Loved the modern, comfortable feel of the hotel mixed with traditional touches. Located perfectly in the heart of Barcelona. Even though our room was on the front of the property, you couldn’t hear any outside noise. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I have nothing bad to say

Perfect location, close to main activities in Barcelona by walking. Friendly staff , nice and clean rooms. As being tourists we were out during all day. The hotel had a roof top however it was open until 5 pm so we were not able to see it. I wish it could be open until later hours so that we could enjoy it as well.

Nothing The room was so small I had to put my suitcase on the bed to open it. It was supposed to be a double room but it wasn’t even sufficient as a single room. The staff was argumentative and unfriendly.

Location is amazing. I love H10 brand in general! Dramatic entrance in a renovated historical building! Lovely staff! Nice view from rooftop! Sad to say that this hotel is not accessible friendly. I love the dramatic staircase entrance but it does not welcome people who are disabled or elderly. Yes, there is a special side entrance that is accessible, but it is very unattractive & makes you feel like a 3rd class citizen. One should NOT have to feel “less welcome” if you happen to have an injury, wheelchair or elderly. Also there was no “close to elevator “ option for us because we booked the least expensive room. However I think accommodations could have been made for us to be closer than the furthest room from the elevator! Staff was very pleasant. I had such a great experience with H10 Madison & Cubik so I stayed loyal to H10 but the accessibility issue made me rethink the brand..

our room faced the street and it was extremely noisy because a bus stop was outside our window. There were literally dozens of people congregated and speaking loudly on the sidewalk until 1:00 AM.

Very small rooms, and small wardrobe, could hardly store there any clothes

The location The reception and staff treated us poorly. They were rude and only tried to cause problems rather than fix things.
