The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. However, one night at 11:30 pm music was blasting in the back of the hotel where my room was located and the room did not have a phone to call the front desk. When I called from my cell phone, it would ring, then stop ringing and no one ever answered. I was in bed in my pajamas and had no desire to go down to the front desk. No phones in hotels seems to be the newest budget move.

Room is very tidy and modern. Bed is comfortable and the room is quiet. The kitchen is stocked with fork and plates, modern, and looks clean. The room is relatively clean except that I found lots of hair in the bathroom. The Staff is very friendly but mostly left me alone. The breakfast is pretty decent, there's an egg substitute and sausages, 4 selection of yogurt, and lots of condiment. Finally, while staying there, I see some candy wrappers and used napkins/tissues on the floor. It wasn't a big mess, but I am surprised that none of the staff care to pick them up. It would have improved the facility by 5 folds given these are eye sores.

The bed has bug and I was beaten all over my body , the pool was also dirty my kids were surprise what kind on hotel is this

I was disappointed in the breakfast. I did not like the location of my room, being right above the building entrance meant kept hearing the entrance door open.

The living room has definitely seen better days, and all the doors had dirty handprints on them. When we arrived, the kitchen dishes were missing, and we later found them dirty inside the dishwasher. To make matters worse, on our last day, I saw two cockroaches on the kitchen counters.

Violet and Samuel were very helpful, friendly and attentive at check-in. We were very happy with our stay! The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff great. The room could use some improvements or repairs to the shower, and the door lock didn't work, etc. Overall, I'd recommend staying here for the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, we especially enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen. The breakfast had great options to choose from each morning, including Texas shaped waffles. My family was very comfortable here!

The room was incredibly dirty, everything was dirty, and nothing was stocked in the room. There was something sprayed all over the doors to the bedrooms. Dust everywhere nothing in the kitchen worked. There was barely any toilet paper, one spoon, barely any kitchen items. It looked like if a maid was in the room that might have made the beds and emptied the trash cans but that's it. Nothing else was done. It was disgusting. There was also no hot water in the room. I will never stay here again.

The property is severely outdated from the furniture, bathroom and overall room. It smells of cigarettes and mold I would not recommend staying at this property.

Keys didn’t work two nights when i arrived back late. Had to get reprogrammed and on first night, reprogrammed twice. Bathroom smelled like urine. Generally unkempt: bad ceiling patch, no lens on over the sink lights, shower rod holders against wall peeling metal. No cream or sugar if you wanted to prepare coffee in the room. Microfiber sheets not my idea of comfort but economical i guess. No ice machines in hallway for general use.

My stay was quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast and very clean facility. Only 2 issues, was not able to get stovetop to work and tissue roll appeared to have been wet and then dried.

The walls are very thin, the breakfast isn’t the best, and the kitchen was barely stocked

Free hot breakfast was good but the best surprise was a Coca Cola freestyle machine!! That made my morning! The room was clean but a little worn. Awesome that the bedroom has doors to separate it from the living room area. This is a perfect place for a family to stay. The price was excellent for what we got. We would stay here again. Only negative was thin walls so we heard furniture moving and toilet flushing from other rooms. It was too cold for us to use the pool but it looked sparkly clean.

There was a soiled washcloth left on the shower curtain rod in my room. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Clean room, great staff , complimentary breakfast . It was just what we needed and food isn’t far if you want something else. Dog friendly but a 75$ pet fee.

The room had everything we needed. We only stayed one night and it was raining so we didn’t get full use of all amenities. But the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Laundry was insufficient. Dryer wouldn't dry even after 3 cycles, elevator was slow.

Honestly my hotel has been kind of a mess. When I checked in the room wasn’t even ready ant 3pm check in time and I had to wait for housecleaning to clean it . When I got in there was dust on the floor on the air conditioning, and the next day I found housekeeping in the hallway and said they’d clean it but the bed wasn’t even made when I came back. Then my little plushie disappeared after they took the sheets, and when I pulled the sheets off looking for it there was this huge yellow stain on the mattress. The front desk girl was nice

The room was okay, only staff that was kind and helpful was the Hispanic woman at the front desk. Breakfast was dry, the man serving breakfast seemed to rush us to finish. Didn’t get to enjoy much, honestly I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was a good size, clean, and beds were comfortable. The elevator worked, breakfast was about a 3 out of 10 but we got down there about 30 minutes before closing and nothing was fresh. OJ was bland. Coffee was good. Parking was convenient, lot was well lit. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend.

Nice breakfast each morning with a happy hour M-W. I wasn't happy with the first room I had as it had personal items still in the draws. The second room I had to get a new key each day. When I tried early one morning no one was available at the desk.

The rooms were nice, because they had the living area separate from the bedrooms. The location was good. No good views because you are off a highway.

I asked if the hotel had a shuttle from the airport because I was looking for a hotel close to the airport. no one ever answered. nothing really. I stayed 8 nights here and they had great breakfast, clean rooms and common areas, friendly and helpful would recommend staying. Only compliant is that service did not come to the room daily during my stay had to call for fresh towels and toilette paper and tissue, but other than that really good stay.

Good service from the concierge and very helpful. The place was quiet except for the dumpster truck at 4am. Also the microwave in the room had a moldy plate of food from the previous tenant and there was a bit of hair on the floor below the desktop.

StayBridge Suites was a new experience for us, and we are very positively impressed!! The front desk staff was totally considerate of whatever we needed to make our stay complete ? It was a pleasure to stay in a room with such high quality and impeccably laundered bedding. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare substantial meals and enjoy them in leisure on a comfortable full size couch with a chaise lounge side!! There are tons of stations on the new television and the room had an up to date attractive decor. I really liked the super clean Mr. Coffee large pot of freshly brewed ☕☕ we could make ourselves in the room before breakfast!! The surfaces were also clean and sanitized for the new guests which is not the case in most hotels. Thank you for the amazing breakfast as well with the best healthy options I have ever seen in similar type hotels. The natural high quality yogurt, a variety of fresh fruit, and cinnamon raisin toast really hot the spot for me personally! The choices of hot and cold breakfast foods was significant. Everyone is to be commended for their integrity and beautiful manners!! Have a blessed fall and winter season. We look forward to future stays at your StayBridge when the opportunity arises again:-))

Everything was good except on our first day, when we told the lady in the front office to talk to the people staying on top of our room. It seems like they have a kid who’s constantly running around & jumping. It feels like we’re hearing thunder. And this kept going on for hours. I don’t think they did something because the following day, it happened again.

Minor age in a few areas of the apartment, but very minor. Front desk, especially upon check in was excellent. The young man (I forget his name, but he was from Ghana), went above and beyond.

Our stay could not have been better. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast food wonderful and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We'll stay there again if our travels necessitate a stay in that area.

Loved the pool, some variety of alcohol available next to the lobby, staff was wonderful! It could use some updating. We didn’t necessarily feel safe, but that had more to do with the interactions of another guest. We had trouble with the AC, and room keys not working, but the staff went above and beyond, fixing both issues immediately.

Loved staying here! Everyone was super friendly and the small kitchen was super convenient. It had an ice maker so we always had ice when needed. It wasn’t super busy, no loud neighbors. Very clean and comfortable definitely 10/10 recommend.

Sleeping on the bed was super uncomfortable as the bed is hard as a rock. The sleeper sofa tried to devour us every time we sat on it. There were paper towels in the garbage disposal. There were no dishwashing pods for the dishwasher. There was no hand soap or body wash. They gave us three towels for four people. There was no coffee or coffee filters. When we got coffee filters they were five times larger than needed . The hotel room appeared as if it had not been cleaned except for the bed linens. People were smoking marijuana by the pool constantly. Every time we ask for any amenities that we are expected to have in any hotel room we got looked at as if we had three heads. The ice maker did not work. And the smoke detector low battery alarm went off at 3:00 in the morning one of the nights we were there. Will never stay here again.

I didn't care for being made to wait almost 10 minutes to check in while the desk attendant stood there pecking on a calculator and doing what was obviously more important.

Everything seemed clean, pool was nice, the staff was nice. When we arrived in our suite, it seemed like it wasn’t properly prepared. All of the remotes had batteries removed, all of the dishes were in the dish washer with water sitting in them, the smoke detectors had been covered up with plastic bags, the body wash and conditioner in the shower were completely empty.. I can go on, overall it was just small things that were frustrating.

Initially they thought it was the battery but they literally had to use a wire under the door to reach up and grab the handle from the inside to get it open. Pretty impressive manever really. The combination of the problems from the facility were frustrating but the manager (Daniella) was great. I'm sure she was dealing with a lot of unhappy travelers but she is so empathetic and kind that it would be impossible to leave with a negative overall impression of the place. She ended up transfering me to another hotel on the other side of the parking lot which was just as nice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Austin as any facility can have mechanical issues but very few will have the staff to handle things so well.

They did offer to find me a place at Fairfield inn which is like a sister property. But Fairfield is not pet friendly.

It was nice staying here at the hotel, the spaces are so nice with mini kitchen without stove :( the staff there are friendly, and the hotel itself is very clean. This hotel is very accessible to highways easy! Will be staying here again next time I come to Texas!

We appreciate the guest services for accommodating us when we arrived before scheduled. They honored a long forgotten IHG membership that I haven't used since 2017 and allowed us that privilege. They also provided various services throughout our stay with a smile and none of the sass that seems to qualify as customer service nowadays. A pleasure and a joy! God willing, we will stay again!

Curtious staff The room had hair in the shower from the previous guest and there was bird poop on the pool lounge chairs and along the pool and the pool was filled with bugs and leaves.

Provided hand soap and conditioner was watered down to the point of being barely usable, hand soap was also empty upon check in. We had to talk to the front desk twice to get it refilled. Water pressure in shower was very low, had to hold the shower diverter for a few seconds to even turn the shower on. Pool was not very clean. Provided breakfast was good with many options, bed was also good and clean. Staff were friendly.

I liked how it was quite and easy access to stores and food. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We checked in late ant night due to our flight getting delayed and the check in process was fast. Upon entering the room it seemed in good clean condition. Wanting to shower after airports all day, the first thing I noticed was how long it took for the water to get hot. It took over 10 minutes of letting the water run for it to get hot. Then the black mold around the caulking in random places in the shower. The water pressure was weak but I figured there was a lot of people taking showers or using water. The next morning we went down to check out the breakfast, we took it back to our room to eat. The fruit was not ripe enough to be consumed and the hard boiled egg was sour the first bite. The coffee creamer was also empty. My daughter got sick instantly and we did not return to the free breakfast the rest of the trip. That night, I wanted to take a bath from the weather being so cold and the water pressure was so incredibly weak, it took over 45 minutes to fill the bathtub 1/3 full. I eventually gave up because the bathtub water wasn’t stating warm. The next morning I noticed there was dusty baseball sleeves left (for who knows how long) from a previous guest. It was under a bed, but isn’t staff suppose to check under beds? One morning the fire alarm went off (no fault of the hotel at all, someone burnt toast) and looking around the room I noticed MOLD on the air ducts.

Room was filthy at the onset. No toilet paper either. Had to beg for three days for housekeeping to show up and when they finally did, they didn’t actually clean. Just replenished towels. Also the room smelled like wet dog. Never again.

Our check-in started rough, our room was not ready at check-in time (3p), however, this was due to IHG members get late check out. WOW! We became members to take advantage of this benefit. The service was great, very nice and accommodating. The hotel's location was great. It was near restaurants and not too much traffic going or coming throughout the day. Definitely would recommend it and stay here in the future.

Older hotel, shows its age some. All other entrance doors lock and disable by 11pm, makes parking on bad weather days ridiculous. You then have to park in back and walk all the way around to front doors to get in.

The facility itself was well organized and appeared clean! Ashton at the front desk was amazing and very welcoming. Accommodated our needs in a timely manner! Upon arrival the bed sheets were clean, however the bed mattress itself was not. It had what appeared to be either coffee or blood stains on the bed and the general manager Stevie did nothing about it AND charged my card for stains that did not come from my family! Informed me that I could not do nothing about or talk to anyone else about the issue!

The bathroom door was missing a hinge The closet door was not hung correctly The kitchen has several quality issues and the microwave door couldn’t open due to the mount not being secure and square.

That we reserve our rooms early but when we got there they had to find us a room 2 times which was a hassle what was the point in getting it reserve if when you arrive it wouldn't be available because we were there at the time we were supposed to be there waiting to get into our room from a 3 hour drive and then our key card stop working at one point as well

We stayed for three weeks while our house was being repaired. Overall good visit at Staybridge. Breakfasts were only fair, but staff was friendly and helpful. However, staff did nothing when I complained about people parking in the handicapped spaces illegally, wich caused a big inconvenience.

Literally one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, & I have travelled a lot in my life. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly, the little kitchen was so incredibly convenient if you didn't want to eat out the entire time in your trip, the gym was good, I was so happy with my stay & would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only thing I'd recommend is a room safe (unless there was one & I didn't find it lol!) just for peace of mind, but honestly I felt like my belongings were safe there. There were so many shopping options really close by as well, especially for groceries.

Room keys would frequently discharge. A bit noisy next to the freeway. Also easy to hear your neighbors through thin walls. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Expected a little better located room for our stay of 12 nights. Was allocated Room 208 on 2nd floor opposite the lifts and right above the pool area. Quite a few nights we were awoken from our sleep by people congregating outside the lift to chat before departing to their rooms. The pool (we got advised by Ashton) can be used till 11pm and after that there is no time limit for people to sit out there. Once again we had extremely rowdy people on the big College football/F1 weekend who paid no heed to the request to quieten down and consider others. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and it was handy having a small kitchenette with full sized fridge, microwave, 2 electric hotplates and some saucepans and frypans etc. The shower water was hot and strong so they were plusses. Our room was definitely showing its age and each time my husband entered he would cough incessantly. There was also a bad water leak each time the unit above used their shower, this was evident by the constant dripping and the wet patch on the walls and floor. Although we are returning to Austin next year I think we will find alternate accommodation.

During the 8 nights we stayed, our room keys stopped working 4 different times. This was inconvenient and caused us to have to visit the front desk to have it resolved and then go all the way back up to our room. The rooms could use a bit of an update, particularly the shower. It was quite dated and had areas in the grout that had light mildew. Other than that, the rooms were comfortable, safe, overall clean, and quiet. Upon checking in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied with another guest. Luckily the room keys didn't work. Otherwise that could have been an awkward situation for both us and the guest already there. The situation was handled swiftly by the manager and she was quite apologetic for the oversight. Don't get me wrong, I would stay here again simply because the staff were so wonderful and attentive. We also found the location to be convenient. But those small details should be taken care of.

The stay became insecure due to my truck and two other vehicles the same night were vandalized and the hotel did not do anything about it and had no security guards on the premises that sucks. I will never stay at this hotel again

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was actually good and fresh including the eggs and strawberries. Everything was great besides the service. We had clogged the toilet and told the front desk. Their response was we currently don't have any maintenance here. We had even asked for a plunger so we could fix it ourselves, but the person at the front desk didn't seem to know if they had one and didn't look either. Ended up having to switch rooms.

The trip is amazing. There was operating air conditioning, a lot of space, a home away from home, two televisions. Not to mention; I love the appliance, decor, furniture, and cabinets. Everyone else must give this place a go.

Check in time is listed as 3pm. I went to check in at 4pm and was told that my room was not cleaned yet. We didn’t get to check in until 5pm. Quite upsetting and the person at reception was rude just because I asked why our room was not ready yet. I never had issues with Staybridge in the past, but this experience has definitely made me not want to book with them ever again.

The staff was SO friendly & helpful. The location was very near the HEB Center which is what we were in town to attend an event at. It was clean & safe & the breakfast buffet was really good! Lots of options - hot- if you left hungry it was definitely your fault!

I regret staying in this cheap hotel.

Front desk staff friendliness and helpfulness varied a lot on who was there. It seems like this hotel was more for long term stays than a standard hotel. A lot of the necessities in the room like toilet paper, sheets for the pull out, forks for the kitchen were missing. To get them required you to go get them yourself from the front desk. There is not extra staff to bring it to you.The pool was small and basic but it serves its purpose and the morning breakfast was provided which was also good and it is a hot breakfast. Not just cereals and a few boiled eggs. However, due to the lackluster customer service and the rooms missing the expected accoutrements, we will not stay here again.

A very reasonably priced road warrior stop over. Clean room, well equipped kitchen, secure location, friendly staff, easy access to major freeway. This was my second time to stay there and would gladly stay there again.

Bed comfortable. Cleaning needs deep cleaning. Just found little things. Room was not what I selected online.

Overall the property is well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and attentive. My only suggestions- keep the hand sanitizer machines filled and upgrade lamp outlets in the rooms to accommodate usb plugs.
