This place was a nightmare, filthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room was not the cleanest and so many people hanging around the property at all times that I feel they need to hire security.

I love the home feel. It’s a family owned business and we loved the quiet, clean, well- maintained surroundings. We will definitely stay again! The price is very reasonable too! Convenient to food, groceries, gas, shopping. Bathroom is spacious, no carpet a big plus!!! Very very clean, small fridge, and microwave. Had a nice taco truck just feet away, very delicious authentic food. Everything worked well, no issues at all! Very nice and courteous staff. Love the snacks! Outside very well maintained, nice pool, parking right in front of my room. Safety and security here was awesome, no issues at all.

Walked into our non-smoking room which smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The bed was also undone, doubt that the room had been inspected at all in between guests stays. Canceled and went elsewhere.

The building is very dirty and there are people standing around the corners of the hotel smoking weed. The manager was very rude. I stayed at this hotel for three days with no towels. I had to go buy towel from Walmart. Mine was a terrible experince

room was clean, ac was decent, but the people around the area were loud, someone that kept going to the main office walked by us and said hi my other 2 kids didnt say anything and i said hello and he made a comment about someone being all dressed up and not able to say hello. was unacceptable. no one is entitled to someone else in a matter of anything. there was a strong weed smell coming in the room all night, people being loud all night, loud vehicles coming in and out. the tv remote batteries were dead, weird holes in the room. people fighting when i checked into the room. i will not be staying in this hotel anymore.

Well it's definitely a basic type motel, Hot water, working toilet, mini fridge w/freezer, queen size bed, Cold A/C most of the time, 26" lcd TV. If you don't plan on swimming in the public pool (I wouldn't) and sketchy parking( I made sure I could keep an eye on my Truck from my second story window). I did sleep with dead bolt latch on and moved the luggage caddy in front of the door for added measure. But when it's Under $60 a night really how much more can you really ask for on a budget. The room was clean and so was the microwave/fridge.

As soon as i walked in to the room it smelled horrible… like it hadnt been clean in a while like moth balls etc… the toilet seat kept coming off… there was always people arguing outside even cops showed up.. always making loud noises or being too loud late at night.. i had no other option but to stay cuz of my job being to close to that hotel… i wouldnt stay there again.. plus online when i booked it said complimentary breakfast included and when in the hotel they said no…

We had a very disppointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that the property is poorly maintained and in serious need of updates. The room was rundown, with unattractive furnishings and it did not feel clean or inviting at all. In addition, the hotel did not feel safe, which mad out stay even more uncomfortable. Because of this, we decided not to stay-we checked in and left shortly after seeing the room. Unfortunately, this was not what we expected, and it did not meet even basic standards for comfort. I would not recommend staying here.

I still had 7 more days that they need to refund back to me that I paid for. But did not get to stay until my reservation was not over yet and I was removed from on 04/20/2026 and should have stay until 04/28/2026 I paid until that day. But I was not allowed to stay until the end of my reservation was up so legally the owe me money back for theft of service. At the price of $41.00 a day times 7 days the owe me $ 287.00 and I believe they should pay me all moneys back for the treatment I went through my services animal and I had to sit in the rain for more than 8 hours until I could get someone to pick us up on that day I am a disabled senior citizen I have a seizure disorder and a heart condition and could have died on that day. I have every right to sue your company and their for the way my service animal and I were treated so poorly i will never recommend your organization or any company that you sponcer ever again.

On the day of checkout (on Saturday morning), they couldn't give me late checkout. Worst they didn't let me leave the baggage in storage which was the first time I heard is not available. Disappointed.

I thought the lower rate was worth it.Until we actually stayed there. It's right next to a freeway.ConstantLoud car noises almost up as if the window was open.No noise insulation. Beds were very uncomfortable. There was a domestic dispute in the middle of the market. A man was yelling to call 911. It sounded like he was assaulting a lady right outside our door and then into the parking lot.

While the internet speed and television service were satisfactory, and the mattress was acceptable, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The accommodations felt outdated and lacked basic amenities, such as a coffee maker or face napkins. No lotions or shampoo either. I also found the cleanliness of the room to be below standard, specifically noting that both the towels and the toilet were not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. Towels were dirty with yellow stains on it. Room was cleaned but everything so used and old that it looked cheap and poor. Bathroom door has severe dents and repainted 10 times. Front door wouldn't shut completely and pops from edge that insects or bugs can easily crawl in. Furthermore, the environment did not feel suitable for a family stay. The significant noise from the highway made it difficult to sleep, the pillows were uncomfortable, and I had concerns regarding the security of my vehicle in the parking area. People were fighting/ yelling in the parking lot at 3 am. AC was very noisy and would wake me up every time it runs on. Due to these factors, I do not intend to stay at this location again. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

I wasn’t expecting luxury since this is a budget motel, but I did expect basic cleanliness and comfort. Sadly, that standard wasn’t met. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I am not sure about the room because I left because that area is disgusting with a lot of people men around there hanging around a lot of druggies homeless people made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked the lady in the front if I could have something in the front and downstairs it was going to be hard for me to go upstairs. I had to leave because she’s not accommodate me whatsoever.

Staff was great, but the property itself seems to be run by an owner who didn’t really care, and treats you like a criminal. Dirty. Denied enough towels for everyone in our room. Denied more than 1 key card. Power went out in half the room. Moved to a different room whic reeked, was incredibly dirty, and had cockroaches. Went back to original power outage room. Pool advertised open, not open now or anytime soon. Oh yeah, and bugs EVERYWHERE.

If you are a drug dealer this is an excellent place to stay. Motel and parking lot are full of active drug addicts and drug dealers. Watched 2 drug deals happen in broad daylight. I made management aware and they already knew this activity was going on and told me there was nothing they could do. I think they receive a kick back from the drug dealers for turning a blind eye. STAY AWAY, DO NOT STAY HERE!

The light in the bathroom wouldn't go out the fan on the heater only cut off when I disconnected the electricity the door to the bathroom didn't close roaches crawled out and this room didn't have a microwave or fridge I called the front desk and they didn't do anything

The location. It's within walking distance from 3 gas stations, 2 smoke shops and 3 game rooms. The heater in our room worked, but was clearly broken and needed replacement.

Absolutely horrific! Homeless people gather in front of the motel plus a lot of homeless wondering and sitting in motel areas. Guests yelling, fighting, one guest seemed under influence and was kicking doors, slamming doors, yelling at other guests. We could not handle it, we grabbed our things and we decided to leave!

It is a Motel 6, so, not glamorous. However, the grounds and room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. If you just need a comfy place to rest, it's just fine. Check in desk was very nice. Wifi good. Room was missing some towels and was some sticky stuff on the floor by the bed and shower curtain and sink counter could use some attention but overall it was mostly quiet and what I needed for a one night stay at the last minute. It's great if u just need a bed and a shower.

This Motel needs to get several things fixed.

I had to stay awake all night to make sure the tons of roaches didn’t get on my sleeping children. Reached out to facility and they said they will respond back quickly, still have not said anything. Lights didn’t work and fridge did not work and stayed hot. Wasted 63 dollars.

The property was in a fairly bad part of town and they typical undesirable neighbors were screaming, knocking on the doors and one woman ask for money and they bent completely over with her bottom facing our doorway. I assume she was a prostitute. I'd rather pay more and not come back.

The property was nice. It was only a little noisy because there was a lot of construction going on in the area and right off the highway. But if you're looking for a good place to stay for a reasonable price, this is a fair choice.

My 19 yr old daughter and I booked this hotel for Oct 17th and Oct 18th 2024. We checked in on Thursday at around 3pm. We dropped our bags off in room and left to go for apartment tours. We were gone all afternoon and we came back to hotel around 11pm that night and got settled in. My daughter killed a roach on the dresser where the tv was. She also killed two on the floor that were crawling around. She sat in her bed and then noticed one in the sheets and some baby roaches crawling on the walls behind the bed. I also seen baby roaches and bigger ones behind my bed. They were everywhere. I called the lobby and told them about it and I said we can not stay here with all the roaches and my daughters asthma. The lady said that I would need to take my ID to the front and they would credit me for Sat night. I told her I wanted a refund for tonight- Friday and she said that they would have to get exterminator to check and see if it was infested. We gathered our stuff and put in car and I went to lobby. It was a different lady and she said to me. Did she tell you that you wouldn’t get a refund for tonight. I told her no, she said after the exterminator looked at it on his next visit, that would determine if I did or not. The lady said no she told me you will not get a refund because of it being 11:30 pm. She then said that the person before me was a long term resident and they didn’t know how she lived. We had to pay two nights at a different hotel 40 min away. Do not go there.

Después no había toallas grandes para cuando uno sale de bañarse había un solo jabón chiquito lo único bueno fue el servicio de la recepcionista que me atendió nada más , hotel muy ruidoso tenían un perro en una habitación ladrando en la madrugada no fue una buena experiencia !!!!!!!!

Got there 30 minutes before check-in time. Myself and about 18 other customers all stood around waiting for well over an hour for rooms to become available. Once I had my room I had to go back to the front desk to have my keycard reassigned 4 separate times. For the amount of money it cost to stay here I could have done an Airbnb for twice the length of stay. Will not use Motel 6 again.

No blankets on the beds and none were even clean to get 2 for the beds until the next night, some plugins didn’t work, tv unplugged and plug was behind the wallmount, mildew on shower curtain, sheets had dirt on them, door didn’t close al the way, only 3 towels with 4 people and wouldn’t give us another one, floor was sticky, trash and cigarette butts outside

Our main bathroom light was broken upon arrival. Of course the ice machine was broken. We booked this one because it had a pool, which was closed and when we asked for an extra pillow they gave us one that was stained. Atleast the bed was comfortable.

Our stay was and has been absolutely terrific. The staff has been great to us. They are very attentive and have made our stay very special. I really appreciate all that they do here. I feel like a family unit and they are part of our extended family now

There is no way I could stay here. I didn't see towels in the shower, not out was cleaner the bed. I and a mistake choosing this place. Had to leave immediately.

Property looked nothing like the pictures used on website when booking. Room smelled a lot like cigarette. Had issues with key card not opening on the door to rooms I booked.

Staff were very helpful and quick, never had to stand at the front desk longer than 5 minutes. If you want new towels, make sure you ask in the afternoon because they rarely had any available in the morning or evenings.

The entire facility was old and well worn.

How clean it was

Transit stop nearby connecting to rapid bus route. Close to freeway and inevitable traffic noise but tolerable.

I generally have decent experience with motel 6 but avoid this one , sepnd $15 more for a better motel/hotel room.

Staff-friendly. Studio was located off 183 Hwy and in a nice neighborhood. Studio had all needs. Park like environment in parking area.

This motel is very inexpensive. you get what you pay for! It is in the worst part of austin. The room was dated the bed was terrible. Avoid!!!!!

Not a good area, the smoke alarm kept going off in our non smoking room scaring my children, and even after calling the office it kept going off. Ice machines broken.

Very noisy music at around 4am. Must be someone with drugs.

Old property

Second one was also but was not as bad as the previous room so we stayed because my kids were tired and so was I.

Noises off highway, bad neighborhood. Patrons were asking for money by knocking at room door at all hours of night and day.

Third cheapest motel in all of Austin, $110 after taxes and fees. I stayed for two nights, a roach crawled on the bed the first night, pretty sure I saw a prostitute leave a room too. The AC didn’t stay on, the shower and sink have good hot water. No shampoo just the motel 6 soaps. The second night was also $110 and I got a different room. The AC was good, no bugs, but the toilet was clogged or something because it took about 10 flushes for it to drain before it started working normally. No toilet paper. If you’re looking for a cheap motel to spend the night at, nothing fancy, this is it. TV has good cable, HBO and all that. The wifi is actually good, I was able to play my gaming laptop with no problem. When I asked for the wifi password the teller told me it’s on the room key card sleeve. It doesn’t say anything but “Welcome!” and that’s the password. The sink even has a bottle opener bolted on! I used to go out of town for work all over Texas, I’ve seen worse.

Roaches

The worst when it comes to the room images there nothing like the ones uploaded the room also smell like smoke not only that i dint get any sleep due to all the noise from the hiway and the loud people arround .

We had a problem with our key not working but the front desk representative put us In a different room with a working key opener. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The conditions in this hotel were very bad. The floors were sticky, the was mildew and rust in the shower. Th dead bolt on the door didn't work and there seemed to be an ongoing police presence. There were two people sleeping in the laundry room. And th entire place smelled like marijuana. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. I was there for two days and never felt safe

The lady at the front desk wouldn't let me check in early even though I told her we had just drove for 5 hours, I told her we had a function to attend at 3pm. I asked what's the latest we can check in and she told me 7 pm. It was hot and they didn't have no refrigerator nor a microwave in the room and the bed was so uncomfortable.

It was perfectly located to airport and downtown Austin. Good food selection nearby

I just didn’t like how the water pressure was really low in the shower & sink , & also the water didn’t even get hot at all.

The room was dirty, the floor had not been swept or mopped. I ran out of toilet paper and towels, went to the front desk I was told they didn’t have either available. Shower was similar to a prison shower and dirty, like the rest of the room. I ended up leaving @ 4 am, I booked another hotel.

Great over night stay

It was convenient to other areas. It was quiet. The service was great. Very clean.

After check in, restroom was dirty, no toilet paper, and no towels, we decide to request items to lobby representative, the answer was: we are out of towels we sorry. I guess this is unacceptable at hotel and no paper no towels to get fresh with a shower after long way travel..

The workers there are rude at times they don't provide you the information you need the rooms are very cold the acc units are horrible they don't have much cover to not be cold they don't serve no food some of the rooms have holes in the bathrooms and the walls and bathroom doors the place is by hotels where people have been killed in two other hotels near by it's in a really bad area I would not recommend this hotel they don't bring you towels you have to go get everything yourself everything about the hotel is horrible

Probably not booking this property again!

Zero hot water, door didn’t lock, bed frame had some suspicious crust all over it.

Front door jammed half the time. Bathroom was dirty. Someone had previously removed the smoke alarm and smoked in my, "smoke free room."

The room we got was so disgusting and smelt like body odor as if they didn't clean the sheets. The towels were black with stains and the toilet has poop on it. The shower floor had scum I could not even bathe. The AC in the room did not work so it was muggy and stinky. I will never return here it should be condemned. Would not recommend. Not worth the money spent.

What makes this Motel 6 so great is the staff! Very, very kind ladies (I cannot remember all the names and I cannot certainly leave out anyone of them) they and very accommodating. Always greeted me with a smile and a genuine interest in making sure I was comfortable. Even the housekeeping lady..she had a firm way but she also has focus to do get job and do it right the first time. Really thank them for that. One day I extended my stay and was having a really rough morning. Ines cheered me up with the sincerest compassion, with the few kind words she spoke. That's true customer service to comfort the moments. That takes skill and good intentions. They all have that! Would definitely stay again. Only problem I have is knowing the should all be paid more. They deserve it;

Awful neighborhood

Property was not clean. Sheets on the beds were dingy and very thin. Satellite service was also very spotty.

I didn’t even stay, I called someone a hr and 30 minutes away ti come get me. Shower was dirty, “unsavory characters” outside of my room door. And location did not look like it did online! I wasted $140.00 and the majority of the building was dry rotted and room smelled of burnt sulfur. But pretty sure that smell was coming from the neighbors and their activities. I honesty think a crime scenes was cleaner than my room.
