Premium Park Hotel

Breakfast was ok. I did not like to have my room under the dinning room. There are parties many nights, if not every night and the chair moving was loud inside the sleeping room, it woke me up a few times. The music can also be very loud. Thankfully it stops at 23h, but if you want to sleep early it's impossible.

The property was located in a nice place. Lots of walkable restaurants to visit. It was super clean. The staff spoke good english and were very friendly. i booked only a 1 night stay and the room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. The breakfast was also very versatile and delicious! The staff also helped me book a car ride to gabala for my next stay and it was very helpful! The driver was very professional and friendly and we liked him so much we asked for him to pick us on our return from gabala too. There weren’t many directions and labels inside the restaurant. It look us a while to locate the restaurant inside the hotel. They need to have better sign boards.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a truly excellent experience. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was efficient, and the location is great. I was close to everything I needed. One of the highlights was the well-equipped fitness room, which exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were outstanding — extremely helpful, polite, and professional. They even allowed me to do a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to beautiful Baku! If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast — it could be more fresh and rich.

It’s staff and location It would be great if the rooms were renovated

In my room, the heater wasn’t working, but other than that everything was very good. The cleanliness, the layout, and even the price were excellent, and I was overall very satisfied with the property.

The place is located in a good location at the Centre of Baku and Nizami street is only likes 25 min walk Everything was perfect Exceptional stay

I like every thing special the lady in the reception sorry I don’t know her name but she was in the reception yesterday 30/7/2025 during my check in and make my check in very easy and good also she send greetings welcome tea and cake thank you for her very much. Also Thanks for Mr. Nijat in the reception during my check out vey kind and friendly. Thank you Nothing

The front desk staff were amazing. Miss Fidan & Mohammed were very helpful. Always had a smile on there faces. The gym was excellent. Car parking guys were also very cooperative. Very safe The rooms needed a bit of maintenance

Street noise was a bit loud due to construction work across from the hotel. Breakfast could use more fruit.

Very nice staff, good location, new room, spa and gym is amazing. Breakfast was not tasty.

This was my fourth time staying here and I’ve never been happier with the whole experience.

Everything was perfect and the staff was ver kind especially mr.ibrahim and the room was good and big and good breakfast and I recommend to all all to this hotel Nothing

The AC wasn’t working in the room-it was bearable only because it was April, cannot imagine how this would be in the summer. The walls are paper-thin, so during my stay the hotel was occupied by a large group of South Asian tourists who were speaking on the phone loudspeakers in the corridor day and night.
