The elevator always smells horrible (either cigarettes or burnt plastic) The shampoo and shower gel are not sufficiently provided in the rooms. My room had got no hangers that we had to go to the reception to get it. No iron machine in my room but other room. One of the drying machines didn't manage to dry the clothes. The staff only suggested the another machine but nothing about the money from the broken machine. We're foreigners so we dint want troubles and just tolerate as much as we can. But it was not a pleasant stay. We've been to so many super 8 in Texas and this is the worst one.

Location was convenient and check in was quick Room was pretty dirty - unswept floors, obvious cigarette burns in bed comforters, missing bar on toilet paper holder. Property clearly needs an update (cracked and missing tiles in bathroom) and breakfast was pretty underwhelming.

I cancelled my stay 5mins, unsafe location for me and my family, dirty parking lot, staff not helpful, homeless and drug addicts walking all around outside in parking lot of hotel, room was dirty and smelled. Had a crackhead lighting up outside my door before walking into my room and finding another drug addict inside my room just sitting on the bed. We quickly turned around and went to cancel my stay at the lobby. Everything top to bottom could have been better. Orangewood Hotel about 2 miles away was slightly more ($25) but 10x in difference, that hotel was exactly what I should’ve booked from the get go.

Of all my travels, this hotel is in the top 5 of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The first non smoking room they put us in reeked of cigarette smoke as well as other unknown odors. They did move us to another room. This one didn't have the cigarette smoke odor, but did have foul odor. The floors were not clean, there was black mold in the shower, roaches around the sink, and very noisy all throughout the night. I usually check the area out via google maps prior to booking a room but was unable to do so this time. I won't make that mistake again. I would be giving this hotel negative stars if possible.

The too. was filthy, sticky stuff on sheets BUGS IN THE BATHROOM black mold and stains in the toilet STRANGER BANGING MY DOOR AT 1AM wouldn’t leave for several minutes!! Never stay here!

I did not expect anything special. I did hope to not have trash bags sitting out of my room for 2 days especially since they weren't mine. 90° weather with trash bags sitting down the hallway outside and a pool so gross you couldn't see the bottom. The only reason why I chose that place was the pool. I guess I'll have to choose a cleaner rundown Motel. Funny part is they have a really old sign on the side of the building that says new pool. I would have rather swam in the creek. And don't get me started on the bathroom or dark liquidy stuff on the floor under the bed frame. It served its purpose but geez I really wish I could have gone swimming and not had to deal with it nasty trash bags. Now if you're looking for felonious activities this is exactly where you want to stay. Welcome to all of Austin.

This place was terrible I wouldn’t advise no one to stay here, I have a dozen pictures to prove it. I called and ask for manger he said manger wasn’t there so I told him what my problem was and I ask him to come up and take a look he said 30 min and I said I needed another room or my money back he said I would need to take that up with whom I booked it through but he never showed up The bathroom was dirty looked to be mold in the shower along with dirt on the shower floor toilet was dirty, walls dirty, wall socket was missing, window curtains dirty among other things. It’s always good to travels with your own towels and blanket. Everything looks good not always so. This was the worst hotel

The staff was nice. The bathroom was dingy and dirty. The towels were simply left on the bed haphazardly. There were signs of roach sroppings near the outlets.

The check in was easy. I felt as though I had walked into a bad movie. The hotel, for a Wyndham property was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were burn holes in the bed spread. The sheets were stained with some sort of black stains on them. The floors were filthy, with some sort of film on them. The shower structure was falling apart - literally had parts of it falling off. The hot water/cold water were in the incorrect order. The window was filthy - you could barely see around it. I feel as though this hotel should be condemned. I was severely disappointed in the condition, the misrepresentation of the photos to the actual property and room, and felt pretty unsafe with the surrounding area.

I didn’t like anything about the crack motel who still refused to refund my room. There dirty rooms and property were unacceptable for families to enjoy. The place was a bit rundown. Very noisy next to the highway. The bed itself was comfortable.

I booked a month in advance I thought you know the room I was going to get was you know decent room you know maybe something on their first floor I was on the third floor everything was broken there was a huge hoe on the wall when you open the door The towel rocket was broken It smelled very fall there was a piece in the restroom that was falling off as well The water pressure was horrible no hot water was like lukewarm The beds were horrible very lumpy not comfortable at all whatsoever The bedding they give you as blankets to cover yourself It's like a drape basically yeah I know it was bad what you pay for is not what you're getting.

Nothing good at this property! Couldn’t include all the photos I took! Disgusting room. From the dirty parking lot to the evening front desk, the room, the outside area, the other “guests” staying there. Holes and “stuff” on bedspread, sink falling out of vanity, no surface was clean. People slamming doors ALL NIGHT. Tried to call front desk at 8:45 pm. No answer, mailbox full! Walked to front desk, the employee was standing there not answering the phone. Only stayed the night because we had an appointment to keep and no time to find another room after driving 1,100 miles that day. The people in the area outside our room door were begging for cigarettes, we don’t smoke. The “no smoking” room smelled like cigarettes. The response I received from the property is that it’s “not a Wyndham “ owned property. It’s a franchisee. So, they don’t regulate the property.

First room the key would not open the door so had to get a new room. Second room the remote for TV would not work so had to get a new remote. There was no iron or tissues in the room. Good locati0on and ok price

The hot tub was full of gravel and not functional. The heated pool was not heated. It was also supposed to be 21 and up but was not. Extremely disappointing. I picked this hotel for the hot tub. I paid an extra $60 for an amenity that wasn't working.

This hotel is horrible; I do not recommend it. The bathrooms are old and ugly. It has a very poor appearance. Do not bring your children to this place.

It was near downtown which is where we needed to be for our event . Pictures on site were totally different than seeing place in reality .

The air conditioning worked & it was only one night. Also the lady cleaning the food area was very good & helpful The pictures online do not represent this facility. The shower/tub unit was moldy and the base of the toilet and tub weren't clean. 2 8x8 inch throw pillow style pillows per bed, no other pillows. No blanket or bedspread just the thin throw. Several men hanging out drinking in the walkway in front of the rooms (we were on the 3rd floor). Hot tub not working for "a long time " Booking description not updated. This was a bare bones, fly by the seat of their pants motel. Not what I would expect from a super 8 Wyndham property. Had I known beforehand that I could post pictures here, I would have taken plenty. ?

I didn’t like anything about my stay. The rooms did not have water, which is a fundamental service that should be guaranteed. After a long day of work, my employees needed to shower and clean up, and this was not possible. Due to this issue, I canceled the second night the same day and had to relocate my team to another accommodation. I kindly request a refund for the second night.

Called front desk, nothing was done! The only ice machine working was at the main office! When I asked for ice, the bag that goes in the ice bucket wasn’t even 1/4 filled. He said the ice was clumped together, and that was all he could get!(ever heard of a hammer dude?) He said come back later for more? Then, I told him about the man knocking on my door @3AM! He said, Oh, he probably got the wrong room, as he chuckled!! I was scared to death!! I asked for extra towels because I had spilled coffee, that I brought, and used up all the towels! He told me to go back up to my 3rd floor room and bring him the dirty ones to exchange!(Sorry, not my job!) Funny thing, they were selling their towels because SO MANY people were asking for the plain white, cheap hotel towels! LOL! The only coffee maker was at the main office area, where continental breakfast was offered! What a joke! When we entered the room the fire detector was hanging from the ceiling and beeping. When we complained we were given another room. This room did not have a remote control for the TV. We had to ask the front desk for one. The room was shabby. There were holes in the bed cover and the black out shades. The next morning I couldn't get the shower to work. We have stayed at other Super8s before without problems, but here we checked out immediately despite our non-refundable two night prepaid cost. The exterior and parking lot was rundown and the room smelled musty, had cigarette burns through the comforter, dings and marks on the wall, and a footprint stained on the fitted sheet. At that point we were not interested in trying to find another room on property and paid for a nearby hotel that felt much safer and cleaner.

The manager says that he won’t refund my money unless the “higher” management approves the refund due to it being booked on Expedia. I’ll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge for this ridiculous service. Not worth it and would rather sleep outside or in my car than stay at this place again.

There was no breakfast any of the days due to the homelss population coming in as soon as it was put out and loading up. When we asked the staff if they could replinish they said they were told they couldn't do anything about the homeless taking the food and they weren't able to put more out.

Very old and outdated. Had to change rooms three times. First time the shower didn’t work. The faucet flung off and was spraying water. The next room the TV didn’t work. Feel bad for writing a bad review because the front desk lady was nice and was trying to be as helpful as possible but it was her resources that lacked heavily.

It’s great for the price 100% but maybe tell the Cleaning staff to clean under the furniture from time to time because I’ve dropped things and went to pick it up and saw dust and other people‘s trash. Which I ignore. But it is a turn off. I will continue to stay at this location when need be. Thank you!

At check-in the receptionist was trying to get me to pay their rate for the room instead of the rate i was given on Expedia, she continued to let me know that it didnt reflect on her side and she had no way of knowing any other information other than what she could see. The room was WAAY LESS than advertised , burns in the bedding, pillows were EXTREMELY lumpy, room smelled mildewy and damp. We had literally three towels, a face a hand and a bath. Tub looked DIRTY AND MOLDY, not properly cleaned. Walls in bathroom looked moldy. Light in bathroom flickered off and on ALL NIGHT LONG. Hairdryer had no plugin attached. No iron or ironing board in room, had to go to front desk to ask for one and after looking in different rooms finally came back with bare metal ironing board, no padding and no cover. Will not be staying at this facility again. Management needs to work on cleanliness and equipment of the rooms. NOT WORTH the money in any regard. Very disappointed.

No iron or ironing board in room, had to go to front desk to ask for one and after looking in different rooms finally came back with bare metal ironing board, no padding and no cover. Will not be staying at this facility again. Management needs to work on cleanliness and equipment of the rooms. NOT WORTH the money in any regard. Very disappointed.

Bathrooms are nasty I switched rooms because the toilet and bath tub and just settled for the bathroom in the second room and how dirty it looked due to just that or the modeling of the building .. shouldn’t charge a deposit rather we get it back or not .. and the hot water took forever to get hot!!!! Didn’t even go swimming or try breakfast based off how the property looked !!

Looks like it used to be nicer. The bathtub was chipped and there seemed to be a lot of soap residue but the shower was strong and the sink was outside the toilet room. The floor was sticky so we wore our shoes the whole time. This room had a refrigerator and a microwave, but we did not try them. We stayed 3 days because we had already paid. The smell lessened. Cleaners came on Friday. We were gone, but they left fresh towels and also turned off the light/fan combo we had going in the bathroom to dry out our previous towels.

I dont necessarily think it was dirty, but it was very run down. There were cigarette burns on the top bedcover; the tub was very chipped and slightly dirty. Lastly, the room had a smell that wouldn't leave even after spraying my perfume several times. It did ok for someone like me w low expectations, but could have done better.

For the price, it was fine. My mattress needed replaced and the hot water in the morning was a lil less than hot due to everybody using it in the morn. Other than that, location was great near food and restaurants. Also, easy access to the freeway

Kind of just as expected. Price was very good but there are tradoffs. Was only able to get Luke warm water out of the shower which is the only big criticism that I had of the place. Other than that just kind of a slightly below average kind of place that is priced quite fairly accordingly. You will save money staying here for sure.

Someone that stayed here had a dog that tried to bite me, the dog managed to rip a hole on my pants. It wasn't super 8's problem so I didn't report it. Just waking up and realizing I slept well which is all that matters. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done to the rooms but if you're a simple person. Its all good.

Room was sparse without clock or cups or ice bucket. Scratches in floor, crack in mirror, many little dings in wall from previous pictures or posters that weren't filled in. Lack of outlets (only one in the whole room was in bathroom). Another guest cautioned me to be careful, as we were in a bad neighborhood, but I had no problem.

The worst hotel of my life. They changed our room 2 times because there was blood in the pillow and the bed cover. The bathroom was dirty, there were insects in the bathroom. If I could put a valoration of -100 I will put it. Don’t waste your money, you will desire not to never been there. The pictures on this Expedia are beautiful, but the reality is a nightmare. The only good thing have the entire hotel was the kindly lady of counter.

On leaving the hotel the first day we locked the room but couldn't get back in when we returned. The person at the front desk reprogrammed our card. Still didn't work. Second time she came up and used a master card to get in and said she would have maintenance come the next day. The next day when leaving, we went to the front desk and the person there was like "yes the privacy lock on that room doesn't automatically reset". Minor third point was that the one bed cover had a nice cigarette hole in it. Following our stay, I sent an email to the manager. Left a bad review on the automated survey and texted with corporate who said they would follow up with the location - but I have not heard anything back. I'd include a photo but don't think I can - probably for the best.

It was an overall great stay with nice staff. It’s a good stay for a trip on a budget for sure. Thought the breakfast would have more options for people with dietary restrictions like me but it wasn’t that big of a thing for me since I was on vacation anyway lol. The area where it’s at is a bit sketchy l, not gonna lie, but the rooms itself have top notch cleanliness.

No soap you had to ask. Off hey no seals on door you could hear everything. Roach in bathroom. Homeless are outside using common areas

No working fan in the bathroom so it smelled moldy.

There was a roach in the bathtub, we didn't complain because there's probably no other room there without bugs.

The motel turned out to be a disgusting mess. The bathtub looked like someone had been murdered in it. After 1 day all the keycards for the motel stopped working requiring assistance to get into our room. At least it wasn’t bug infested. My quality standards are not unreasonable but they’re definitely higher than this.

NEVER AGAIN! The area around the motel is sketchy, to say the very least. Although I made sure to get a non-smoking room, the room reeked of smoke. So, it's safe to assume ALL the rooms will probably smell the same. My room had 2 beds, and both of the comforters had numerous holes due to cigarette burns. We did see a roach crawling that escaped towards the back of the dresser. I'm sure there were more in there. Also, there were 4 men sitting outside one of the rooms near the staircase. We, three attractive young ladies, had to go out of our way to a far staircase just to avoid being stared at by these ugly, biker-looking men. They should have security patrol and ensure that those men take their little smoke party to the picnic area so that they do not block the walkway. The only positive thing I can state about my $100 stay at Super 8 by Wyndham is that the towels were surprisingly soft. Softer than most high-end places.

After calling to let them know that we will be arriving late. The desk clerk had the front lobby locked when we arrived. He finally came out to ask what we needed, and when we went to the window window of the lobby, he had his hand on again after he realized that I had prepaid, he didn’t apologize but waived my deposit when we got to our room we realize our TV didn’t work after phone calls Repair the hotel staff decided to wait until we left the room to enter a room without permission to fix the TV along with the smoke detector battery that have been chirping for hours every 30 seconds giving off high-pitched squeal if you’re looking for prostitutes or drug dealers this is the place for you. Otherwise find somewhere else to go weekend for my 17 year old daughter and I just a little update. I was supposed to receive a discount for the horrific weekend that I had and they went ahead and charge my credit card in full after lying about calling me to discuss a discount or partial refund

If you’re on a budget I would still recommend a different spot. Property is inconveniently located, the way the roads are situated it’s not walkable to many stores or restaurants. Freeway is a stones throw away, so there is lots of road noise. Unsavory characters roaming late at night arguing and talking loudly right outside the door. A/C worked fine, bed was way too soft for me. Microwave and fridge in the room worked well. Shower was not in good shape but worked. I would have given another star if not for the strong mold smell and lack of breakfast items (no fruit or proteins just waffles, juice and yogurt when I was there). Staff was friendly and attentive

Our neighbors were very loud and kept us up all night.They were out on the patio having a party so we were unable to sleep.Other than that the property was great

The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and kind upon checking in, my room wasn’t dirty, the wifi just wasn’t that good but overall the stay was good. There was a problem with noisy people, there was a couple arguing from 10-1am so I called the front desk and the person asked them to quiet down so I’m grateful for that as well.

It could of been better if the jacuzzi worked properly and if the dog poop wasnt everywhere other than that i love this hotel.

It was rundown. The shower in my room did not work. There was no clock, remote for the tv in my room.
