Good location, easy check-in and 24/7 reception staff. Nice water in the rooms. Spacious bathroom. The aircon was not great. Our room key would stop working randomly.

Great customer service and location, the room was comfortable, the hotel location was perfect. The Metro was close by. Breakfast was good. Just felt the breakfast room was a little cold feeling. It could use some color changes to warm it up and enhance the experience. But overall, the breakfast was good.

Convenient location for walking to most activities. Also excellent breakfast with a wide variety of everything. Staff was very helpful in setting up taxi service and orienting us to the city. Nothing to complain about.

Great location Pleasant helpful staff. Lobby cool and clean Effective aircon in rooms Although we wanted a city break, it would have been good to have an area to relax in at the hotel - Pool area below expectation - very small - would have to get very close and personal to anyone else using it - no facilities up there. Fridge not working Would have been good to have moisturiser supplied, probably more useful than shoe horn? I don’t see value for money.

The position and the staff It wasn’t really clean as for example even on the toilet flush button there was dust + swimming pool is really small. Doesn’t really look like a 4* hotel.

We were pleasently suprised with the stay in the hotel. The staff was friendly and provided us with all the amenities. The location is great, just in the heart of the city. N/A.

The staff, especially Alex, helped me, a 78-year old woman traveling alone in a foreign country, with all my needs and requests. I felt very welcome and at home. The lack of washcloths, not just hand towels and bath towels (which were of high quality). But I have traveled enough outside the United States to understand that this is common in most hotels.
