They were always willing to help and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their excellent customer service and positive attitude made my experience at the hotel even more enjoyable. Basically everything was good except the bed made it difficult to sleep and gave us a bad backache that took a couple days later before it was better. I'm afraid the bed is so important that it weighs very heavily in my rating. I was very disappointed. The bed!

We stayed one night so trip to Meadows Field would be short as we had a 5 am take off . We had a great stay . Everyone was very pleasant and helpful the whole place was very clean and quite . The only complaint we had was the bed was a little uncomfortable very firm . I have to say we might not be best judge of that because we are used to our sleep number . Great choice to stay .

The room awas large and comfortable. There were tow problems. One was the sink. It lacked the drain cover so that the water could not stay in the sink. I reported it to the front and they fixed it right away. We appreciated the quick action. The second one was the roller chair that did not roll. I informed the front when we checked out to repair it. I hope they did for the future guests. The shower cap was not available. It is essential for a woman. Also, the shower water volume was not sufficient. My wife could not wash her hair due to lack of water volume.

The location were decent for what we needed and parking was super easy. We had a wonderful experience upon check in with our crib being all ready for us. First hotel of all of the ones we stayed in that actially even had a crib and accommodated us for this. The check in lady I believe Kylee was super sweet. Rooms were clean and beds were decent.

Room was nice, and bathroom was nice and spacious. The staff that I had interaction with were great! The breakfast was wonderful and plenty of space to eat. We will definitely be staying there again!

There was no kitchen in this room. The refrigerator did not work and I needed it for my diabetic needs. The extension cord was wrapped with black electrical cord near the bed. The table for our two beds was completely worn out and stained. The toilet seat was very loose. The beds are old and uncomfortable.

There is plenty of parking. Location is good. Room is a bit dated. TV didn’t work. I have stayed at quite a few Hampton Inn’s and it was a little disappointed in the breakfast here.. The ground at the front desk was super nice. Overall, it was an OK stay. Nothing exciting.

Good location, close to a lot of different dining options and gas stations. East access to highway. The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. The pillow cases had stains as well as the down comforter. The carpets were stained and matted in high traffic areas like around the beds and doors. And the shower had black mold on the ceiling and grout.

Front desk as k were very courteous. No hot water to take a shower till morning of the 3rd day, but we took a as shower and checked out. Still a good stay . Thank you.

I requested another room. They gave me a suite next door. Both keys did not work and a maintenance person responded to recode the door. Once inside, there was a huge stain on the carpet, a missing towel rack in the bathroom, and the heater did not work properly. The staff was excellent and did what they could. The breakfast was very good and the very kind Woman staffing the kitchen went out of her way to purchase me bananas when I asked why they only had apples when they used to have bananas also. I'll go back after renovations are completed.

That they provided a ride to the airport I Checked in at 3 PM and the room was 59° and the heat was turned off. I turned the heat on immediately to 73°. By 9pm the room temperature had only made it to 67° and the beds were both still icy cold. Turned heat up to 75°. I tried using my heating pad on my back, but my legs were freezing and made me very cold. I Warmed my legs with my heating pad and my back chilled me to the core. By 11:00 the room had only made it up to 70° and the beds were still icy cold!! I finally called the front desk and he brought up a space heater and an extra blanket. I placed it by the side of the mattress and by about 1AM, although the mattress was still cold it wasn't as icey but still too cold to sleep. I finally placed a pillow under my legs and feet for relief and my heating pad under my back and slept some till 3:15am when I had to get up to get ready to go to the airport for an extra early flight. There was no one at the desk at check out so couldn't file a complaint then. I do believe I should be compensated for the lack of preparation of my room and the inability to sleep because of the extreme cold of both beds. I was not given any other options.

Chose this location as a late overnight stay on way to Las Vegas. Close to hwy 99, less noise and traffic. A little outdated for a Hampton but room was clean and quiet, staff friendly, breakfast fresh and good, no fee for parking. Have stayed here before and would stay again if needed.

Pretty much everything you named in your question. I had an extremely clean studio room with a bath tub, the staff, was very accommodating. I didn’t choose to get any of the amenities due to it being such a short stay but all in all it was a very pleasant stay just as it was the last time and all of my many stays at the Stevenson Ranch-CA location.

I’m giving this place a high rating because of the friendliness of the staff especially the gentleman that checked us in whose name was Michael. He was so friendly and accommodating and even when I checked out the following day he was still just as friendly. Everybody should be Just as amazing as he is and Hilton should use him as an example.

Hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Area was quiet and there was plenty of parking. Room was a bit smaller than average. Hot water was plentiful, water pressure excellent. Rooms not fully modernized...not yet updated but the beds were comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was good...enough variety to get properly fueled for the day and coffee was brewed well...strong enough for a coffee addict like me. Would stay there again. Only real issue is that i chose a room that was listed on hotels.com as having two queens and a sofa bed only to find out there was no sofa bed and not much i could do other than adapt.

The juice machine was out of order and we didn't see an alternative option offered. Besides the waffles, the rest of the breakfast offered seemed lacking compared to what I've seen elsewhere.

That it does have a shuttle available to the airport if needed. It didn’t have stay, park-and-fly. That the window shade/ curtain was not attached at the top for about a foot or so, and so kept the curtain open all the way to the floor all night. It let in lots of light from the parking lot light. Also, the top edge of the bedspread has a very rough surfaced and if you get it close to your face, it is very irritating. The rest of the spread was very soft & comfortable, but the top edge is terrible. The roughness woke me up every time I rolled over. Hardly slept at all.

When we arrived at our first room, the beds were made, but the bathroom had dirty towels on the floor from the last guests. The receptionist upgraded us to a suite which was much better and more accessible. However, our room received no housekeeping during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was very good and the dining area was well stocked and very clean. The selection was very good.

The guy (Andre or Andrew?) that checked us in was awesome! Efficient and funny! However, food containers were left in the closet, hair in the shower and the floor was somewhat dirty. Also, shower doors look like they might fall off any day now.

The person that took care of me was perfect very professional excellent demeanor helpful He should get kudos for the way he handled things. Trash cans outside over flowing trash on ground. Carpets in the hallway of floor number 4 look like they had been cleaned in years. I have pictures of the condition of the room if you would like to see them. However I doubt you will contact me.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for a few years now, when I come into Bakersfield. The staff is always very friendly at the front desk. I’ve only had one small issue in the staff was quick to rectify it. I come here often to see my grandchildren, and I will continue to come here. I would highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was good. The airport shuttle didn’t come back for us after taking other passengers, so we had to get an Uber. It was annoying, but the rest of the stay was adequate.

I liked the front desk and breakfast staff, the breakfast and the bed were both very good. The housekeeping staff was pushy to get us out of the room at 11:00 even though front desk gave until 11:30 to check out…did not like that either Shower door in our room needed fixing, public restroom near breakfast area was filthy, and there was no shuttle to or from the airport even though there was a shuttle van parked right in front

As for the room we like it cold when sleeping so it was set at 68 degrees but it didn't feel 68. Other than that the room was clean and had all the simple amenities. If you want the breakfast it is complementary until 10 am but you have to go early. I went at 9:30 am and mostly everything was out so we only had coffee, juice, waffle, bread with no butter or jam. They were putting stuff away before 10.

Place was not well maintained: all doors in the room were loudly squeaky, bathtub drained slowly, sink drained slowly. Breakfast was missing some expected items. Compared to the holiday inn express we stayed at the night before, the shortcomings (particularly breakfast), were pretty glaring. Hampton in general needs to step up its game.

Hampton Inn made my stay a wonderful experience. My fight was delayed several times, which made my arrival after dark. They provided assistance on transportation from the airport, the hotel clerk was very hospitable and informative. My room was clean, very roomy and comfortable. There are several establishments within walking distance to grab a meal, I felt safe at this location and would definitely stay here again.

I picked this location as it was very close to the airport and it was also close to restaurants in walking distance.

My family experienced a devastating house fire and most all of our IDs and credit cards, this was the only hotel that would accept payment from an outside source to pay for my room and THE ONLY hotel to accept the only form of ID I had at the time, a photo of my drivers license. I am very grateful they accepted it.

Our room was very large. It was an ADA room with a sitting area and a small kitchen area with a frig, microwave and sink. When we arrived, Expedia had not asked for ADA but the man at the front desk changed it immediately. We would stay here again. No plane noise.

The staff was friendly and made the check in easy. The wonderful staff (Sunday Morning and Evening) helped us out in a pinch. They graciously went up to our checked out room and retrieved our ear buds. After I set up a pick up with UPS, they made sure to get them ready and provide to UPS. Breakfast was great. Mattress a little tough.

Wonderful staff. Clean and neat rooms and common areas

Stayed there two weeks previous on an upper floor and stay was excellent. This time we were on the first floor and the room was awful. There was a used Que tip next to the toilet, and a used bar of soup under the vanity. The drapes couldn’t close because half the drape was off the track. We couldn't set the air to 73° because anything over 72° caused the heat to turn on, it was August. Was so disappointed after the wonderful experience of two weeks earlier.

Carpet oilly spots needs to be cleaned

We had a great stay overall. Convenient to what we wanted to see and do. The only issue was a loose fitting with the shower control, which we discovered late in the evening. The staff person was helpful and tried to help us fix the problem. We ultimately made it work, and it was fine. The breakfast buffet was great, and overall, I’d stay there again

I loved the size of the room. The bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our time at the Hampton Inn & Suites North-Airport. We found Chris at the front desk very helpful and kind. We also appreciated the 24 hour coffee station. We did like the Continental Warm breakfast. Only wish we had had better scrambled eggs, and other varieties of protein. The little convenience store in the Lobby was really helpful as well. The property did feel safe, however a bit further down the street there are some unhoused people who roam the area. We loved the large parking spot, and cleanliness of our room. Our shower head just may need a little work, it had some issues with water flow, and the shower head was not adjustable as well as though it might have been. Overall, a good place to stay near the staples and easy to park at.

This is a well used hotel. It was not the cleanest and it was old.

Air conditioning is very loud could not sleep have to change the room,the bed and bed frame are very poor conditions

Property definitely needs updating and carpet cleaning. Both rooms we occupied were filthy, the bedding didn’t fit the bed properly and you could see the mattress or box on bottom was filthy. Staff was great though! The elevator and hallways reeked like smoke on multiple occasions and the the room across from us was clearly smoking and it was flowing into our room even with the door closed. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

I rented this hotel hours before I arríeles to my destination. It was clean and nice. Would stay again.

Can’t speak highly enough about the kind gentleman at the front desk (Noon, July 9th). I didn’t get his name but he was professional, polite, always smiling, and very helpful.
