Very central location. Friendly staff The Roof Bar wasn’t always available for hotel clients but the staff at the Reception didn’t have this information

I loved how clean it was and how responsive the staff are. My first night there, the AC was not working. For the second day, I informed the staff where they took me to a room with a working AC. I had a 2 night stay only so that was a little inconvenient.

The staff were friendly The reason we booked it was the roof terrace - wanted a peaceful outdoor area. Arrived at 6pm and it was closed for a private event that evening. There is no other outdoor area other than an awful small area in front of bins on the street. Dreadful. The best area of the hotel we could not use. I wanted to check out. We should have been emailed about this in advance. Totally unacceptable. We left at 11 am the following morning (before roof terrace was open).

Nothing dirty rooms, poor service, unfriendly staff, good food, drug dealers and strange strangers constantly sitting in the lobby, bad location - dirty and smelly market all around
