràcia services (local market, shops, walking distance to Gaudì houses, plaza Catalunya and Ramblas). Nice terrace and lovely swimming pool.. nice to see even during Xmas time! Hot water is not always available (but we were 5).

Everything! All the little details. The apartment was spacious and we really enjoyed the Gracia neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The pool and courtyard were a welcomed bonus on hot summer days. The kids really enjoyed it! The pool floor is in need of some repairs. It felt like a tarp coming loose so it wasn't flat but had rather large air pockets. My daughter slightly cut her foot on a broken plastic cover.
