The hotel was nice, also good quiet location. Staff said I have great room, it was corner room with window to a middle space of the building which means there was no light. Also very noisy, I hesrd every guest, I didnt use any sign to clean my door od DND, usually it means they wont enter the room, but a man from staff knocked on my door and opened it right away, I didnt even get to the door to open it and when I asked what he wanted, he said hes just checking. Then after and hour same thing happened, so I dont think thats okay, if I were showering or anything he would just come inside. Maids usually knock twice and wait longer, this was inappropriate.

The location is a 10 minute walk from the metro, so you can reach the city center in 25-30 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and has some restaurants and small groceries. Service is awful. They have forgotten to put the towels in the room and nobody even apologized for that because 'it is not their fault'. The walls are pretty thin, you can hear the people walking in the corridor, so I walk up in the night because of noisy neighbors. The bathroom has a window for pipes, from which you can hear what is happening in the next room. Breakfast is quite the same every day. Moving bed is quite dangerous and uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here.

For example, at around 3 a.m., our young child had a stomach ache and we needed hot water. Not only was there no electric kettle in the room—which is usually considered a basic amenity in a 4-star hotel—but the room telephone was also not working. I had to go down to the reception desk to ask for hot water, but I was told that they did not have any, nor did they have any equipment available to prepare it. In addition, the bathroom did not have a toilet brush. Although the room was a triple room, it was very small and had almost no amenities or facilities. The reason I still gave the hotel a rating of 4 was because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the convenient location, and the good breakfast.

Quiet, in a neighborhood, not on a busy street. Our GPS was difficult for some reason and we walk around in circles. It w as t anything the hotel did. Just letting other people to be aware GPS doesn’t work well.
