Some staff members are friendly and competent. The receptionist booked us a ride to the airport with Uber price. One receptionist hardly understands any foreign language. It's very noisy even with closed windows. No blankets were provided, and I was waiting for them for about 30 minutes instead of sleeping. Water in the shower is slightly warm even after long waiting, and the cabine is leaking. There is mold in the shower.

Hotel staff doesn't speak any language except Azerbaijanian. Room acoustics is awful, also even with closed windows i was feeling cigarette smoke.

The location is good, bed was comfortable and hotel in general very good, recommend it, and will visit again. I am really satisfied. It exceeded my expectations, worth of money. Facilities need to be a bit improved.

Rooms same like on photos. I had a choice between few rooms. Location is perfect. The stuff is helpful. The room had everything what I can expect by this price. The guy on the reception didn’t know Russian or English, he always called someone to translate, it took a lot of time to explain what I need. The mattress in the bed was broken or old, it was super uncomfortable to sleep, plus I didn’t find the cover on the bed. I asked the woman to bring for me the cover she said they don’t have and then after 10 minutes she brought for me a cover. At night it was too humidity and I woke up because I felt hot, but couldn’t open the window because it was noisy street side.

Location was good Rooms are spacious Staff are good, special thanks to Nader - I had a dirty pillow sheet I used one pillow only, also 1 towel had hair on it - when we ordered a blanket they didn't have and when we asked even for an additional bed sheet to cover during sleep they took too much time to do that
