Her şey çok güzeldi oteli harika bulduk. Aklıma gelen sadece birkaç eksik vardı ama önemli değildi. Bazen sıcak suda kesilmeler oluyordu ve ilk gün giderlerden koku geliyordu sonra kesildi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bu fiyata güzel bir oda ve doyurucu bir kahvaltı yaptık cidden harika bir hafta geçirdik

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Staff wasn’t nice and helpful. Everything in the room is falling apart. The room wasn’t ready on time and staff was blaming other staff for it instead of apologising.

The hotel was exceptional, characterized by its cleanliness and comfort. The food was excellent and fresh. It is a very pleasant and tranquil place to stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku, as the location is both excellent and convenient. Everything was perfect; there was nothing that I found unsatisfactory.

Did not change towels for 3 days. On fourth day we asked to change, they changed. On last day - they took old ones but didn't replace them, even after we repeatedly asked for that. Please be careful - don't leave valuables in open access

They upgraded one of my room and staff was quite accommodating. The breakfast was ok and no live egg station

The room size was a major plus point compared to most hotels at the same rate. Moreover the room was clean, housekeeping was provided on daily basis. Room service and housekeeping attended efficiently. Breakfast though simple, was sufficient. Ample towels and bathrobes. The location was in a dark and dingy alley, though close to town. That was a little putting off. There was no aisle to pull the luggage and it had to be carried over the staircase. Also no trolley to move the luggage in. No AC which was not an issue during our stay in April 1st week. But summers can tend to get hot because of it.
