Lovely staff, very comfortable, location close to Metro into Pl Catalunya. Hotel is really quiet. On reflection, would have preferred a location nearer the sea.

Everything was perfect! So homely and friendly. The cleaningladies was lovely. The massage top 10. The dinner in the small room and the breakfast was super! Surrounded with a beautiful garden and park. The bed was 10/10!!! We had a wonderful stay here. Will definitely come back! Thank you! <3 // Therése Only the white cards. Did not function very well. And to the white furniture it is hard to see for elder people. And the lightning buttons abit difficult to master.

Very nice and cozy hotel in a quite area. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Sauna was private for only 2 of us. Unfortunately, in December garden was closed, but I think it's great to have a meal there. Everything was fine

The hotel is elegant and very clean, with excellent service and friendly The location is a bit far from the city center, and transportation can be slightly challenging. Prices are also on the higher side.

Location was OK and quiet. I like a hotel a bit out of the busy city centre, but that's personal. The city centre was still very reachable by metro. The hotel itself was awesome. Spacious rooms, amazing bathroom, wonderful spa and the breakfast was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. Nothing really. The only weird or rather unnecessary thing was that our towels were refreshed two to three times a day. But if this is the only complaint I can think of, you know how good it really was.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location itself is lovely — quiet, residential, and surrounded by greenery. The restaurant’s three-Michelin-star team delivers beautifully prepared dishes, and we appreciated the concept of a guest-only lunch tasting, which adds a sense of exclusivity for those staying at the hotel. On arrival, after carrying our own bags down to reception, we were simply gestured to wait in front of the desk until the staff member was ready to check us in—rather than being invited to sit or offered a refreshment, as one might expect at a property of this calibre. On departure, there was again no dedicated porter service; a front-desk staff member kindly assisted, but we ultimately found ourselves helping her carry our own bags down the stairs and out to the taxi. Room service, though well prepared, consistently took a long time to arrive and was never cleared the same day, as there seemed to be no pickup service in place. Our junior suite was also considerably smaller than anticipated; the living area was compact and didn’t quite resemble the more spacious layouts shown online. When we inquired about a possible change, we were told the hotel was fully booked, with no follow-up or alternative offered. The suite itself showed several maintenance issues—black scuff marks on the parquet and walls, a broken hair dryer, and curtains that didn’t fully close. Small details, but ones that could have easily elevated even a modestly sized room had they been addressed. Instead, combined with the overall lack of warmth and attentiveness, the stay began to feel more like a serviced apartment than a five-star hotel. Service throughout felt polite but disengaged. Between breakfast and lunch, for instance, there was no staff presence in the garden—no one came by to offer coffee, water, or light service. The gym was compact and minimally equipped, missing a treadmill or any broader wellness concept such as yoga or guided movement. The hotel’s neighborhood is undeniably beautiful—quiet, leafy, and distinctly Barcelonian—yet somewhat removed from the city’s main attractions. It would have been wonderful to receive thoughtful recommendations on nearby cafés, boutiques, or hidden corners to explore, especially given our nearly week-long stay.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The spa and food were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable.

The hotel is small and friendly. The staff make you feel special and address you by name, giving a personal touch. The breakfast was high quality and excellent, plenty of choice and served to our table. Love the spa facilities. Everything was perfect. The hotel is a bit away from the main town centre although the metro and taxis are outside, so fine for us.
