This is a beautiful property. This was my third time staying in Barcelona and my first time at this property, it’s safe to say it will be where I stay from here on out Nothing

Great location, comfortable rooms, lots of extras (coffee, snacks), and the staff were incredibly accommodating.

Host was very welcoming. The room was spacious, immaculate and quiet . It actually does feel as if you are in a home ….communal kitchen, washing ms home, big sitting area and breakfast room with a great coffee maker and array of fruit, sweets and crackers available all day Had a little trouble finding it. A small sign was on the inside part of the iron door frame… only visible from one side and one could easily pass by without seeing it! We did!!!

Great location in Eixample area with lots of cafes, restaurants and sights close by. Homey feeling. Really comfortable bed. Spacious room #6 with separate sitting area and courtyard view. Room #6 quiet. Needs some updating like new flooring in hall, freshen up paint. Not a fan of digital access for main gate. If you forget phone it would be a problem.

The lovely sitting/ dining area was most welcome for coffee, water, and snacks as needed throughout the day, as well as provided lovely views of the city while enjoying your cafecito.

I really enjoyed that they had a shared space with unlimited coffee and snacks. The location was phenomenal and had a lot close with great food. The water for the shower made odd noises, and the hot water didn't last as long as I would have liked.

The only thing that I didn't like was the noise from the road outside, but that's not something that you can control. I wouldn't have chosen a different room even if I could have because having the balcony was worth it.

Luckily there is an elevator but you will have to go up a few floors if you decide to take the steps. If you have trouble finding the entry door it is just to the left of a small convenience store and has two address numbers on it.

Location was great, most of the attractions easily walkable plus lots of options to eat in the area. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the communal area was cosy and the free snacks and treats were so appreciated! The room I stayed in could have used a fresh coat of paint.

Spartan amenities. No tissues. Not enough shower gel or shampoo for 2 people. Room size was good. Closet hanger rod too far off floor.

The room was cleaned every day, the location is very good, there is a pleasant lounge with coffee and treats, the management and staff are kind.

The room was larger than some of the hotel rooms and Airbnb's that we stayed in. It was quiet and super comfortable. I loved all the treats in the common area.

Outstanding location Noisy. The intersection outside is busy 24/7

There’s no breakfast, but snacks are ok, a bit on the sweet side. The coffee machine is good, and it also has hot water for tea. The herb tea selections are good. The fruit basket is great. I wish they could let us make some boiled eggs for breakfast, or they can prepare some boiled eggs for guests in the morning.

The most amazing experience !!! Espectacular lugar ! Location,location,location !!! Was more that we expect will be back for sure !

It was a lovely location and nice and quiet at night.

LOCATION!! We were on a Gaudi kick so this was perfect area for us. Short walk to metro & main strips like Garcia & La Rambla. Option to have daily cleaning. 24 hour to coffee/tea station as well as snacks No complaints.

Perfect location and perfect size room for the 3 of us! Nothing. Everything was perfect!
