Alfredo is the best staff in this place. So nice, accommodating and so helpful. The place is centrally located, near the major shopping areas and the subway. We had a very nice stay at Casa Gracia :) N/A

Excellent location . Property is in a historical building that has been modified with modern amenities including an elevator ( our other building didn’t have it !!) . Kitchen is spacious with sufficient utensil and love their terrace ? you meet diverse group of people that further enriches your experience. Loved the balcony in our room ! AC in the room can get loud and the bath area is quite compact - need some time to adjust

The location, the cleanliness. The air conditioning was not working properly. It was too hot in the room and we could not sleep well because of it. A room can be very clean, very nice looking, but if the air conditioning is not working during late Spring or Summer, that subtracts a lot of points in terms of value. I know it's cheap, but it's not a freebie either.

The bathroom smells bad

The staff were very rude. When I arrived, one guest was checking in and all three receptionists were helping that one person. I had to wait over 30 minutes even though I was very tired from a long trip. The receptionist did not apologize for the wait and completely ignored me. It then took another 30 minutes for me to check in. I asked where the kitchen and laundry were, and she only said “1st floor.” When I went to the first floor, it was in the middle of construction (as shown in the photo). It clearly was not a kitchen or laundry. I asked the same receptionist again, and she again only said “1st floor.” The reception staff really need better training. It was very unprofessional. This happened on February 19th around 9 pm. The receptionist was a woman with long black hair, and she had an acne cream on her chin. She looked very unhappy with her job. When I checked out, I asked to leave my suitcase. The morning staff told me to leave a good rating in front of her so I could leave my suitcase for free. I refused and paid €5 instead. Staff should not ask customers for good ratings in exchange for services

The location was outstanding! The pillows were horrible! The sign said the bottled water was free, but at the end of my stay I was charged for water!

Clean and beautiful place. The patio is so peaceful and calm. It was great to rest or play guitar. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The kitchen was clean and spacious. My room was very clean and had a table in it to use for laying something on it or for reading. Nice touch. The kitchen needs more dishes and cooking utensils. Also there should be instructions on how to use the strove as I couldn’t figure out how to cook. I’ve used all kinds of stoves but this was tough.
