The location was excellent, although the area around the hotel was a bit crowded with small shops. Breakfast was decent, and the dairy products were good. The check-in time at 3 PM was too late. Even though some rooms were ready earlier, the hotel still asked for an extra payment for early check-in. Since we were a group of 11 people, it would have been helpful if at least a few rooms were provided earlier. The bathroom also had drainage issues, and the bathtub filled with water during showers. I would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub, but the reception said the hotel was fully booked. p.s. The breakfast coffee was disappointing as only instant coffee was available.

Location, size of the rooms, every facility available, the balcony view from my room, staff at reception. It has nothing to do with the property but when I was booking my stay through booking.com, I was notified that I will get complementary taxi from airport to hotel on arrival however the same was not provided by the hotel. They said it was mentioned by booking.com and hotel does not have any such service.

I had great stay in this hotel. Everything was good: location, spacious room, nice city view from 15th floor, breakfast and of course friendly staff. Special for thanks to Farid, Leyla and Elbrus for your professional attitude to the guests. Nothing to mention

There is no parking near the entrance, you need to take your luggage for about 300 meters. The rooms are big enough but design is not good

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated how safe and welcoming the environment felt. The staff, especially Irfan and the rest of the team, were incredibly cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect close to everything yet peaceful and comfortable. room was clean, service was excellent, and overall it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

I didnt have breakfast Room was no clean. The airconditioner was not heating the room, only was for cooling, and the room was a bit cold.
