Beds were comfortable, and the space was perfect for traveling with family. The location was ideal. Our only point off was for the noise, not outside but inside the room the upstairs neighbors were loud walking around and the floors are squeaky and the refrigerator and freezer are loud (sporadic popping sounds).

Great location, large comfortable room, breakfast was very nice, staff was helpful to answer questions and provide suggestions in the area. Worked perfectly for our family of 4. Nothing. We had a great stay!

Our room was very dark and a bit awkwardly arranged. Doors hit beds, chairs faced walls, lights where all floor lamps, etc.

Great Location! Nice staff. Good breakfast. Large comfortable room. Very short doorways, noisy at night, light switches didn't work. Wish breakfast was earlier

Absolutely awesome location - few mins walk to key attractions. Plenty of places around for breakfast/dinner etc. Fairly big rooms relative to other venues in the city - we fit well with two adults and one 16yo. Ideal for 2-3 days stays. May be good idea to look for more modern places for longer (may be just me). Very dark rooms and rooms can use some renovation.

Great location- walkable to many attractions, nice breakfast, large rooms. Nothing- everything was wonderful. possibly unsafe late at night in dark alleys, but we were not out very late.

The location, the service, cleanliness and the staff, a comfortable room. The light switches did not work, so we needed more light, and we did not have enough room to keep the luggage bags.

Central location and very friendly staff. Poor breakfast, this really needs some actions. The hotel is in the middle of old town with narrow allies. This means that there is not much daylight coming in to the hotel room. Still the lightning was bad and it was not possibile to read a book in the bed. There is a small kitchen in the room but no working lights there. You have a kitchen but only one sofa table with one arm chair in a room for 4 people? Heavily overpriced speacially during fairs.

Boutique place • centrally located to main throat places • walking distance 5 to 10 min the most. Raul and Lucca were the best hosts ever. I will definitely stay with Mercer Barcelona again and looking forward to visit them in Madrid when the new place is done. No issues what so ever.
