    We booked a multi bed suite but upon arrival we were issued a 1 king bed suite. The suite bedroom was nice and clean but we really need 2 queen beds. All they had available was a regular multi bed room which we took. It was a clean and nice but it was a a shame that we did not get the room we paid for.

    The hotel was nice and the room was good overall. My only complaint was the shower water pressure, which was very low, and it took a long time to get hot water. My room was on the 9th floor, so that may have contributed, but it still shouldn’t be an excuse.

    This appears to be an older hotel, but is maintained well for its age. All of front staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and accommodating as we were traveling with a small dog.

    Close to downtown area Dingy looking inside, carpet needs to be removed, a/c unit had mold residue and the cover to control it fell off when lifted, tv froze many times, toilet flushed at a very slow pace and filled up with lots of water slowly.

    On my recent visit Juanita R at the front desk and the kitchen chef/server were delightful and professional. The dining area was very pleasant and comfortable and my room was very nice. I will return to this hotel when I visit Austin.

    Front desk staff was helpful but everything else went wrong… We stayed at this hotel for two nights. At the first night, the ventilation system in the bathroom kept running as nonstop for unknown reason. After called the front desk about this issue, a female staff came up to the room and removed/unplugged the vent system. She said it’s been a known issue with some rooms’ vent system would keep running. The solution was to remove/unplugged it. She said their maintenance staff will come to the room during the day to fix it the next day. I asked her “so just leave the vent hanging over in the ceiling? What happens when we need to use the shower in the morning because there will be a lot of moisture and humidity in the bathroom?”. The staff said “just leave the bathroom room door open once you are done with the shower”. The next morning, the front desk called us and woke us up at 8 am. The call was to ask us if their maintenance could come in to put the ventilation system back because there was a misunderstanding. The ventilation system will stop on its own when the humidity level is low. Last night’s staff should not have removed/unplugged it. I answered that we were still sleeping and please came after 12 pm. (They shouldn’t just call customers in the morning and should have just slide in a piece of note under the door). Around 10:30 am when we left the room, we made sure the “no disturb tag” was not hung outside of the door, we left used towels on the barhtub for the housekeeper to bring clean towels and clean our room. We also advised the front desk that they can go to the room to fix the ventilation system when we came down to the lobby. At 23:30 pm when we returned to the room, we were shocked that all used towels were still left on the floor. Our room was not cleaned, no clean towels were brought into our room either. The ventilation system was still removed/unplugged and hanging on the ceiling. We called the front desk and complained.

    Yes, the staff was extremely rude, and the most unprofessional I have ever witnessed. Specifically, Sandy who works at the coffee/ bakery in the hotel lobby. She was yelling, pushed the coffee, bad gestures. I WILL NOT stay here again!

    Our room was odd, you could barely get items in the door it was a strange shape and there was a chair crammed at entrance. Also lack of lighting in the room. Can’t see what you’re wearing. Otherwise it was ok. Staff was pretty good and accommodating.

    I guess I’ll begin with the stained carpet which led us right to our door which had cracks in the sides, great for letting in all the light and noise from the hallways. The worn carpeted floor was oddly sticky, when I ran the bath water to get the shower started it came out brown at first. If I hadn’t just gotten off a long flight and travel day I would have abandoned all thought of a shower. The lamp shade was stained, everything just looked greasy we were afraid to touch much and the towels were practically sandpaper as they felt 10 years old.

    Walking in, my wife found a big toenail clipping on the carpet, we noticed the wall carpet baseboards were attached with bright staples as were some of the curtains. The bath light flickered, i asked twice to get it replaced, it was never done. The bath sink was hanging off the wall on one side, the shower handle comes off in your hand when i turned it on, the trim covering the curtains was badly chipped, some of that trim was not painted, showing raw wood. I was very disappointed as this is a Marriott

    I didn't like anything about the "breakfast." Not even a free bowl of cereal was provided. You would think that for $165, you'd at least get a bagel or something! I paid almost $5 for a medium coffee, and I would have gotten a better tasting cup at McDonalds. I just know that there is a Motel 6 next door. Next time, I will book at the Motel 6, as I'm likely to get more for $165.

    Property has been recently renovated, the room looked nice and comfortable, what was not great was the water. Once you have the water running, it looks browinish. We left the water running for a bit and it looked clearer, but got us a bit uncomfortable having to shower or brush our teeth.

    The property is dated back to the 90’s so it’s not the newer versions of courtyard by Marriot. The AC works amazing!! The shower was hot! Nice TV. Rooms do not have a microwave. You have to request them and they are very cheap. Fridge is your typical small floor model. Overall the staff are very nice and will help you. No ice machines, so you have to get ice from the bar. Nice pool. Starbucks onsite. Location is decent. Older part of north I-35 @ 290. McDonald’s and Dollar Tree are close by. Austin traffic just sucks!!

    The facility itself just needs updating. Our door wouldn't close w/o a vigorous push, the bedside stand is scratched and chipped, the wall/ceiling joints are chipped and breaking down. Nothing horrible, just needs fixin' up. Parking is easy. Even though it is next to the freeway, it is quiet.

    The location was very easy to access from anywhere we traveled. The Guest service, Melissa, was very helpful and quite cheerful to work with. She was able to help set up our room location close to our other family members. The hotel was very well laid out and easy to find our way around. Melissa and the other lobby/bistro staff were exceptional!! The ice machine on our floor was not working.

    Great in all areas, very conducive for quality sleep. The only hiccup was the 4:00pm check-in. Just inconvenient enough to take an hour of rest away ( after a long trip) before heading to an event.

    The room is comfortable When we first arrived the room we were booked for had an extremely loud air conditioner so we were moved to another room. Breakfast the next morning was a fail. There was conflict between the front desk and the bistro about the price which we were told the night before that would be $10-$15 with a free drink. It wasn't. We were told that the attendant the day before had 'misused her words'. No real apology. We went somewhere else for breakfast. Our breakfast was cheaper at Starbucks.

    The breakfast was great and so was the server. It was very quiet and we slept well even though the room had to be changed due to dirty bedding. But one of the attendants took care of it speedily. When we first arrived and got to our room we stripped the bed and to our horror was a huge yellow urine stain on the mattress. We took a picture of it and went back downstairs to ask for a different room. Once of the hotel attendants asked did we find it that way or did we strip the bed? I didn't understand her asking that question because it shouldn't matter how I found it. It was evident that some time ago an animal or human peed the bed and it was not even steam cleaned. The other attendant accomodated us well however. And it turned out good

    Hotel is in need of massive makeover. Dingy, dirty, dark. My bathroom shower curtain had holes in it. The tub didn't drain while showering. Room was poorly lit. Would not stay here again

    Old and run down- the mattress was so worn it actually sloped to one side. Bathroom linens were clean, but threadbare and were long past replacing. Dusty and parts of the room had broken stuff that was never fixed and just left looking wonky. The curtains had dark red splatter so that was gross. I was glad my stay was only one night and would not return for another stay.

    Checked in, only sheets no covers. Went to ask desk person for blankets or covers, she asked "why, does your heater not work or you don't know how to use it?" Um, the beds only have sheets. She had to run to "the back" to find blankets, acted as though it was a huge inconvenience. Appearance ok, value not great for the quality. Charged extra to change days.
