Amazing location!

Nice location, very clean, exactly as on the pictures. We had a late flight and checked in after midnight. Wifi, sometimes cannot connect because of too many people (that’s what it says when you try).

Location Cocroaches coming out of the pillow, staff saying to contact booking.com and not helping in any way. Long communication with booking.com, didn't get my issue resolved and refunded in 5+ days ----------- EDIT Property response to my review states they offered me a replacement room. This is simply a lie to try to save their face or cover up their scam-like practices. 1. The person at reception did not offer ANYTHING except contacting booking.com. 2. Booking.com said they tried but could not contact anyone at the reception while I was calling booking.com support while standing in front of reception. 3. It was late at night and cold outside already, I was with a kid and a pregnant wife. I could not keep standing and waiting for miracles. I was denied any help on reception and booking.com said they can't contact reception. So I paid for another place in Barcelona which was great. 4. The email that I received from booking.com was on next day after my booked period at Hostal Argo started. But in reply to my review of this property, the property is intentionally lying about this fact, they say they offered a replacement room IMMEDIATELY which is false. I repeat - reception worker did not offer ANYTHING except contacting booking.com and booking.com told me during the phone call that they can't contact the reception so I had no choice but to book another place so my family doesn't have to sleep under the bridge in the cold. I booked this place for 22-26 December, I will try to attach an email screenshot where it's visible that the offer I got for replacement room was sent to me on December 23. But booking.com will probably not allow it. Basically this property and possibly booking.com if they are collaborating with them, are scammers refusing to take accountability and give me back my money that they took for service they failed to deliver.

Location, friendly staff, clean room, clean private bathroom, and common room with hot water and coffee. Room was small.

The location is pretty near with Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, Diagonal, etc. Clean and comfortable room. 24 hours reception. Free water and tea. The pillow is too small. I prefer the scent in the hallway more than the scent in the room

High price of the room faifly basic accomodation

Position, price, elevator, own bathroom. Everything was as expected, good value for money

Excellent location, city center, near to everything: pharmacy, supermarkets, cafes and bakeries.The staff cleaned the room every day, changed towels and bedding. The terrace was also one of the best part of the room. Very kind stuff and neighbours were calm too. We could listen music, no one was bothered. The room was small for 3 people. I would recommend it only for two because we didn’t have enough space for luggage and all the stuff. Air conditioner was very strong. In the room we could turn it off, but on the corridors was very cold.

The room was clean.sns decorated simply. I love the heigh celings. Best location I saw a roach in the coming room but I think it came in from out side. No roach anywhere else

Location was great. Emilia at the front desk was absolutely lovely and helpful. The room was clean, confortable and had a tiny balcony that we enjoy very much. Nothing

The most basic complaint is that the windows don't have good isolation. In the night it felt like the window was open and you could see the curtains moving. It felt cold. The room could be cleaner when we got it.

This is a great value place, excellent location downtown and close to attractions and sightseeing. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. It was a little warm in the room when we got there, but we called the front desk and they reduced the temperature. I specifically appreciated the 24 hour front desk. The only negative thing for me was that we were on the 1st floor, and the street is very busy with cars and motorcycles.We could hear a lot of that in our room. Definitely ask for a room on the upper floors- and the picture of the woman looking out the balcony on the hotel website is from the upper floors.
