    Decent stay. Manager (red hair) was extremely nice and helpful! My room had a “wet towel” smell and my pillows smelt the same. Not a terrible stay but not the best.

    They rooms the building the outside property is clean nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a home away from home. The beds are very comfortable. I love this place.

    The room was awful. It smelled like smoke (the whole hotel did!) and it was dusty inside. No shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, nor hair dryer in the bathroom. The bed was the worst; there was no sheet between the felt blanket (brown / gray fuzzy blanket) which is really disgarsting. Luckily it was hot so we didn't need the blanket and just slept on top of the bed. We had to turn the AC off because the filter was old and smelly. Outside, a group of people were talking loudly until 3am and kicking bottles around. After that, the birds started chirping and then a large truck idled their engine at 5am. Needless to say, we didn't get any sleep! I had booked for two nights, but after the first night, we left and didn't return. Booked a Holiday Inn Express instead and instantly felt smarter! Later on, I found CL ads advertising short term housing at this hotel. Search around and you'll find it. Kinda sketchy...

    Nothing, didn't end up staying there and cancelling my reservation. The staff were awful and rude, there were no clean available rooms by 3pm check in time for my reservation, and when one WAS finally available, it had never been cleaned whatsoever. We were never given any explanation or reasoning behind why no rooms had been clean and ready for our reservation, and why we had to wait so long to get a room and then only get a room that hadn't even been cleaned after the last guest yet. They offered no apology nor did they offer a different room that was cleaned.

    Ice cold AC and comfortable bed were the highlights. Staff was friendly. No soap or shampoo so pack accordingly. Low water pressure so no showers but enough to flush toilets and brush teeth. Linens appeared cleaned but stained. We choose to cut our trip early.

    no maid service. lack of towels, closet, hangers, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, laundry service, etc. Had issues with the first room they sent us to which was under repair. then issues with the keys. Sloppy paint job. just overall very rough.

    The front staff responded very unprofessionally to people checking in when stressed over a third-party payment. The language that was used it was very most not one that should be working in a front office area no matter the situation there should not have been an argument with a guest.

    When I arrived at 2 am after traveling 6hrs She states unfortunatly the room is no longer available and that I would have to call the third party that I booked with to get my refund back. No customer service provided she didnt even try and refer or recommend any other hotel.

    NOPE not there, Wifi was out, took 45 minutes to find the right one. finally the third one of these (different adjectives in name and it did NOT match) Okay 11;00 at night. Rolling down tambor doors for night after check in. I got ripped off. $230 for one night as Formula 1 was in town. No burner on cooktop, TV came on would not change channels, and worse NO shower curtain. No one down stairs. AC noisy. Water was between warm and cold. Room was in disrepair. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again. I would rather sleep in the back seat of my pickup. I don't expect much from an Extended stay, but this was not close. IF I could give them negative stars I would. OR take some stars away. The guy at the second Extended Stay tried to help, give him credit. Wifi was not working, I Phone site - no help. Called wife to get help....finally got the 5 digits off the front picture of hotel...only way I could figure out which one it was. Names are all over the place. Clerk was busy trying to keep a homeless man from going up the elevator - to sleep on a "friends" floor. Does that tell you what you need to know. I will NEVER stay at one again!!!

    Nothing I booked a month in advance for a 13 night stay. It was already charged to my card and paid for couple days before arriving. When I got there tap 11PM the one empty room in the entire property has not been cleaned at all. No towels, no shower curtain, hair in the bathtub, powered stuff on the floor, same linens as the previous guest used. I checked in anyway, slept in my car that night. Got moved to a different room next day as they quickly cleaned one, but they charge for additional towels, I couldn't connect to the really bad wifi for 3 days, and then I had a friend kill himself so had to leave early under emergency circumstances and the hotel manager yelled at me on the phone while I was only trying to check out with the front desk clerk, who called her because she couldn't check me out and I asked for a refund due to leaving 4 days early. Overall very bad property, management, service, and area. People drinking in the parking lot every evening. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The girl who did not let us check in told us they will give us refund but would not pick up the phone when Orbitz tried to call them. What a shaddy business. We got rob and had the worst experience in traveling ever. Imagine traveling with a family with a senior and a disabled kid and not able to check into your reserved hotel at 3am and having to find another hotel at a foreign city. We found another hotel but had to pay $1200 for 3 nights and had to stay in the car that entire night.

    This location did not have a complimentary breakfast and there were no dishes to use for cooking and eating, but there was a microwave and full size fridge. They provided the towels, toilet paper, and a bar of soap. If you need anything else, you will need to bring it with you. The building is old and needs a serious overhaul. The a/c worked well but when it turned off, the temperature went up pretty quickly so while sleeping I found myself moving the covers on and off during the night. The location is great. It's near convenience stores and restaurants. The quality matched the price so don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

    The air conditioning works very well, the refrigerator and microwave too. I only found a small elevator, which is the only quicker exit. The only other exits are the stairs, and it was up to the third floor. The mattress was making noise and the bed was moving, so I moved it to the corner, but the mattress was still making noise. The bathroom smelled of urine and there were only two large towels.

    The young African American lady with arm tattoos was very rude to every customer I saw her come in contact with. She likes to abuse the small amount of “authority” she has. She called my room at midnight waking me and my wife up to tell us “your ID that you used to check in was a few days expired, I’ll let you stay tonight since I missed it” as if she was about to kick us out over that?? And as she was helping the people in front of me, she kicked them out bc their boss paid for the room and not them even though they explained it’s a business trip. Her boss had to call her and override her egotistical behavior. I will never stay here again due to this employees behavior. Whoever franchises this location really needs to re-evaluate that hiring decision. Also the room had water leak damage and cracks in the shower, normal don’t care about stuff like that since it’s cheap, but might as well mention it here.

    We liked everything about the property except for the very hard beds. We wouldn’t go back because of that. None of us slept well, even my older son that actually liked a firm bed. He was complaining about his back hurting.

    I was not able to get a room, so I was charged 86$ for a room I never got to sleep in. Or even step into. They ran my card when i arrived at the hotel , & said it declined when i had money on my card AND I had paid online already. Was never able to check in. Extremely disappointed and will never go back

    When we walked in the first thing we smelled was marijuana. There’s was also a guy that was denied a room due to an expired drivers license and her left mass. My daughter was afraid he was going to come back and cause problems, she was very scared. There were people loitering outside. One man that was behind my daughter and I checking in was older and flirting with my daughter. After we checked in and drove around to park and go in that guy had followed us and was standing next to his car smoking in a parking space across from us. We immediately left feeling unsafe. I asked for a refund due to these conditions and not using the room and I was told that was not possible since I didn’t go to the office before leaving. I am sorry, but as unsafe as I felt, I was not going back in.

    For my security deposit was not adequate even though it was a master card debit card that had over $500 available That I have used several times for security deposits, then took the card out of my ridge wallet and a put them on the counter and asked her to pick one, she then told me she was canceling my prepaid reservation, I asked her for proof of refund, she gave me proof of cancellation, not proof of refund. I then had to book another nearby hotel that I’ve used frequently at nearly double the price.

    For my security deposit was not adequate even though it was a master card debit card that had over $500 available That I have used several times for security deposits, then took the card out of my ridge wallet and a put them on the counter and asked her to pick one, she then told me she was canceling my prepaid reservation, I asked her for proof of refund, she gave me proof of cancellation, not proof of refund. I then had to book another nearby hotel that I’ve used frequently at nearly double the price.

    Do not chance booking here. I had a room booked and paid for in advance; I paid for the room 3 weeks before I was due to stay. They sold it!     This place great! Super Clean hallways and floors in your room. It smells so fresh. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are happy. Rooms are really nice and comfortable. I booked a room for 22 more days for those reasons. Great find in Austin. Prices are great as well. Enjoy!

    It is a low cost clean accommodation. However, the check-in is not at a front desk, but a desk behind a steel shutter that closes at 10 PM. We were, however, able to get the attention of night staff when we checked in at 10:10. The security is better than any other hotel, you can't even get to the elevators without a key card. There was a ruckus on the hall and staff were fast to quell this issue.

    Check in went fine. However once we got to the room it was not clean, there were drugs (not much but still) left in the top drawer of the dresser as well as the previous occupants clothing, no washcloths, and no remote for the TV. There were roaches crawling around in the hallway, thankfully we didn’t see any in the room. When we brought up the situation with the remote the employee was aggravated and not very nice, but we did get a remote for the tv. We will not be staying at this location or any other location. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had.

    One of the worse hotels that I did stay in my life , extremely dirty , they didn’t have a curtain in the shower , floor super dirty and when I did try to put my clothes into the drawer, it was super dirty inside , here I’m sending some photos , and also you can hear all the noise from the cars on the street , super bad experience !!😡

If you arrive early, there’s no place to wait or sit until time to check-in, and staff is unapologetic about that. The building and rooms feel cold like cinder block style dorm rooms. When it’s time to check in, be sure to have all your documents in order to be scrutinized; they seem to be looking for a reason to turn away guests.

    All around horrible stay and experience with this hotel and the staff. Several issues were brought to the attention of the staff and none of them were addressed (no shower curtain in the room, missing towels, no soap available, the list goes on). After communicating concerns to not just the on-site staff but the corporate customer service, the issues still have not been addressed. Even after speaking to Expedia, they were unable to reach a staff member to speak to about the issues. So disappointing.

    Went to bed. Got up to use the restroom. Turned the light on, I didn't know the room was already "occupied" ..killed the "2 occupants" and used my travel lysol to spray all hidden areas. Could not go back to sleep after that. That was in room 101. Left early.

    To begin, theie was a situation before ww arrived that they were correcting. Worker at front was very professional and respectful so did not mind wait. Once my turn we recrived keys and went to room. Room was not ready for us. No comforters on beds, no pillows and most disturbing were the roaches. They were in the bathroom, litchen area and then on the blanket. Pillows in room, once we found them, were stained. Overall, very unclean. Friendly staff did all we asked to help make better but just couldn't take the roaches. Too much there. We were told we could get a full refund and chose to leave.

    The staff were friendly enough but i do not suggest this hotel to anyone. The first room they put me in was the most disgusting off putting space i have ever paid to wak in to. It was so bad i refused a 2nd room and left after getting a refund. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable with my son.This hotel is for people with addiction and serious life issues.

    There were a couple of vehicles in the parking lot with people living out of their cars. There was an exchange of cash for a baggie of some sort. We notified the desk clerk. The rooms were absolutely bare bones! No coffee maker, or cups, no ice bucket, no ice machine, not even ice trays to make ice, no hair dryer. No hangers for clothes. No hair dryer, no ironing board or iron. No one was at the desk to contact to request these items over the weekend. We killed over a dozen roaches in each of our rooms. I would never risk booking here as you may show up without a place to sleep and potentially all other hotels could be booked as they were this weekend. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

    Had to keep scooping up the cockroaches and putting them in the toilet to flush away. Killed around 50 during a 4 day stay, and those are just the ones that came out while I was there. They were hiding under the baseboard at the vinyl floor

    For the price it\s hard to beat but many things lacking. I was on an extended (28 day) business trip and required a wheelchair accessible hotel room. They accommodated me on that part but, upon check-in I was informed if I wanted the linens laundered, mind you this is their linens, I would either need to pay extra or do them myself. Yes, I would have to wash their linens at my expense. The laundry facilities on site only takes quarters and there was no place to get quarters, I wound up going to a bank to get them. $3.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry and the laundry came out wet, can you say rip-off. They never cleaned the room in 28 days, we could not even get toilet paper, had to buy our own. Daytime was fine but at night the roaches came out. Thee doors are always locked so when I ordered stuff, like food, to be delivered I had to, in a wheelchair and after on crutches, go down the hall and open the door to let the delivery person in. Since I was disabled I could not take my trash out but upon leaving I bagged everything up for them, they still charged me a cleaning fee because I didn't take it out myself.

They accommodated me on that part but, upon check-in I was informed if I wanted the linens laundered, mind you this is their linens, I would either need to pay extra or do them myself. Yes, I would have to wash their linens at my expense. The laundry facilities on site only takes quarters and there was no place to get quarters, I wound up going to a bank to get them. $3.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry and the laundry came out wet, can you say rip-off. They never cleaned the room in 28 days, we could not even get toilet paper, had to buy our own. Daytime was fine but at night the roaches came out. Thee doors are always locked so when I ordered stuff, like food, to be delivered I had to, in a wheelchair and after on crutches, go down the hall and open the door to let the delivery person in. Since I was disabled I could not take my trash out but upon leaving I bagged everything up for them, they still charged me a cleaning fee because I didn't take it out myself.

    Very nice staff. I stayed there 15 days and never once did they refresh towels or linens. Also, several roaches were found in my room. Will never stay at one of these again.

    The main light in the room was not working. Remote for television was not working. Starting at 8:00 at night bugs starting crawling all over the floor near the bed. It was busy with bugs crawling all night - Little rest whatsoever. Austin was sold out that evening unless you wanted to pay 450.00 - 500.00 range. This place appears on the website as clean and nice. It's a bad place. You could smell pot in the hallway. I am in the process of filing a complaint with Texas Department of State Health Services. Additionally, WoodSpring Suites - Austin is resisting me for a full refund. I am contacting them again today.

    Horrible services, horrible management where everybody points fingers at each other and don’t take accountability. Manager has boyfriend living at hotel where they fist fight outside and we are supposed to be ok with it. Full of roaches and fees for changing linens

    No problems other than the roaches. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with roaches and I travel so often that I spend more time in hotels than I do at home. I would have got another hotel but low availability for Easter weekend.

    Apparently we were to late and they would not give us our room. The staff wouldnt Eben let us purchsse another room. We had to drice all the way back to waco at 2 am. And they will probably still charge my card! We are very unhappy

    I had a confirmation of reservation and I got there and no record was found when I gave them my name or confirmation number. I asked if I could pay now and get a room for the night and the hotel attendants answer was I could only pay for a minimum of 3 nights. I showed the confirmation email I had received but this did no good and I said thank you and left. I had to pay for a hotel down the street.

    Woke up to something crawling on my arm and found that it was a cockroach. When yo the bathroom and seen two more. Wifi was free for to then you had to pay for more. Very disappointed.

    They post lower rates online and then up charge you when you check in and say the payment online is non-refundable. They then also claim a deposit of $100 and fraud you for “stealing a towel” to keep it. It is a shady business that needs to be taken down from Expedia.

    I didn’t like it at all. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty and had stains there were roaches as soon as the lights were out. Outside you have basically a homeless camp in the parking lot. All around gross.

    I never got to even stay here when I reserved and had to find a new place to stay last minute. Thankfully I was helped by Expedia to find a new place without additional charges of what I was going to pay for this location, but I was disappointed on how this place handled the situation and just hung up on me when I called to talk about the situation.

    My stay made it obvious why this hotel is only 2 stars but I did at least expect to have soap to wash our hands and toilet paper upon arrival. I’d also expect there to be some staff available even after hours as most hotels do for any basic needs. We had to wait until morning to receive a roll of toilet paper. We were also told we had to wash our own towels instead of being given new ones. Not sure if this is due to the busy ACL weekend but I didn’t come out on vacation to do laundry so that was a bummer.
