Comfortable and clean The codes don’t work. It was a huge problem to get inside the first times. Not even just the first nothing works. Also the locker stop closing in the second day. Crazy. And you don’t have even a reception. It was very bad organized

I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I checked in. spotless, very comfortable, and had a great view of the city. I highly recommend staying in this property. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer are available in the property. I will definitely return on my next visit!

The hostel was very clean and it felt like a very safe and welcoming environment. Overall an enjoyable experience. The lack of a hob was the only negative, as it limited what I could cook for myself.

Just the location and the place but not the people They didn’t let you leave the bags there after check out. There are no women room.

It was actually very clean. Everything is new ! It was a bit complicated at first to understand the access link to the hostel but then everything got easier.

The location was perfect, so central and 20 to 30 minutes walk from all the big things. It was safe and the private room was incredible with the cutest balcony! Nothing!

The location was good. Space to eat and drink with 1 fridge, 2 microwaves, 2 water cookers and 2 Dolce Gusto coffee makers. -There is no one at the reception. They want to safe money on staff. Other hostels have reception staff 24/7. Everything is by phone and Whatsapp with people that are not the most helpful and customer friendly. The only staff member is one or sometimes 2 cleaning ladies. Unfortunately it gave me an unsafe feeling, since the two big rooms are mixed rooms with no key/card. -The lights in the common areas work with a sensor, they go out fast, meaning eating or showering in the bathroom it goes dark. -They ask for a deposit and pay it back almost 2 weeks later. In my situation they wanted to charge me 35 euros Tuesday afternoon and I was leaving Thursday morning. Doesn't make sense to me because it's a very old apartment with almost everything used, worn out, clogged piping and already mal functioning. -If I had no choice I would stay there. That was my situation, other hostels were fully booked and this one was cheap, about 150 for a week and nearest to where I was. -They wanted people to label their food and beverages but there were no labels. Food and beverages without labels, they throw it away. When I requested labels, they answered me that food must be labeled. There was no way of having a normal communication with some of these people.

Location was great. Was clean and a good value. Staff was helpful and friendly. No ac or minisplit, so was hot at night. Had to keep window open so lots of street noise.

Excellent location. Very close to major bus stops, including hop-on-off buses. Many restaurants and shops in the area too. Staff was brilliant. The elevator did not stop on that floor, but luckily the accommodation is on the first floor (thus only one flight of stairs), so very easy unless like me you use a wheelchair.
