    They have smoking rooms Addition $10 charged for the remote to the tv! After the booking said all included! There was Loud music played from a near by room almost all night for two days and nights straight . The shorter man at the front desk was extremely rude to me , I almost left the first day. Had my reservation wrong tried to give me a queen /no smoking . I reserved and paid for a King /smoking .I asked for new sheets at 8am from front desk . Ask housekeeper at 10 am . Assured the sheets would be changed by both , came back 6 hours later room is still the same . Lots of walkers outside for it to be on the service road . Not a good week stay in my opinion .

    Never stay here the toilet of all things didn’t work and was not usable had to wait 24 hour + before it was fixed . You won’t enjoy none of it pool was dirty af never will I stay there again 5 days too long only stayed because I couldn’t get my money back and the staff is funny this man @ the desk is no helpful and doesn’t help on purpose rude af I had a bad vacation because of this hotel

    This property will suffice for a lone traveller for a single night, but beds are uncomfortable to sleep on, and make sure you bring your own ironing supplies. The ridiculous $10 deposit for the TV remote control is mandatory even if you don't watch TV and just need to sleep. 👎 Bedspreads too old and they don't offer a blanket liner even if the weather is cold. By these measures it surprises me that they even offer toilet paper.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is the example of why you should never book a nonrefundable room. I am in Austin to work overnights. I booked through Expedia and then called at around 0645 . I asked if there was an early checkin fee the lady was short but said yes it it $10. I asked how early could i check in. Her response was "You can check in now if you want to". My shift got extended so i worked until 8, I went and ate breakfast then proceeded to the hotel. I said o was there to ckeck in, she looked at me like i was crazy. I said im the one that callled and was told i could check in early. She clearly wasnt happy so she asked for the name on the reservation and o gave her mine. I assume she looked me up on the computer, after a couple of seconds she said "you should have asked if your room was avaliable and ready". I was dumbfounded. So i asked if there was any thing that could be done after i tried explaining i just got off and extended overnight shift and she sternly said "you booked through a third-party " as if it was a crime. So i said if i pay for additional time or another day can you put me in a room now, her response remained the same. It was clear she was not going to budge. So i asked what is the earliest that my room will be avaliable, her resonspe was " 1-2". I said i have to go back to work at 7pm is there anything that can be done? Back to the 3rd party response. Moral: They can be rude & nasty either way they keep your money & you cant do anything about it.

    Didn't use theirs. The ice makers hasn't worked in years. They said it. If you don't check out on time the keep your things until you pay on top of deposit they already keep you get charged 50 dollar to get it back. It don't matter if it was 2 or hours late . There are no amenities, zero.

    They only gave one set of towels for one person, when I had prepaid for 2 adults for two days. They didn't have housekeeping come to clean the room after the first night, as they did state they were going to make our room up while we were at the convention. Manager stated that we had to use our personal bofywash and pay to use the on-site washer and dryer, all that took time away from e om us resting, relaxing, and spe ding quality time together of which we pay good money to be able to have. We were very disappointed overall with the customer ser, lack of AMMENITIES, and lack of housekeeping. We have been going there every weekend for months since our jobs moved us nearer to each other, and it was a convenient location. But we are looking for a new establishment for our lodging and vacations. And management should be replaced by someone who is versed in a better quality customer service, they were verbally rude.

    I nevwr joined their broke ass wifi. So i dont know what the wifi strength was. There were way worse issues with that near decrepitproperty. They dont care to clean the rooms beyond what they physically see... from the vantage point of the center of rhe room. Becauew they didnt vacuum or clean behind all furniture and did not clean or vacuum under the bed. It was disgusting

    I was afraid to stay in that area I didn't realize it was located in a poor neighborhood I seen a lot of white Vans and trucks come through which normally indicate trafficking and other shifting situations going on I didn't rest well I know that housekeeping tried to come in my room without knocking just using their kid I did call the police and inform them of what I was experiencing of course we don't want to use Public Services unless it's an extreme emergency but I'm about de-escalation and preventative situations I would not recommend anyone to stay here also I wash my face with soap and water and they have white towels that cost about maybe 50 cents a piece per se or a dollar maybe and they are trying to build me $70 for the towels that my washable makeup was on everything I wear is washable it doesn't stain I turned in the key at the end of my stay we should be on video and was recalling to request my $10 refund back from the key and the young lady that was in the front for that time stated I didn't sign off on paperwork to leave I said the older lady did not request for me to sign anything she just said to bring the key I took my own trash out the room was clean I made the bed it's not okay to exploit customers or anyone I hope and pray that booking.com addresses this concern and issue I will not choose to return there again or advise anyone to go there unless you are prepared to deal with some situations it's just not a safe place.     Room and property is disgusting. Room reeks of cigarettes, sheets are stained, plumbing barely barely works. On top of the deplorable condition of this place, they charge a 10 dollar deposit for a room key and a TV remote that your don't even want to touch. If you think they return that 10 dollars after you check out and return their stuff, you're very wrong. 40 dollars for this place is wild, but they just hold on to that 10 dollar deposit and bump it up to 50 just because they can. Whoever runs this slum should be investigated by the powers that be that prevent scams and diseases from foul motels such as this

    When I arrived at night, it was very cold and I needed to check in. The lobby door was locked, and the staff member on duty refused to let me enter, citing company policy. When I asked if I could come inside to complete the check in, he firmly said no and was not welcoming at all. His tone came across as aggressive, and it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, more like I was approaching a secured facility than a motel. The room conditions were also poor. The blanket on the bed had holes in it, which reflects a lack of proper upkeep. In the morning, the lobby door was still locked during checkout, and there were no basic amenities such as coffee available. I have stayed in many motels and hotels, and unfortunately this was one says the worst experiences I’ve had, mainly due to the staff attitude and lack of basic hospitality standards.

    Bed Buggs bit me Up my Arm and found them on My jacket. THEY DOMT DO REGUNDS AT ALL EVEN IF ITS BEFORE CHECK IM. Which is crazy and messed up You only get One towel set no matter how many people in the room. And you can’t get any extra tissue or soap after you use the bare minimum in the room. Terrible property mostly because very unhelpful with anything and they play in your face with pricing and because BED BUGS!!!!. And won’t do anything about he bugs or even offer to switch room.

    Check in took longer than expected because the front desk clerk was out on the premises checking rooms. The room was clean. Furthermore there was no microwave, refrigerator nor ice maker. The bed was too firm, I woke up with slight back pain. Yet I do love the Roku Tv with all the channels to watch and me being able to cast to the TV.

    It’s a Motor Inn, so manage expectations. I must have been given a smoking room, as it definitely smelled. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The TV offering was also surprisingly great. Bathroom amenities … well bring your own. I assume the fella at check-in was the owner, and he was very nice.

    This place literally stink. It was dirty. The sheets, towels and wash cloths were not clean. There were buckets outside each door filled with cigarette butts, no emptied them the whole time I was there. They perform all business through a little window with the client standing outside. Rain or shine. The grounds were dirty.

    This is a serious dive motel, run-down, in a bad neighborhood. That said, room 107 was in surprisingly good shape with new fixtures, a new shower, toilet, and sink, it was reasonably clean and secure. You can do a lot worse for a micro-budget stay. I have paid more for less.

    The property is not so clean on the outside but the rooms are kept nice and there are no roaches anywhere I could see. Pool is nice but small, staff are nice and accomodating as much as they can. Vending machines are fairly cheap here. Parking can sometimes be packed. Definitely good to book if u need something cheap and quick, deposit is 10 a night on card only though.

    To begin with they charged my credit card for the room and the reservation never showed up so we waited for 5 hours I just sleep outside and they never refunded me my money and you're later I'm still waiting the place is bug infested drug infested hooker infested crime infested you name it infested I really would like my money back ASAP or I'm going to start posting reviews about it every single day thank you

    Horrible, got locked out of the room by a battery malfunction one time and then another time because I started my cycle and didn’t know it. They charged me for that time. Also the shower rod fell and almost hit my daughter in the head. They also barely spoke any English. I was never giving a WiFi password though they say there is “free WiFi”. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless your desperate

    People were active all night: working on their cars, listening to loud television, having conversations at high volume, banging on doors. Floor was not clean so I wore socks or shoes and just took them off to get into bed. Sheets seemed clean but had holes, towels were threadbare and rough and we had only two small bath towels and one wash cloth. We checked out early in the morning and forfeited 2 nights of payment. This motel was not for visitors to the city but seemed to be a residence inn.

    I was told to wait in the parking lot for ocher 20 minutes. During that time the office doors were locked and several auspicious people knocked on my car. I also witnessed several crimes but the staff refused to open the door. I left the premises and went to another hotel. Horrible environment. Totally creepy and unsafe.
