The beds were the most comfortable we had in our 16 day stay. The food was great and the service was exceptional. It's a bit of a walk to city center .

The room was spacious, and the bathroom had both a stand-up shower and a separate bathtub, which was a nice plus. There’s a bus stop just a few steps from the hotel, and the city center is about a 25–30 minute bus ride away, which was convenient for getting around. However, there were several issues. There was no outlet by the bedside table to charge phones. The pillows were too soft and flattened easily, offering little support. The elevator malfunctioned multiple times during our stay, and we had to take the stairs to the 6th floor. The hair dryer also stopped working after a few minutes each time, not giving enough time to properly dry hair. Overall, good room size and location convenience, but several inconveniences affected the stay.

Nothing, just a staff member was courteous; otherwise it was the oldest hotel in Barcelona. Sorry, but I had to say this. I've been staying at hotels around the world for the last 30 years. Actually, the review score misled me—8.5 is not justified; it shouldn't be more than a 7. Old bathrooms , out of order/ dis functional lifts and many other things .

Everything is good in the room. But the bathroom always smelled awful; maybe it's the drain. It would be nice if the hotel provided us with the water bottles as the other hotels do. Otherwise, we are satisfied. The smell in the bathroom.

I stayed only one night but the room was spotless and the room was pretty quiet.

Warm and welcoming. Great restaurant for sime dinner. Loved our room however the bathroom was on opposite side of the elevator. Lots of noise from that but less do in the bedroom. Room 705.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and room were also very tidy and well maintained. 1. Checkin was very complicated, a lot of page to sign and forms to fill in. 2. The location wasn't in a good place to get there

Room was spacious & clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a foul smell (sewer) in the bathroom. We had to keep the door closed at all times. This was not pleasant. The air quality was not acceptable. Too far from city center.

Room was spacious and comfortable. We could not get the temperature in the room for night sleeping cool enough to be comfortable. The location was was some distaance from the central part of the city.

Staff was really friendly and the breakfast was well served. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The shower exit had a clogging problem. So I had to stand on the edge and shower :(
