The room was very clean. I had no complaints. Staff was very helpful. And it was very quick to check in.

The bed frames and mattresses are very cheap. This is a permanent residence for subsidized housing which is lovely, but brings a certain set of issues I don’t want to think about daily. It also means there are no amenities like coffee pots and ice machines because… well, because we just can’t have nice things.

Clean rooms. They have a fridge, microwave and two hot plates. You need your own utensils. But you can stay here for a month if you need to.

I always stay here when I come to Bakersfield. The price is good. And the room is spectacular when it comes to cleanliness and very comfortable.

Service is very poor. No tea/coffee, no cold/hot water, no ice. There were often times no staff at front when I needed to ask something.

Mostly great. People were not cleaning up after their dogs and the outside was pretty gross as a result, but the inside was spotless.

4/10 for the pillows because they were hard and uncomfortable. I’m just happy everything went smoothly for us, despite the amount of bad reviews by others
