Location to metro as I traveled a distance to go see the Morset monastery. Check in was a little clumsy as they wanted my password port AND credit card via email days before check in.... that may be a little uncomfortable, but I now understand why they ask for it… They have no solid reception in place

Comfortable & clean Had to get a call out for broken door handle to our room. Couldn’t gain access and sat on the stairs from 1030 to 11:30 pm waiting for the man to come ,eventually fixed.

The best thing about this place is the location. It is just steps away from Paseo de Gracia, and there is a nearby entrance to the metro. The lady at the front desk is amazing.

The location The room was so small we could not open both of our suitcases at the same time. There were ants. in the room The shower was bad The elevator was only for luggage; that was deceitful. They told us the city tax had gone up for April, after we left the hotel and asked us to pay the difference, even though we had already paid it up front.

Great location - surrounded by great (not too touristy) restaurants, yet in a walking distance from some of the top attractions. Great staff, amazing hospitality and the room is well equipped with all the necesities. Nice rooftop terace.

Great location, close to the metro and shopping. Lift for luggage was handy instead of lugging cases up stairs. Having a mini bar in the room was good. Mini supermarket very close, great coffee shops nearby.
