The hotel did not have a room for us on arrival. They said there was only one maid for the day and she had gone home!!

Found the hotel to be excellent in all aspects of traveling. The staff was very professional and courteous. Ciera, at the front desk, was very pleasant, handling the crowd well, explaining everything thoroughly.

It’s clean and well maintained.

The room itself was large but had an odd layout, with long hallways leading to smaller bed and desk areas. The shower was spacious with excellent water pressure, but the older‑style shower head and low‑quality soaps were disappointing. I also noticed cracks in the wallpaper, which reinforced that this is an older property trying to modernize with new carpets and colors, but the age still shows. Breakfast was lackluster. I appreciated the yogurt options, but the eggs were not very good. The biggest issue was the Wi‑Fi, which was extremely poor throughout my stay. For a quick one‑night stop before heading to the airport, it was acceptable. However, I would not choose this hotel for a multi‑night stay.

Hotel needs a good cleaning. Halls were dirty when we arrived and still dirty when we left. Our room had a dirty Kleenex next to bed. TV did not work and plugs next to bed did not work. They put us in another room. No ice bucket, no tissues, missing wash clothes. Parking spaces too narrow and we had a small vehicle. Lighting in parking lot was poor. This hotel needs attention.

Wonderful stay!

This is a middle of the road place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The room was adequately clean. If you want to work out, the exercise room was 80 degrees and both treadmills were out of service. The free breakfast is a great perk, but they ran out of fruit and half and half (if you drink coffee.). This location was close to where we needed to be for the weekend, but we don't plan to stay here again.

I was not even given a room and arrived at midnight. Told that rooms are not available. The front desk person didn’t even help to get a room. Never had an experience like this before in my life. They didn’t even send me a cancellation email.

A wonderful weekend stay from the initial greeting and check-in. Friendly staff and all our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again. Sierra at front desk made a great impression on us.

To make matters worse, she had a child with her who was constantly screaming, which made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. In the end, we decided not to eat anything because the food quality was poor. I also informed a young staff member at the front desk, but his response was simply “ok,” with no attempt to resolve the issue. Overall, very poor service and disappointing experience.

Rest was ok. Breakfast decent for USA Low score because of $80 overchsrge compared to hotels.com booking.

We were in 122. The shower had a big black mold clump in one corner. The rest of the room was clean and nice! The bed and bedding very comfy. Breakfast was tasty. The lady working the breakfast was rude and let everything run out! It was Sunday 3/29 and at one point the sausage, milk, bacon, eggs, and syrup were all empty! She did not act like she enjoyed her job!

Sent this to management after we checked in- no response to date. Afternoon-my friends and I have been planning the trip for awhile and looking forward to a break from work to see Texas for the first time. Sharing that our check-in was less than pleasant and the front desk guy was completely rude and short with us. We happened to get in slightly early from our flights from NY and after getting our rental car went to the hotel and asked if we could check in early if possible. We were told no, which was fine, and to come back after three. So we came back at 3 and the man was just ridiculously rude. Maybe because of age but either way, I would never be able to treat customers that way. He shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.

I was disappointed with the Fitness Center. I booked here for this amenity but the machines were out of order

This hotel was great; it is extremely close to the freeway and is noisy. The staff did not inform us of certain policies that would have helped with future stays, but overall the hotel was nice and had easy access to the freeway. The breakfast was a hot breakfast.

I really enjoyed stay here ! the staff was very respectful and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Only one small thing to note - it’s more convenient to eat or shop by car than to walk

The hotel is off a major highway, so the rooms facing the highway are noisy. The evening check-in staff (a male South Asian person) was a bit unprofessional, but the morning reception person was good. The room is a bit small, but the bathroom is spacious. Breakfast ends quite early. Parking is plentiful.

The bathroom was filthy. It was covered in mildew and mineral deposits. We deal with the same thing all over Texas, except the rest of us know how to clean it, and apparently Fairfield does not. Not a pleasant experience to step in the shower and visibly see mildew and mineral deposits indicating the rooms were not cleaned properly. Definitely will not be back.

Overall a very pleasant stay. With the exception of a few strands of hair from previous guests on between the shower shampoo and conditioner dispenser and a smudge on the handle of the top drawer between the beds, the room was very clean.

All three days I had to ask to see if they could make coffee as it was out. The last day the lady gave me an attitude and didn’t do it for at least 10 minutes. She was just sitting in the back room, no reason not to just come out and do it.

After I reserved my room with Expedia the hotel told me that since they didn’t receive the payment from Expedia I don’t have the room so they have to take me to the next Hotel at midnight even though they did not charge me again I have to stay late.

The breakfast was great had everything we needed and more. The small Waffles were awesome as well as the texas size ones. Also loved that we had an option to check out at 2pm if needed. Customer service was on point they met everything we needed as far as extra towels. Water was hot and stayed hot love that the shampoo,conditioner, and body wash were in the shower on the wall. Customer service also gave us sheets and a pillow for the pull out couch. Beds were really comfortable i felt so rested. The air conditioner was blowing ice cubes just loved everything about the room.

I checked in on Friday and they told me they moved my reservation to another hotel and was “upgraded.” When I arrived at the second hotel, there was no upgrade, in fact the opposite. The room smelled terrible and I asked for another one. When I contacted Fairfield about the experience at the new hotel, they hung up on me and never called back. When I checked out, a family in front of me also talked about how they were not pleased with their room they were reassigned to and that it also was not clean. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE or their other property, Staybridge Suites.

We loved our stay! The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Javed was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really made our stay extra special. We would definitely come back.

Really enjoyed my stay here, room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure was really nice in the shower and they provided a lot of amenities like hair products and a keurig in the room for coffee.

Id only stay here again if i got a better deal than this past time, otherwise closer hotels to the center of city might be the way to go

The location was oddly placed in a parking lot with other hotels and also almost under a highway, so not walkable at all. Other than that we loved it. Breakfast was good. We got the very first room on the first floor, which was incredibly convenient. There was a LOT of construction on the roads surrounding the hotel, so the traffic was atrocious.

We loved everything but the plus side is the tvs had where you could log into Netflix and other apps bathroom was huge room was big the pull out was actually comfy, the ac if you are like me and like it freezing the ac was awesome Everything was great

Initially the TV was not connected to internet so maintenance had to stop by to fix. AC was noisy and set to fan always on. I had to adjust and even then every time it came on it would wake me. Needless to say I did not get a good nights sleep.

Very nice hotel. Would stay again but definitely need to note pool is pint size. It was just myself and 2 sons and another small family and it was extremely crowded. We left soon after they arrived since it was uncomfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of variety for my little ones. Planned on using the gym but there wasn’t much in there either. Overall, I’d stay again because it was clean, comfy and served its purpose.

We came in from New Orleans Louisiana for my birthday and I really did enjoy my stay there. It was one minor problem that the shower kinda had hair. It was clean, but it had hair in the shower. Other than that. Everything was very nice. Continental breakfast was perfect. The pool was very relaxing and the atmosphere of the hotel in the staff looks great

This hotel is in the perfect area. There is a CVS right next door. We are also down the street from a food truck park. In the opposite direction is a movie theatre. The restaurant here is great. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff is helpful. I would highly recommend this Hyatt to friends and family.

Real life savers after the whole incident with the other hotel i was supposed to be staying at they welcomed me with a smile and the room was fantastic. Got to keep it cool just how i like it.

Actually I really like this place but this time, the hotel cancelled my reservation due to no show of myself and never paid back to me. The reason why I couldn't show up was the flight which couldn't land in Austin on May 26, 2025 because of bad weather. But the next day I went to hotel, they told me that the book was cancelled. I had to pay again. Even my booking days were two. If hotel wanted to cancel my book, it should be one day not two days. It was a rediculous.

Ac was loud. A lot of people yelling and screaming and slamming doors at 1 am. Front desk did nothing after I called them and went down there once, had no extra pillows for us the guy at desk said he didn’t care and wasn’t getting them. And our room didn’t have any soap or toilet paper in there and I was told they couldn’t bring any up so my wife and I had to go to Walmart and get some. The breakfast was really bad everything cold and nasty. Ice machine in all floors didn’t work. And your desk people were rude and unprofessional talking on there cell phone to who ever and not paying attention to anyone else that’s why we left Saturday morning instead of Sunday and wasn’t even offered an apology or refund for one night just told see ya later

We had an amazing experience! The hotel was very clean and easy to locate. The room was spacious and super comfy. Most of all, the hotel staff was so friendly, especially Chanelle-- she was very friendly, accommodating, and professional! Would definitely stay here again!!

Just ok for mid-range hotel. We have stayed at plenty and this one is very low on the list. The “clean” towels in the room were not clean. Opened one rolled up towel and it was dirty inside. Not much to choose from for breakfast but it was ok. Staff did their job but nothing beyond.

Smells strange. The body wash was not there, the conditioner was empty.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Everything was in good repair. The temperature was right. The breakfast was great with a variety of tasty items and a dining area that was kept clean. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful. He was well above average as a night clerk. Location is good for getting anywhere in the Austin/Round Rock area. Well run establishment.

The hotel was very clean and was quiet. Although you could hear the doors to the neighbors rooms close loudly. The hallways were very warm, like there was no air on for the hallways. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults, but upon checking in I was told that the room I wanted was not available so I was upgraded to the king suite. It was nice and spacious. Continental breakfast was good. The person checking us in seemed like maybe was tired, busy, stressed or something as she seemed to be a little snippy. Wasn’t horrible, but just not super friendly. Even after leaving the hotel and coming back later I asked a question and got an answer, but she wasn’t overly friendly. I would highly recommend this facility.

The outside was very run down looking. The room looked renovated and clean but we didn’t feel safe staying there. As soon as we got to the room I sat on the bed and there was a bug. So we left right away and asked for a refund but front desk staff said it was too late so I just left. Didn’t feel comfortable staying at this property.

The staff was beyond friendly and I cannot speak highly enough about them. However, the hotel is just so old and outdated and almost has like a permanent dirtiness to it from years and years of use. Additionally, I came because this hotel has chargers and they’re chargers were broken when I stayed and apparently had been for awhile. Lovely staff but because of everything else I would never even think twice about staying here again

Everything was pretty great. The only thing I did not like is house cleaning. Only picks up the the towels and the trash, but do not change the bed. I thought that was really weird. So the whole day which was three days, they never made the bed or change the sheets. I only came in to get us new towels and take out our trash.

The breakfast—absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. Thank you We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The only working ice machines on the 4th floor. The tub was chipped and unsightly and all the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the walls

Location was close to everything. Staff was so kind. Breakfast was lacking slightly on food quality, but was still enjoyable and free.

It was very quiet and safe. Coffee was great and I was impressed that housekeeping came in and gave us fresh towels for our two night stay. A nice surprise.

Hotel is decent, rooms were neat but heavy road noise and a buzzing fridge made it tough to rest. It had a free breakfast but the food was bad.

A lot of noise the room above our room. No coffee and rarely any oatmeal for breakfast. Any hotel that I have stayed including the one after they hold the deposit. The manager mentioned it was a charge not the deposit for what I saw returnable fee on the receipt provided by the employee. If overcharging is the way they operate reconsider staying here.
