Loved the atmosphere, the facilities, full of young people and lovely energy. Amazing rooftop with views of Sagrada Familia and even far out to the sea. Also worth to mention the room was extremely clean. Everything was perfect, except for one thing. We were in a private 4 bed room and there was no storage room at all, like only 4 hangers for jackets and we had to live out of our luggage for the entire stay. I know in the shared rooms each guest has a drawer or something. Here there was nothing at all.

Very good hostel in the centre of Barcelona. The hosts are friendly and open, the communication is easy and uncomplicated. The rooms and the overall facility is clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped, with separate bath and shower rooms. The location is excellent, close to a metro station and just few minutes away from the Sagrada Familia.

I truly enjoyed the people I shared the room with! But for the Generator itself, the staff was very nice at check in and check out. The place is hoping with energy and fun. Not bad distance from Metro. A very good place and concept for a hostel! The elevators are slow and frankly only two for such a large place? They should rethink that! They have add ons that increase the costs: 1st hostel that didn't have towel, bring your own which then possibly means wet packing! 1st Hostel that didn't offer to hold bags, they have pay for time lockers. The bathroom was clean and good but very small in the room, roughly 2'6"x2'6" space to maneuver.
