Very clean rooms and staff was very friendly and met all of our needs during our stay in Austin

The room was clean but very humid even down to the bed sheets. It seemed like the room hadn't been AC'd in a long time since there was a lingering humidity throughout.

Stayed here for work and enjoyed every moment. This was probably the Best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. Extremely comfy beds. Exceptional staff everyone was so welcoming and friendly including the house keepers. Will definitely be staying again.

My husband and I stayed here during F1 race weekend and we were very satisfied with our stay. It was very clean, safe, welcoming, and altogether a great stay. It was also close to COTA, which was a bonus.

Everything was neat and clean in the hotel. You could not access the floors without your key card. I did not like the smell of the hotel when you enter. It has the strong smell of cleaners. Very overwhelming.

The front desk agent was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding airport travel times etc. Shuttle runs 24hr and was prompt and safe. Dinner was quick and delicious. Staff was great! Rooms next to me were a bit noisy, so didn’t seem to be much soundproofing. Otherwise excellent.

Very clean and the staff went above and beyond to assist me in every way possible. The bar tender was making fabulous drinks, and the food was better than expected.

I didn’t eat breakfast there The rug around the air conditioner was leaking.

Staff were nice especially Davette who immediately helped me with check in Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was in excellent condition and I liked their toiletries. The airport shuttle was awesome operating every 20 min for free. The fact that there was a restaurant in the hotel along with the snack bar was a plus. Although I appreciated having the option to buy snacks and water from the snack bar near the lobby or even food from their restaurant, I gotta say it was way more expensive than it should have been. It's more expensive that food and beverages in the airport!

Location Elevator was scary and no breakfast included with room at the price we paid.

I liked everything about the property. The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. The things i didn’t like was that I had upgraded and paid a little extra for snacks and water in the room and didn’t receive them. At the time of my stay, there was a water issue, and the water was yellow. I understand that these things happen, but I had to go purchase water to use when I already had purchased it.

I loved the friendly staff, the smell and cleanliness of the property and the rooms were perfect. I loved that there was a bar and food. my room's curtains didn't close all the way so i didn't get to sleep as long as I would have liked because the sun brightly peeped in and woke me up the next day. This was my only complaint.

This is a very nice modern property with an onsite bar and restaurant. The food at the restaurant was very good. The staff were incredibly nice. The property is so well maintained that it looks like it is brand new.

Shuttle service was quick and both drivers, from the airport one day and back to it the next, were very friendly. Front desk staff was extremely nice to give me a breakfast voucher for the day I checked in since I was leaving early the next morning and would not be able to use it then. Very much enjoyed the stay and will return to this hotel again.

Everything about the hotel was amazing except for the carpet in our room not sure what it’s made out of but seems the material can never be fully cleaned. We checked into the room to sleep before going to the airport and my one year old son walked around the room a lot and his feet where black from the dirty carpet that would be my only complaint otherwise nice set up to the room! The food was amazing

Amazing and affordable hotel. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Restaurant had good food and grat service. Lobby was elegant and front desk was kind friendly and helpful. Will book here again.

The state was awesome. There was no problems with any noise complaints, or any parties near. It was just awesome.

We stayed here becasue of easy access to the airport. Nice hotel overall. The smell in the lobby was very overwhelming and not so much in a good way. Easy and fast check in. Secure elevator. Bar and eating was sort of right in the lobby so it was a bit noisy. Rooms were a nice size and well equipped. Very clean, Except a couple gross stains on the wall and the pull out matress had a bad stain on the bottom. Otherwise it was very clean. Huge gap under the door but guests were very quiet. Freeway noise was loud. Only other issue was getting into the hotel because the freeway exit is practical were you need to turn and we missed it a couple times and had to go all the way around and do yhe U turn thing.

Spotless hotel with well equipped rooms. Convenient for the airport, meetings, and within 15-20 mins to downtown. There are no restaurants or other sights local to the hotel as it’s on the edge of a major highway but convenient as a pass through.
