Nothing The workers! They have the ugliest attitudes , No customer services at all!! Visiting Hours are not honored! It clearly said 7am to 10 pm ! But they want to kick people out for having visitors over daring visitation hours! Then want to call people homeless cause they have a room there! When that same woman lives that the property! Smdh! They have selective seeing! Cause I don't understand how they don't see all the movement in the back? Or how they don't see how they same workers be out side there room door smoking weed! Same workers providing that property with drugs! How can't they see that!

This place is a older place but I wasn’t bothered by that because in my situation it was right for me

It was just me and my son and I didn't feel safe there for a second. If I could have afforded to leave when I saw the place I would have left immediately. It was very dirty, no ice, no shampoo at all only tiny bars of soap. The room smelled old and hasn't been updated in probably 30 years. The entire place needs a makeup like demo the entire place and start over. The people staying in the other rooms were all under hard times, and I could tell some were living there. I was constantly on the look out of other people being there to make sure me and my son didn't get hurt by them. It was in a bad part of town which didn't help. The surrounding part of the pool was dirty, but the water was actually nice. When I checked in the lobby was locked by a huge plastic wall with a tiny window to check in and out. They even have to keep the remote to the tvs under lock and key. They handed it to me when I got there to check in. If I was late by a minute to check out they were actually going to charge me for it. I couldn't wait to leave and never come back.

Location was ok but sketchy They don't tell you that there's a $60 deposit. When booking online, they also charge you $10 for the remote.And then when you turn the remote in , they only give you eight dollars back , because they don't tell you that they take two dollars out of the ten dollars for a room key

It’s a cheap interstate hotel. Nothing fancy, but not dirty. Dated is the best way to describe it. The staff was always friendly,

you should remove this motel from your list. phone in room did not work. homeless and drug addicts hung out near the entrance. staff transact from behind tempered glass windows. i dont know who gave a 6.5 rating - very bad experience.

I would not recommend this place for a multitude of reasons. For most it is not in a good area first and foremost , so the crowd is very rough and low profile. The walls are very thin, so much so, I can hear the neighbors adjacent as well as behind me. Tenants are smoking marijuana in the parking lot and in the rooms so the smell would make it's way into other people's room. There is also a lot of noise and commotion (boisterous talking or arguing) during the night and early in the morning making it difficult to sleep at night. I strongly do not recommend this unless for convenience sake. If you can afford a little more, look for another place. This place is not good at all.

The only thing that i can say good was that at least the inside of the room was clean. But the bed was completely on its last leg. And when it gets dark, its almost absolutely terrifying thinking that you might have to go outside for anything bc you might get robbed or even bust disappear...

Conveniently located, inexpensive, and a clean place to lay my head.

Evidence the staff was rude and no concern about the issue I had. The room smelled, the hot water didn't work, people hanging out. It look like a drug activity area. I had small children and would never recommend or go back .

Horrible. Pulled in and saw drug deals, it was dirty and saw a couple FLICKING A NEEDLE. full of homeless people, a bunch of random totes and carts everywhere. As soon as i pulled in i had homeless people coming up to my car and then the lady at the front was demanding i give her MORE money even when i already paid and then refused my refund even tho i never even made it to a room!

I couldn’t make it due to my fly change and they refused to provide me with refund. The place is a ghetto and not safe at all. Plus it has bedbugs and so dirty all over the place. It’s not safe and too loud there. This place should not be listed improvement.

Great AC. Room was clean…thank goodness for tiled floors. The area was not great and it appeared to be a haven for drug users. Did not feel at all safe and I would not stay there again. You get what you pay for, so next time I will spend the correct amount on a safe place.

The staff weren't helpful, the room did not look clean, the comforter was disgusting, that we removed from the very uncomfortable beds. Couldn't get comfortable due to the mattress to be able to get any quality sleep. Area of motel has drug dealers and prostitution inside of the complex and on the surrounding streets which made for an uncomfortable experience.

The room was large and clean. It was quiet and I was able to get a good night's rest. The location is north of downtown Austin, but about 10 minutes away, so it was easy to drive into downtown Austin on I-35. I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe the buildings were a little rundown, but it was not a big deal, especially based on the price I paid for the room.

The hotel is right off t highway. It is on the feeder road. The turn in is easy to miss and if you miss it you have to go over a half a mile so you can turn around and you have to go all the way around the other side of the highway and make an additional u-turn just to get back to the hotel. The office is locked regardless to what time of the day or night it is.

The man who checked us in was very chipper and kind. You pay a $10 deposit per room to get your single blank keycard and the room's remote. The woman who checked us out was efficient and similarly nice. My deposit was refunded to my account quickly. Both rooms were incredibly humid and smelled HEAVILY of cigarettes. The furniture in both rooms consisted mainly of a bed, a hanging wall mirror, a small table, and one chair. One room had a long and sturdy TV console, the other a small end table. The bathrooms are tiny (standard for cheaper stays ngl), the showers are incredibly awkward to operate (three knobs, 2 labeled hot), the towels provided are threadbare and occasionally stained, and you get one washcloth. You also get 2 bars of soap. One of the rooms had normal sized pillows that were flat as a blanket, the other had small square pillows that were fluffy. You only have the two regardless. The bedding in one room had small, light stains and the other had a "crusty" feel towards the very foot of the bed. Overall an experience I won't repeat alone but with friends/family yes

The room has smok smell. I reserved non-smoking room. There is no hair dryer. The stairs has a lot of sand. The advantage is cheap. 24 hours has a person in the front desk. We only had a small window to communicate with the staffs. The door is locked in the check-in office. They seemed to prevent the crimes or robbery.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property is located in a very unsafe area with people loitering around at all hours. The room had a strong odor, and I discovered bedbugs during my stay. Management was unresponsive and unhelpful, and overall, the place felt poorly maintained. This hotel was a big disappointment. The room smelled bad, and I even found cold medicine left behind from a previous guest. The beds were old and very springy, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything from next door. The property felt unsafe — people were walking around outside all night, and the parking area was dark with barely any lighting. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I didnt like the fact that they keep assigning me the same room. The room that was assigned to me has plumbing issues. The toilet barely flushes, the sink stops up, and the tub/shower stops up as well. The shower and tub water runs at the same time. You cannot take a shower without the tub filling up.

Also it is advertised that they have a laundry facility but I never saw any. The room have no microwaves no refrigerators. Yet they can at least allow you to enter the lobby to used a microwave in the lobby. I was impressed with the Roku TV, the bed and the cleanliness of the room. Moreover they may had to implement certain measures due to the area they are in.

It's in a rougher area of town. So there tends to be a lot of activity at night time. More than it seems like during the day. The rooms aren't very clean the beds are extremely old. Its a real sithole run by drug addictive employee's not to mention the wifi is being hacked constantly to steal guest information if there naive enough to use it the problems ate from people living there long term not a apartment complex but supposedly a motel for the weekend or something but people drugs and drug dealers along with open prostitution and people dying of drug overdose i know this as my wife worked and lived here for 6 months only to be let go because business is going down hill what i mentioned is facts and the owners try very little to change what could be a decent motel with a safe environment.

It was well maintained on the inside, but on the outside its kind of old and run down. Front office service was kind of distant n cold. Had to speak through a plexiglass barrier, i guess their have been some security issues in the past or they stayed frozen in time in the Covid era.

Rooms overall were quite decent for the price. Some of the other guests were quite interesting individuals. Checking in and out was very easy and very fast. Housekeeping came through daily to makeup the heds and restock towels. Overall a decent place if you are looking for a place to sleep at night and plan to spend most of the day out and about.

Was not sure when I made the reservation what part of town this motel was in. It was in area that I wouldn't go out by my self or allowed my wife to go to the car by herself. It's not Expedia fault I should have check on the area first.

House keeping made many excuses to try to come into our room. They wouldn't give us towels unless we let them into our room.

It’s a great destination if you’re going to mind your business and sleep. Don’t expect too much. And again. Mind your business. There’s a lot going on outside so go inside and lock your door. And for the love of god do not be there by yourself. It’s not a bad place honestly. There’s just a lot going on outside so just go in to sleep and relax. Don’t listen to thw commotion outside. The photos of the property were in accurate room was filthy, house keeping forgot towels and front desk would not give them to us. No fridge or microwave in room. Room was filthy apoun arrival. Would not recommend.

I stayed in room 200 for the entire week and the HVAC did not get fixed. I ran the heating system the entire week I was there and the room never gotten heated up. I reported the issue and still nothing happened so I suffered being cold for the whole week I was there. Also the face towels the cleaning people leaves behind looks like they've been wiping up oil or something.

We had one minor issue we had a guy going around knocking on people's doors and take off then my husband open the door to see who it was and saw a guy knocking on other doors too then he ask the guy why he do that and then he apologized to my husband

I think the benefit was that its location has direct access to the freeway. Yet, it’s quite noisy, mattress was caved in, and the room had a particular smell (not good). Stained sheets and flooring. On the bright side, the heater was working and we did have hot water. We just stayed one night. Check-in took a while even though we had paid in advance through Expedia. Check-out was fast.

Honestly one of the best hotels out here in Austin, it’s affordable, parking is great, not to mention the staff is nice and friendly, the receptionist are very helpful and do their job at a superb level always! I have been here for a couple months now and have no complaints whatsoever.

My experience it’s always wonderful here at the Budget Inn, the staff is great. The receptionist are always friendly and helpful , they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make my stay easy they have great management here!

this should tell you all you need to know about this place.......the top of the fence was covered with razor wire

this should tell you alot about the place, the top of the fence had razor wire. none of the people spoke english, except the people at the front desk. and you couldn't go in the lobby where the front desk was, all business had to be at a window on the outside of the lobby area. bed was lumpy. they gave you 1 wash cloth and 2 towels. they wouldn't give you anymore than that. had one little entrance and only way in or out.

The staff don’t make sure the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and under the beds and walls

The check-in was easy and the clerk was nice. I had a horrible Thanksgiving so it was a break from a very hard day.
