    Value for money, I used the business center for meetings, that was a great benefit. Breakfast can have more options, but it was decent overalls. Waffles, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, juices .

    Some staff member entered room while ,the do not disturb sign was on outside door hanldle , and toilet seat was broken. I advised morning clerk and nothing was done about that during my 4 day stay.

    The only good thing about the hotel was the location was close to my acivities there in Austin. This hotel was not pleasant at all. I arrived to Austin early on Thursday (1:30). I went to the hotel hoping to do some work in the lobby and use the restroom before my check in at 3. When I tried to go in, the door to the lobby was locked. They had a phone to call the receptionist and I asked if I could use the restroom, She said no. I then asked why, she replied with “they are cleaning it”. So then I asked if I could come into the lobby to sit and do some work on my laptop, she also said “no sorry, there is nowhere to sit”. I could clearly see two chairs in the lobby where I could sit. So then I sat in my car and did some work until 3, and walked in to check into my room. I had completed a pre check it from the email the hotel sent me, and it asked for basic info, but never gave me a choice to pick a room, but on the notes at the bottom I asked for a first floor room. I comopleted the pre check in on the 25th, and my check in date was the 28th. When I check in, I ask for a 1st floor room, she says that I requested a 3rd floor room with the pre check in. She says that she doesn’t have any 1st floor room available. I do not understand how that is possible, I was the first person to check in. After asking for 3 times, she finally says she will move someone else around and proceeds to get me a 1st floor room. The first towel I tried to used was stained, washed but had a large brown stain, so I used the second towel. The next day when I showered again, another new towel also had a stain, so I then again used the second towel. The breakfast was minimal with a waffle maker and a small fridge with some small bread items wrapped in clear wrap. I didn’t bother getting anything, did not look appealing. I will definitely not be booking this hotel again.

    Its an older property but pretty well kept and taken care of. The room was dirty and there was old food and left items on the floor and sticky stuff all over the drawers. But the beds were made and clean enough to sleep in. Its a cheap place

    I do not recommend this Hotel. Thr facilities were in terrible condition. The linen, towels, were filthy, old, stained, just disgusting. I would never come back to such filth of a property. The carpet was so old, dirty, and the carpet stunk. The elevator didn't work. By the looks of it. It has not worked for a while. It was down all weekend I was there.

    I arrived after midnight on 5/15/2026, and was exhausted after a 6 hour drive. The male receptionist on shift noticed my fatigue and was amazing!! The elevator was not working properly, so the receptionist walked up the 3 flights of stairs to personally send the elevator back down to take me up and prevent me taking the stairs. The hotel only has 1 iron so we had to get in line to use it, and the air conditioner was not working. The female receptionist working evening/night shift on 5/15/2026 was extremely rude! I rely on asthma inhalers to breath so after climbing 3 flights of stairs I was winded, and ready to shower for sleep. I noticed we had not received clean towels so I called and requested some. The receptionist told me to come get them and I advised her that honestly I can’t because the elevator was still not working and I can’t do the stairs down and back up. She told me to send someone else for them and I told her I was alone so she hung the phone up. After an hour of waiting, the room phone rung and she told me to walk to the elevator and push the button so it would come down and she would send my towels back up on it. TERRIBLE! Also there are old alcohol bottles and cans scattered around the perimeter that appears to have been there for years

    It was clean, and comfortable. Close to the airport and different food locations. The price is definitely worth the stay. Free breakfast and the staff was super accommodating. There was a minor issue with the AC not getting cold, but it very well have been a user error. A more user friendly updated thermostat would've made this a major difference.

    Breakfast was great, friendly and professional staff. Good location close to the airport. More reasonably priced than other hotels in the area Definitely a bit run down. Towels, curtains, and carpet were stained. Some pillows didn’t have pillow cases and the room was very stuffy when entering (but fixed with a/c)

    It’s a super 8, so not much to expect. My biggest complaint is that they charged my card a “safe fee” for the use of the in-room safe - of which I didn’t use and only found out after I had checked out and received the bill online.

    This hotel was convenient to hyway, a good price, and the desk clerk was very pleasant. The room it self was clean. The barhroom had damage to a wall. The high level King bed had a stained bedspread and only 3 standard size pillows. I called for more pillows and towels, yet I had to go pick up at front desk. I had trouble climbing up on the bed, bad knee. The air conditioning was cool but made a lot of noises, especially at night. I heard every noise. No carpet, only tile floors.

    The only problem we had was that they didn’t understand what kind of truck we were coming in. I always call property to make sure before reservation is made. Upon arrival there was really no place for what we had going on so that was a huge hassle but other than that it was a great stay.

    The first room I was given, didn’t have AC. I reported it to the front desk and was given a second room. In this room, the sink would get clogged, the tub drain was broken and the shower did not work properly. Also, both beds were extremely worn out and caved in.

    Well they let us check in late that was great. They were very friendly room was great. Went to the room and we got in fine settled in and left came back. When we came back the key didn’t work and had to go down stairs to get help. Next morning woke up to the key not working again and the elevator being broken

    Very unfriendly staff, definitely don’t make you feel welcome. Room was large and spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Came with fridge, MW and coffee. Breakfast served 6-9am. Waffles only. Apple juice and coffee all though coffee e pots were empty and full of coffe grounds. Easy freeway access and 3.9 miles to airport. Tired to charge my card after checkout for $3.50 not sure why .

    The outside of the hotel looked good. The lobby was ok. The room needed to be updated, things were old. The comforter and pillow shams on the bed looked very used and not clean or fresh. The pads on the sitting areas were old and had stains (would not sit on them). Would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone.

    I am eventually sent to my room after waiting for 10-15min for them (man & woman) to check me in. Did not appear they knew what they were doing. I get to my room 319 and the key card does not work. I go back and for the three times before they open the door with the ‘master key’. At this point I am tired, went to shower, and get a nap in before my 6am flight. Finally get in the room around 1:45am. There was no hot water. I was livid. I requested to be moved and was placed in room 213. I was able to take a shower and laid down at 2:30am. I left for my flight at 4:50am. The showers have mold, bed was decent, and the pillows were like mush. I would not stay here again under any circumstance.

    2) The TV does not work at all, can’t even get local channels. 3) Ceiling fan switch was broken, had to use toothpick to change the fan speed. 4) The shower handle needs a special trick to make the hot water work. It’s a 3 step process that was not explained to us, and there are no instructions in the bathroom on how to work the shower handle. 5) Overall, the room had a lot of wall damage. Needs sheetrock work and painting. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

    We had a great stay. For the price and the location, you really can't beat it. The room was clean and check in was smooth and easy. The only complaint I had was that the room and hallways had an old smoke smell. But it didn't really affect our stay. The bed was comfy and I didn't feel unsafe in or around the area at any time during my stay. If you're looking to save a buck without compromising safety or cleanliness, this may be your best bet.

    The first room I was booked into it was an hour and a half before the AC started working at 1:00 a.m. the AC stopped working started blowing hot air I informed the front desk and they went and checked it out 3 hours later still couldn't get it fixed so just to open up the window on the third floor and I did at 7:00 a.m. they put me in a different room where someone had taken the iron for clothes and placed it everywhere but at least the AC worked the TVs in the whole hotel is in Spanish only no English this is the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel where all the TV channels were in Spanish the vending machine did not work even though it cost a dollar and a half for a cold beverage you could buy one at the front desk for $3

The mattress was like a concrete slab. Worst, in South Texas on a July night there was only a ceiling fan! No A/C! All the controls were missing!

    I was completely dissatisfied after applying online making a payment signing my signature and giving a copy of my driving license but when I got to the front desk actually I was told that I was going to just only get my keys once I get there because they had all the information but when I got to the front desk young lady asked me for my information again and I just thought I shouldn't have not filled out my information on computer in the first place if they're going to ask me for the information again that's what I did not like at all

    The hotel was horrible. Low water pressure in the shower and sink. The sink was blocked up. Toilet bowl hardly flushed. The hotel was hot. So the air conditioner didn't work well. The hotel halls were dirty. And the workers at the desk were so horrible. I told them about the problems with the room and never fixed it or even try to accommodate me and my wife. Horrible hotel to stay in. I will never ever stay at this hotel or any of the other branches.

    This was exactly what we needed it to be for our trip for the total solar eclipse--convenient to the airport, downtown, and all things solar eclipse. First, I'd been so stressed that we could lose our reservation, as prices kept going up as the eclipse date neared, but it turned out to be needless worry. Our reservation was perfect, everyone was so nice; especially the lady at the front desk. And I have to mention that on our last day I was wrecked to hear a man berating her for a problem with his reservation. Now I'm sympathetic to frustration with reservation problems, but he was just mean--mocking her accent (Indian), belittling, and threatening to write a "5-star tune-up" (what?!?). Anyway, regardless of whose fault it was that his reservation was messed up, I'm pretty positive it wasn't HERS and she didn't deserve to be treated that way. That must've been a hell of a weekend for EVERYONE involved in hospitality, transportation, safety, restaurant, etc., etc. Austin was swarmed by people, and she and the rest of the staff were great. Anyway, I just had to say that--so thank you Super 8!!

    Room was dirty and had bad odor. First room assigned smelled bad I asked for another. Replacement room was only marginally better. Furniture was chipped, stained, and deeply scratched. Would not consider staying again. Chose hotel because of Wyndham name. Wry disappointing.
