No elevator housekeeping not cleaning my room.

The elevator didn't work. I had a climb stairs to the third floor which hurt my knees. now they're charging a $100 for deposit. I've stayed there before, and I never was charged that befor and the guy said that they started doing that three weeks before.I started staying there that night.I will not be back though

Just one night, but it was great! Try to get a room opposite the freeway, if possible, though even the "louder traffic" side wasn't that bad. Heavy construction along the freeway made access something of a challenge.

The stay overall was decent it meant expectations The only thing is is that they don't have curtains over the blinds so I had to use what I brought with me as curtains and within an hour of me leaving when I called back to let them know that I left my material over the blinds that already threw away my stuff. I wish that they had something in place to where at least given the guests 24 hours or even a half a day time to be able to realize they may be left something behind that was valuable to them. also the rain leak through the window seal or the window unit and soaked up my car seat covers and they said that that wouldn't be covered so I didn't make a fuss about it it's just that even with them getting the maintenance guys to fix it to where it doesn't pull up like a bucket of water was dumped on the floor that they would have at least compensated me for my seat covers that I showed them and took pictures of thank you

They had an available room, but it wasn’t really worth it The room was decent. I had to bring my own blankets and covers . The shower was OK. Neighbors were extremely loud. Staff was unhelpful and smelled like cigarette smoke even though they said they didn’t have smoking rooms.

the electricity went out but came back on, but I was without tv and wifi for 2 days and when I asked the front desk staff about it he had a attitude and told me he doesn't know what to tell me I will have to wait until the morning shift comes in and see if they can fix it. I loved my bed. I loved the pillows. I loved the fridge. I loved how clean my room was when I got there. Everything was fine.

Pictures are deceiving… the hotel smells kind of funky. Felt sketchy the hotel. The TV remote didn’t work it’s weird the remote doesn’t use battery it’s like charging cord so our TV didn’t work. The front lady was super nice & helpful she gave us another remote but it didn’t work. The rooms get cold hell of fast but the blankets were not it.. their so thin we were still freezing made me wish i brought my own blanket. The room smellled like someone was smoking.. it was kind of cool it has a stove in the room fridge.. but honestly it gave ghetto vibes. I will not be returning here. I only liked the staff I give them 5 stars. Everything else mhmmm not so much..

I didn't appreciate the nasty attitude when I ask about some cleans sheets ?.. Because it was my third ? day and I haven't even seen room service to clean my room.. Never again ?

The bed was very uncomfortable. There was NO breakfast as indicated on the property description. A male individual was sitting in the hallway outside my room. The hallway had a strange, unfamiliar odor to me. The front desk was not even equipped with a clean sheet of printer paper to print my check-in or checkout documents! You get what you pay for.

The staff was kind and I appreciated the morning recommendation on breakfast but needs to recognize that when people come in that doesn’t mean carry on conversations. We are guests coming into your home for the first time and we aren’t really being engaged with entirely. I understand there was a shift change and some explanations needed to occur but just acknowledge the people in front of you. Etiquette has been lost in the hospitality industry. Plus someone was always hanging out at the front and the laundry door was wide open. Guests don’t need to see the behind the scenes. Parking was fine and room was comfortably cold. All and all it was a fine time for a one night stay considering pricing and booked everywhere else.

It was dirty. My barefeet got full of dirt from walking barefeet on floor. I wiped urine from floor of bathroom from previous occupant. Smelled of mildew and vape, invlufing hallways. Dogs barking all night. Walls are thin and heard TV's and other guests coming and going all night. Hotel is located along a highway and car noises were very loud. Will never stay here again.

The light fixtures in the room were ripped out of the ceiling, there was mold on the ceiling, we didn’t even have towels in the room and the front desk said they didn’t have any, and was overall an awful experience. Wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy.

It is a very (very) basic place. I had to pay a lot for it because it was the weekend where they had F1. The place is not worth more than $80/night.

As Soon as you enter the building, it smells smoke and I asked manager if the room is smoke free, he said yes, but I did smell obvious smoke inside in the room as well. There’s no shampoo, and they don’t provide it in the middle of the night and fight between a couple began, and it took almost an hour. The manager didn’t even call the police. We have kids sleeping and they will wake up in the middle of the night and will all be in further discomfort. AC was making a disturbing noise such as dripping, and it continued all night, even if I removed the power cable. I don’t feel welcomed no comfort and no conditions.

It is not as advertised. I have never stayed at a one star hotel but if there was ever one that deserved that rating it would be this one. Somehow the app (hotels.com) booked me for a smoking room with 2 queen beds, however I was able to get a non-smoking room with a queen bed. The bathroom was however for handicap (not to major of an issue) but I was unaware that the majority of the hotel was rented out to homeless people who were super loud. Screaming and hollering, cursing, and ranting throughout the day. Early Sunday morning I was waken up by this. At around 10:30 am as I was getting ready to check out, someone from the hotel staff came and beat on the door screaming for me to open the door (i did not at first as she did not identify herself) the manager was with her and he acknowledged who he was and so I opened the door. They just wanted to ask us when we were checking out and could do a room check…I told them we were about to check out but would have cooperated way easier if they had identified who they were first. The entire floor was full of people living in their rooms with the door open, like it was a college dormitory. Definitely was a surprise. I felt dirty the next day thinking I contacted bed bugs because of the itching I had the next day. Couldn’t believe that someone on staff actually tried to walk in…

The room itself was pretty good, the problem was the bed because it was much smaller than expected and more uncomfortable than most hotel beds. The room was by no means awful, however, the floor was dirty; when walking around the room in bare feet, a soapy rinse on the feet was needed. The TV remote had no batteries, I asked for replacement batteries, remote still did not work. But, the TV did work...just no remote. Do far as good things, the location is decent and it's next door to a Whataburger. Staff was friendly. When I asked a person who appeared to be a room cleaner or service person if there was an ice machine, he told me this property and location is "a ghetto" in a joking way. So... it's OK. Not great.

It was the absolute worst place I ever stayed in. The bathtub was so dirty and nasty that I could not take a shower. The noise of traffic on I-35 was unbearable, it kept me up all night.

This hotel was soooo dirty! I asked for a different room because my first one smelled and was stained sheets, mattress and pillows. The second room smelled like bleach so i assumed it was cleaner. Hair on sheets, in shower, filth in toilet bowl, stained sheets, filth on nightstand and worst of all the floors were so dirty i couldnt walk barefoot. Just walking from the shower to the bed my feet were black! The stairwell reeked of urine and there was dog poop in front of the 2nd floor stairs. It was quiet so theres that.

Hotel smelled like smoke. We also got a knock from the manager at 9:30 asking if we were checking out or staying late. This is the first time we have ever experienced this. I called the night before to confirm double beds and checking in the manager told me I was lying and refused to look at the receipt/confirmation because it was in their system that it was only 1 bed. After going up to the room I found roaches crawling all over the counters and weird stains all over the top of the bed covers. The top of the fridge was clearly visible and COATED in dirt and dead bugs. I checked out immediately

We asked for a non smoking room and still the room as well as the floor was smelling of cigarettes and other things. The sheets had so much smell that we couldn’t sleep the whole night. The bathroom had insects too. It was the most terrible experience me and my friends have ever had in an hotel.

Liked the price. No electricity in bathroom after 10 PM Saturday. Window blind valance fell off and onto floor in the middle of the night. Minimal towels in bathroom. Non-smoking room that smelled like cigarette smoke.

The rions are old, looks like a prison dorm and bugs crawling around. The entire place smelled os smoke.

It was too expensive for the property. The room was very old but it was goo for the 2 nights I stayed. Sketchy people hanging around. Don’t stay at his place by yourself. If you do get in your room and stay there

Because of the price we expected more. When we arrived no one was at the front desk and there was a sign that said call this number for service so we called that number several times and there was no answer so we stood there for half an hour with our bags before someone showed up and said oops sorry his ringer must’ve been on silent. Ok, sure, that happens. We get to our room and everything is so cheap looking. Ok, whatever at least we are inside and put our stuff down and get to our event. We came back to the hotel after the event and flipped on the light which startled the cockroaches that were milling about. Tiny ones and medium sized ones. Some on the floor, some on the headboard of one of the two beds and most in the bathroom. We were disgusted but it was late. We killed the ones we saw and made sure non were in the beds and we tried to get some sleep which was difficult not only because of the worry about more cockroaches but also the beds creaked so badly with every small movement.

The room was adequate, but the property is intended to be an extended stay hotel, and I just needed two nights. There were almost no toiletries in the bathroom, no coffee etc. So functional and ok, but not the best.

A totally fine accommodation! Not great, not terrible. Rooms were pretty bare bones, with comfortable bed and not too much else. I did not use the kitchen, which had no utensils. My biggest complaint was smoking smell, which wreaked of cigarettes. But I did try to save a few pennies by booking a smoking room so I guess that’s partly what I should have expected. A totally fine place to sleep for a night and not much else! I stayed for 10 days and it was more or less fine - easy laundry which was a plus!

I made this reservation because our flight to Dallas was overbooked and the only available option was to fly to Austin late Sat night around 11pm. That flight was delayed and would not arrive in Austin until 1:30am ...so I called the hotel to let them know that by the time we arrived via Uber it would be a couple of minutes after 2am and was told that was fine. We got there at 2:01am and was told that we were locked out of the system and could not check in. To top it all off ...there was no manager available until 7:30am. I was furious. It was the middle of the night, I had just paid for a $65 Uber from the airport, my daughter and I were exhausted, it was freezing cold, there was no lobby, the hotel was dirty and in disrepair, and the desk clerk offered no options. And the real slap in the face was that I was still charged $169.64 for absolutely zero. If I had canceled, it would have been understandable because I knew it was non-refundable but that was not the case. We had no where to go and ended up having to call Courtyard by Marriot and while Courtyard was more than happy to accommodate us (we had to take another Uber there) at 3am, I was forced to pay $360 for a room that we were only able to use for 6 hrs. (b/c our ride to Dallas was scheduled to pick us up at 9am). It was an absolute nightmare and I am still outraged that an already horrendous day/night was made needlessly miserable and I had to pay $600 for the insult.

The hotel was absolutely awful. Very uncomfortable and people on our floor were screaming their heads off at 3am. The guy was must’ve been on something. Had I not been alone with my two kids and scared I would’ve left that place ASAP. Music blaring at all hours. I will never stay there again.
