On Saturday there was a man at the pool pestering all of the woman. At some point a group of young women went and complained. A man that was setting up for the hotel dj party moved him to the bar because he could not get him to leave and then the bartender chased him into the holiday inn. It was like no one wanted to deal with him but it definitely killed the vibe. The dj party started at 4. If I was a family staying at this hotel I would have been furious. There were people smoking pot, parts of women's bodies I didn't need to see, grossly inappropriate dancing on items and each other. The next day there were cigarette butts, lime pieces and bits of peoples weaves all around the pool and hair in the pool. It was disgusting The room itself was just okay. The pleather headboard was all scratched up, stains on the carpet. The ice and vending machines on our floor didn't work.
- 4/5
It was ok. I thought it would be more modern by the pictures. There is no market to buy sodas and snacks to have in the room on sight. There is a small fridge when you check in but it had one option. Also, we had to pay for coffee. This hotel is also connected to a Holiday Inn.

I have a list. First for the things that didn't work: rm phone, lights in bathroom, hairdryer, cover to the ac. Missing: microwave, luggage carts, help with anything, food, room service. Do not come hungry. The restaurant and bar are ALWAYS closed. The only way you are getting food and drink is delivery. If you are at the 3ft high pool you better bring your own snacks and drinks. Grab some towels at the pool because they dont bring clean ones to your room. Carpet is old and dirty. You will wait 30-45 for vallet. They lost our car and key. Don't order the sweet treat tray it is old and hard. Probably because they got it at Walmart because restaurant is always closed. Pool closes at 10. Had to call three times to get broken hair dryer replaced from my cell because room phone was broken. They didn't take out our trash or replace the towels. Front desk is understaffed. There is no breakfast! Not even one of those waffle makers. No coffee. No one killed us and we did not see bugs those are the positives.
- 5/5
The ice machine on our floor was not working.
- 4/5
Check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and ready when we arrived. I self parked in the connected garage, very easy and convenient. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We did try to eat dinner one night, but the music in the restaurant/bar was very loud so we decided to go elsewhere. There was also very loud music at night which I believe was actually coming from a nearby bar and not within the actual hotel. But our stay was on a Friday-Saturday night so it may not be like that during the week, and we were in a room on the end of the building. Overall, I would stay here again.

Was not able to enjoy the stay due to adult party
- 3/5
When we would step on the tiles in the bathroom, water would squirt out from between the tiles and leave puddles on the floor. Otherwise, stay was good and we enjoyed the amenities and clean room.

Location is close walking distance to stuff but a sketch neighborhood. Lots of homeless. Hotel room had a stench. First night the club across the street Charlie’s was very loud until at least 3am. The shower head was a slow drip until we reached out to staff after a couple days. AC sounded like a jet on the tarmac. Asked for housekeeping and they never showed after about 8 hrs when I asked again for at least clean towels. Hotel pool was closed one day and I’m wondering if it’s because of all the bleach and antibacterial I saw the pool man dumping in the pool then telling people and their kids they could swim after 10 mins….. hotel bartender Jessica & the friendly doorman was the highlight!!!!

Love the place
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable and the location was fairly convenient. The pool was closed and the laundry machines didn’t work. Luckily, the guy at the front desk arranged for someone to clean our laundry, which saved my review. The cleaning staff were wonderful and very helpful. The a/c was obnoxiously loud. We had to go next door to the Holiday Inn to get coffee in the morning, which was inconvenient and strange since Indigo is supposed to be a step up from Holiday Inn.
- 3/5
For the cost I expected a lot better from the property. In short, the price is for the location. Rooms were average at best (comfort of bed, broken ice machine, no coffee in the room, towels were like sand paper, view was inner city concrete and construction, pool was shared with the Hoilday Inn Express attached to the same bldg). Parking was a joke, oh and someone tried to add their car to my parking app account to park in this hotels parking garage days after we left the property and charge us for it. Pretty convenient that it happened to be in this Hotels garage.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Many amenities were not up to Snuff. Multiple treadmills did not work and the one that I was on completely shut down when I was running 9 miles an hour. The front door for the indigo was pretty ridiculous
- 5/5
The bartender at the pool was the BEST, but the Valet guys outside were a close second. Great location, people, vibe, everything. Will be back for sure.
- 3/5
I really liked the location as it was literally next door to the music venue. Unfortunately I felt a bit misled as the hotel houses both the Indigo and Holiday Inn Express. I confirmed while checking in at the Indigo computer that the rates are also cheaper for the Holiday Inn Express side. The corridors and rooms were a bit dated. Our AC was really loud and the shower. The toilet seat was not properly installed and head kept falling off the wall

Overall a good experience. The only inconvenience was that the hot water in the shower took forever to warm up. Other than that everything was lovely.
- 5/5
Hotel is perfectly situated in Austin. Moody center and lady bird lake are within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Staff was awesome.
- 1/5
You have to wait more than 15min to get hot water …
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable but the check in process and parking is an absolute MESS! They do not offer any sort of parking for hotel guest besides a day pass of $49.95 per day or you can do by the 20 mins in the garage and street parking. Upon check in I had an issue come up with my payment and the desk was not kind or understanding at all and was very rude. Breakfast was decent for the vouchers i purchased ahead of time but other than a clean room and good breakfast I truly don’t know if i would stay here again because of the parking and the staff being rude.

- 4/5
Great location. Friendly staff. Shout out to Aaliyah and Kristina. My only complaint was a loom shower on the first night.
- 3/5
The room was dingy with a large water stain in the bathroom, stains on the curtains, and peeling caulk in the bathroom. I’ve stayed at other Indigo’s in the US and abroad and enjoyed them. I don’t know that I will again.
- 2/5
This ain’t the standard of any Indigo we’ve stayed in before. Just a standard hotel with boring rooms. Noisy gig venue across the road, but clean & friendly.

The floor was sticky and needed to be cleaned. The carpet seemed damp and smelled of mildew. Had to get up early for a flight and no hot water at 4am. Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff, nice view of downtown from pool area, in walking distance of fun things to do
- 3/5
Everything was ok apart for overcharging me for my room
- 2/5
Very disappointed with our stay. Housekeeping woke us up at 8:13 2nd day. There were no USB accessible places in the room for charging. Kitchen was missing staple ingredients. Could not get connected to wifi without having to go to the front desk, whose staff was short and rude. This was our first stay at an Indigo and I will steer clear in the future
- 3/5
The staff were excellent but the property let them down. Had to run the shower for more than 40 minutes to use it for the first 3 days of my stay, only came good the last day. Pool was not clean. There was a staff snafu with our check in but they fixed it quickly and were really nice to deal with.

The room had a loud AC unit (very loud) and was equipped with ear plugs on the nightstand. The bar right outside the window was blasting music well past midnight. Even with the ear plugs, I had to have two pillows over my head to dull the sound from the AC unit and the bar. The shower door would not stay closed, the shower would not turn off completely - it just kept going around instead of stopping, like a normal shower would. On site parking was ridiculously expensive - $60 for valet or $50 for self-parking in the garage. If you want to actually get some rest, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. For the cost of the room (over $200 for one night), the cost of parking, the shoddy shower, and all the noise, I felt totally ripped off. I will not be going back.

The property and pool area were very attractive. The vibe was funky crossed with mid century mod. The rooms were clean and cute. Our only problem was the very loud music from the club on one side of the hotel. The hotel did provide ear plugs and a white noise machine but they did not do the trick for me. When we changed to a room on the other side of the hotel, it was very quiet at night.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is off the beaten path. Don’t walk home alone. The headboard in our room needs replacing. See photo. The bat them wall paper was very cute. The large in room fridge was great. The ice machines did not work on every floor.
- 4/5
We had 2 rooms for 4 people. Check in was easy. The a/c in one room didn’t work so we had to change rooms. The a/c was very loud

I went for a girls trip and we absolutely loved the hotel! It was perfect for us with comfortable rooms & beds, clean shower and good water pressure, espresso machine in the room & fridge. The breakfast was delicious each morning and made to order. We tried out the pool & it was beautiful on top of the roof with comfy seating. It was not heated but that was okay as we warmed up quickly.
- 3.5/5
It was OK A/C in room was too lound and noisy while running and not cooling at all. Had to call technician every day to turn it on or off as it was not working at all. WIFI not usable - you are kicked out every 5 minutes. Staff at reception n ot really trained well (gave me wrong room, could not print receipt)
- 4/5
The hotel is a bit pricy. But it s comfortable. The parking is $45/day. But my understanding everywhere is just like that. No water in the room but coffee is complementary in each room. Rebecca in the evening was very kind. She was very helpful. Very important. no breakfast included.

Great customer service
- 5/5
We had a great stay here. The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Parking in the attached garage was convenient and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax.
- 4/5
Noisy due to proximity to music venues (white noise machine and earplugs provided, though).
- 3.5/5
Perfect for the reason for booking, it was directly across the street from the venue we were attending. Super convenient location to park and walk to most desired places. Clean and comfortable. The noise is 100% expected, but they provide complimentary ear plugs for sleep. Parking and where to go was an absolute nightmare. It's self parking most of the time, not valet, and you have to drive around asking. Although staff were polite, I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for when we checked in, and even though I asked about it twice, never received them. Told breakfast was served until 11am, but then they closed early the 2 mornings we were there and prepaid for, so we never received breakfast. They apologized at check out and refunded what they never provided.

Perfect location, walking distance from 6th

The air conditioning in the room was incredibly noisy. It was like sleeping in a construction zone. There is also a lot of noise from the bars outside on the weekends which is more to be expected.

- 5/5
Lots of noise during SXSW so be prepared. Room super comfy and cleaned daily. Free breakfast with my room. Great staff
- 2/5
The hotel didn’t really feel clean. It also needs to be updated. What’s crazy is that they charge $60 a night for parking but there’s plenty of parking right in front of the hotel and across the street for two dollars or less. If it’s after six it’s free.
- 0.5/5
The flooring in the bathroom was coming off so water was leaking underneath. The room looked old and shaby. The parking was outrageously priced. The free beverage in the lobby was limited to products that aren't good. The price was very high for such an old motel. Everything

I love this hotel I always love hotel indigo’s but this one was especially nice at a restaurant. We watched comedy show. They had snacks. The staff from inside to the doorman and I don’t know the doorman‘s name that was there but he was awesome. We were like if he treats everybody like this he’s an outstanding human being. The hotel was fantastic location easy to get in and out of the rooms were wonderful. It was just great. I would stay there again and again if I go to Austin.
- 5/5
Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were great too. Only downside? The cost to park but that’s Austin for you.
- 4/5
Very loud band playing right next door on weekends. The hotel provided earplugs but the band was so loud. There was no way to cover up the noise.
- 4/5
Front desk and restaurant team were super. I stay here regularly and appreciate the consistency, location and value for my needs. Well done!
- 4/5
Convenient walking location. Parking a bit confusing as two hotels used the same garage
- 2/5
Didnt come to refresh our rooms until the last day- at night, when we check out at 4 am. Toilet had a legit leak on the seal connecting to the ground. The AC has a legit hole in it to the outside. Makes a noisey area, ridiculous. Wont be back.

It's clearly a renovated old Holiday Inn or something. The shower head was broken and calcified beyond repair, hot water was inconsistent, there were 5 food options for dinner, all bad. My sink had a leak that had clearly gone neglected. The staff was kind, but it's hard to make up for such shortcomings in quality.

Lots of things not working well during our stay, including clogged shower head, toilet chain that kept breaking, Also, on the south side of the building is an open air night club that plays loud music at night, so we had to move rooms to the other side of the hotel to avoid that after our first unpleasant night. Staff was kind and receptive.

Nice area… close to the action on 6th. Easily walkable. The service was truly abysmal… the one morning I wanted to get breakfast in the property, it took well over 5min to be seated. No one welcomed me into the dining area. Front desk had no idea where kitchen staff was. Several customers left because no one helped them and they only wanted a coffee.

Valet parking staff was on time and prioritizing even in storm conditions They do not respond to my request for invoice so job can reimburse money. Too much noise, shower head sucked, could not fix temperature in room, and the art design in room walls is very cheap looking.

Took over 10 minutes for hot water to arrive in my 8th floor room . . . when I called the front desk they literally said "run the water for 10 minutes and if it doesn't get hot we can let you into another room to take a shower' Shower had a repaired crack in the floor. The "city view" I paid extra for was a view of the freeway.

Very clean and great amenities. Sandwiched between two concert venues, could be a rough night sleep depending on the event and room location.

I enjoyed how clean everything looked. There was a sleep noise machine, which i have never used before, and it was very calming. it was somewhat a nice touch, but i rather have a bluetooth speaker/clock for the option of music. The elevators were having trouble, the tv remote in my room was not working. tv was an older model, and having trouble of switching through channels. a newer tv would give guest access to their streaming services. the bathroom ring light mirror could've been brighter. i did not feel it was bright enough while getting ready.

The adjacent club was quite noisy, we also could overhear our neighbors' activities. Additionally, the bathroom's shower door and shower head were in disrepair, and the heater was not functioning correctly.

There were multiple damaged areas in the floor both in the main room and shower, the ceiling appeared dirty in the crevice above the bed, and trash was always overfilling when going into the parking garage. Also the price of parking for one night was very outrageous considering you wouldn't leave your car parked for more than 6-9 hours a night, a two night stay required us to spend over $100 (not including Tax) in parking. The price was not mentioned anywhere just that we had to pay, it would have been nice to know this information beforehand, because I never would have booked with this hotel to begin with.

The pancakes were the worst we have ever had. We had previously stayed here several years ago and they were great, not sure what happened. The bed boards looked as though an animal had attacked them, and as we had a dog with us, perhaps we were in a room they kept for guests with wild beasts?

The room, check in process, housecleaning, and overall hotel was just lovely! However we had a very strange dining experience for breakfast one of the mornings we were there. We opted to prepay for breakfast but any time we went down to the restaurant (urban pour) we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. They would ignore us while we waited for a table and didn’t offer us anything to drink to the point that I had to get up to get my own water from the lobby. It was a very strange experience! The normal breakfast menu was very good but the buffet was terrible. Maybe the host/servers were just having a bad day, but it left a bad taste in my mouth on our last day.

The room very clean and the staff is always the best. The woman at breakfast did not seem to understand English very well but she was nice.

The staff at Hotel Indigo was the nicest we have experienced in a while. Everyone is so warm and personable, asking us how we are and taking the time to talk to us like they knew us forever. I don't ever make reviews, but this is an exception.

The room was clean, the shower is very spacious & the water pressure is AMAZING! Loved the wall decor, the art, the colors that were used to make the room POP we’re perfect! Downside city view was not anything like I was expecting it to be but besides that I still enjoyed & loved my stay.

Great room, very clean, outstanding service from all staff

Parking isn't free and they fail to tell you that there is an additional fee after the valet price. area is very noisy, but that is to be expected in that area. Rooms are small, hotel could use some updating. But it's close enough to walk to DKR stadium and 6th street.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and professional. There were many good options for breakfast.
- 1/5
Highly rude front desk, made calls regarding stay and was treated as a peasant.

property great location - staff nice

Great service
- 0.5/5
The staff did respond to all my concerns during my stay, so I guess that's good. Where should I start? Do not ignore the reviews that mention that this place is in front of a live music venue. It's loud. It ends late and it will interrupt your sleep. We found a long black hair in our food. The breakfast was cold. The equipment in the room was very loud.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful. The hotel was clean and conveniently located to everything I needed.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Staff were great! Jonathan at the front desk was fantastic. He helped us getting a different room, and was very helpful during our stay, he remembered our names and greeted us in and out. Food was amazing at the restaurant with great verity and service.

NIce omelet with a surprise - - a salad and not potatoes.

Room and bed were clean and comfortable.

Hot water in the shower and cheaper parking. Also we were charged for the room by Expedia and then an additional $215.00 when we checked in.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and I enjoyed the mini fridge to store left overs. Not many places offer tv without you having to log in to your own accounts so I appreciated having cable.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, nice rooms and pool. No breakfast buffet which was a little disappointing. Pool was good but poolside bar was always closed. Not a lot of options in the small store by the front desk.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at Indigo. Perfect spot to call home/hub when back in Austin. From the Front desk/The Doormen ,the many amenities it offers, and close to some cool things going on in Austin. Top Notch. If I ever venture back to Austin, I will be back Indigo! Ciao!

I would not stay here again. The rooms were average. There was no in room microwave and the shower was luke warm at best. Had maintenance come look at it, was even colder after that. No glass glasses. For the price range this hotel was not worth it.
- 4/5
I love this hotel and we’ll stay again but the street noise is pretty loud if that’s something that bothers you.

The staff was exceptional! Friendly, helpful and always eager to assist. I also appreciated the design details of the property

Not as nice as the other indigos I have visited
- 4/5
Friendly staff, easy check in!
- 2/5
Let me start by saying the hotel was pretty clean and staff kind and I am not a person that complains. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to park in the parking garage, which was my oversight that it was $45 per day. The garage was smelly and so much garbage laying around. There should be a better option for parking especially for $45/ night. The room, the air conditioning was so incredibly loud I did not sleep for the three nights I was there. When it was off all you could hear was the concert in the venue next door. There were also dirty hand prints on the ceiling. Also, our cards deactivated 4x causing us to have to go to the lobby and reactivate our cards. The area around the hotel was so dirty annd smelly and there was a HUGE homeless population all around the hotel. This was supposed to be a time for us to relax from our very busy schedules and I will be going home very tired and not well rested.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean!
- 4/5
The night check-in guy was not friendly at all but the daytime and evening staff were fine. Expedia list this property as offering breakfast included but this property does not offer an included breakfast however you can buy breakfast at the restaurant.
- 3/5
The music and bar coming through the bar next door was pretty annoying. Difficult to fall asleep. It comes through the AC UNIT I believe…
- 5/5
Great location and staff
- 5/5
It was great!
- 5/5
This was our first time visiting Texas and Hotel indigo was amazing! The staff was super friendly and were very attentive when ever we needed something. We picked the location becaus it was perfect and everything we wanted to do was with in walking distance of our stay. Everything about the place was perfect. Definitely would recommend and stay again
- 5/5
Good location! Quiet room
- 5/5
Clean room excellent staff
- 5/5
Valet was friendly and prompt. Front desk very helpful even with accommodating a last min. need. Room was comfy and cool and clean.
- 5/5
The rooftop pool was amazing! Lots of space to sun and swim with great view! Very close to congress and 6th street! Room was clean and staff was helpful, even Johnathon gave me a list of restaurants, sights, sounds, bars etc to check out!
- 4/5
The air conditioner blew on our heads all night. No way to redirect or not freeze when sleeping
- 5/5
Front Desk staff was amazing
- 4/5
Very nice hotel. Very close to 6th street, nice bar downstairs, pool is nice. Parking cost is crazy! And Valet is not much of a valet when you have to get your car on your own when the staff is not around.
- 5/5
This hotel is perfect to experience the downtown Austin experience in a great location for a great price. The entire staff was outstanding from checkin to checkout. Jonathan at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Kayla at the front desk was also extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful. The bartender, Kristine, was super cool and made having drinks at the bar more enjoyable. The GM and the F&B Manager were also extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and had an awesome view. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely stay again and I highly recommend it to anyone! Great job Hotel Indigo staff, thank you!
- 5/5
Everyone was very helpful and attentive! Great vibe all around!
- 3/5
I've stayed in Austin many times, I won't stay here again though. I also know I can't be the only one who has complained about this issue, the hotel is directly located next to an outside bar and when a woman shows up with her children it may be the considerate thing to not put them directly next to the bar with it's very loud music that does not stop playing until 2am. We thought the noise machines were a nice touch when we arrived but little did we know they were given to you to try and cover up the screaming techno music that would be played until 2am when you and your family had to be up at 5. The squealing A/C system also didn't help. Maybe this is more a review for the employees, take some consideration into the people that are checking in and adjust the rooms accordingly. Just, do better.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is the parking in that area is not the best.
- 5/5
Room was HUGE, very clean and staff was exceptionally helpful, will stay there every time we need to visit Austin
- 5/5
Very good hotel, the only issue being the outdoor music venue across the street which generated a high level of noise at night. The hotel conveniently provided ear plugs on the night stand next to the bed! :)
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff
- 4/5
Walkable to concert venue was great. What I didn't like was every time you first walked into the room it smelt like dirty mop water. Beds were very hard. We called for valet headed down to the lobby. After a waiting a while we asked how long and there wasn't anybody on staff yet but luckily someone came on shift soon after. If we had not of asked how long would we have stood in the lobby waiting???
- 3/5
our shower wasn’t clean, the bed frame was ripping, tv didn’t work, the pillow cases had brown stains on them, homeless population
- 5/5
Room was nice and roomy and clean. Friendly staff and decent restaurant for breakfast. I would stay again

The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean and it’s walkable to 6th Street. Pelons next door is a gem as well!
- 5/5
Beautiful property and close to many music venues!
- 4/5
The hotel was very convenient to walk to the Moody Coliseum for our concert! The staff was so nice and helpful! However, the hotel is right next to a very loud club so weekend nights were loud but they provided sound machines and ear plugs in the room. The pool was nice and had a city view.
- 5/5

The hotel was clean and had a wonderful location. It made traveling easy because Ubers were accesible, and walking was an options the staff at the hotel was also great. Pool area was clean and had an amazing view.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. There was always cold water available and the location is great.
- 5/5
Staff were all amazing.
- 3/5
Everything about the hotel was super…except the air conditioning in our room. Unfortunately it never got all that cool and stayed humid for most of the night. The unit itself was very loud. We didn’t call to the front about it because technically it was working, just not that well. Everything else was fabulous.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms and kind staff
- 5/5
We've never needed to ask for a personal item before but my husband's deoderant ran out and the desk was able to supply him with a new one
- 4/5
Its just a bit pricey and parking is pricey also...not worth the price
- 3/5
I stay in hotels two to three nights a week across the country. This property stood out for its cleanliness, welcoming staff, and well-appointed room with great amenities. My only concern was the air conditioner. It was unusually loud, making it hard to fall and stay asleep. If that were addressed, it would be close to perfect.
- 1/5
Was charge $504 twice on my bank statement from the hotel. When I called to speak to management they are advising they only charged card one time & to contact 3rd party. They are assuring only one charge was charge even after I’m showing them proof I was charged 2 times.

Would really appreciate if they could probably switch up the whole TV situation to where one could stream YouTube, Hulu, Netflix as opposed to having to just scroll through mindless commercials. Maybe also adjust the guide to the correct channels because a lot of channels would say it’s this but then it’s actually another channel. Don’t mind the high price for one night but really, valet parking? $131 for a room but no parking is really wild but whatever I guess.

Great place to stay and close to 6th St. Will def stay there again when visiting Austin

offered free valet service all 3 days! they were so lovely!
- 5/5
The only downside was the area—it felt a bit sketchy, with a lot of homeless people around and a strong smell in some spots.
- 5/5
Was able to check in early!! Very quiet place for the perfect staycation
- 5/5
Nice experience. Very friendly staff. Nice hotel.

Amazing stay but due to it’s proximity to 6th, expect to hear music till 2am on Saturday night. Otherwise the perfect stay.

When we checked in for the night with our 7-year old granddaughter, the young woman assisting us told us there was a private party in the pool area and gave us wristbands to enter. What she failed to mention was that it was an all-male "pride party" and that our room was looking out almost directly over it. Please understand that lifestyle completely aside, the risqué behavior and speedos we observed from the window of our room indicated we would clearly not be taking our granddaughter to swim - it might have been nice to know that beforehand...they could have saved 3 wristbands and we would've asked for a room facing a different way instead of trying to explain to a 7 year old why she couldn't look out the window. LOL
- 2/5
The food is alway terrible. Don’t know why I keep ordering it.
- 4/5
It’s walkable to 6th street for bar activities but there are alot of homeless that hang around the area. The hotel restaurant closed at night for a special event that you’d have to pay to attend. Hotel and room was very clean. Staff exceptionally helpful with information for parking and surrounding area activities.

My Husband and two boys stayed at this hotel for one night so my boys could go to a concert, I will say that it will have to be the only hotel available for us to stay here again. I was told check in time was 3pm. my husband and boys showed up at 3:20ish and were told their room was not ready and that they had to wait, 45 minutes later they were able to get their room, then was told there is a $40 parking fee that was not disclosed on the site ( only mentioned valet parking for $45 ) then the a/c in the room didn't work. The a/c was set on 68 and the room was still at 82 degrees, something was said to front desk and was told there were no other rooms for them, so they slept in an 80-degree room for the night. So needless to say, it was unbearably hot.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 3/5
Place would be 5 out of 5 if I was hear to party. Loud night club right next door kept me up until 2am when they closed. Other than that everything was great.

Ubers great Sometimes noisy at night , Thursday but the war plus promised so the trick Great location and hotel
- 4/5
The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. There was parking around the vicinity of the hotel if you decided to not utilize the valet services offered. However, the housekeeping individuals never made our beds; they only ever supplied the restrooms with new towels each day, which I found surprising. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place to others!
- 4/5
The hotel was great, but the staff was amazing! Very helpful with recommendations and information. We will stay again if we come back to Austin.
- 5/5
Loved it, wish parking wasn’t 36 everytime I want to govout
- 5/5
Excellent service. Excellent walk ability to Capitol and 6th street
- 5/5
Excellent room features including bathroom
- 4/5
The property was in a good location and easy to find. The Front Desk Rep and Valet Rep. were friendly and willing to help when needed. The room was okay but needed upgrades in certain areas (rust, chipped paint and peeling wallpaper). the Bar/ Restaurants were closing by time I got settled in, but the lobby had small food/ drinks available for purchase. I would book here again.
- 5/5
Hotel was easy to get to, close to the places we were going and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Perfect and easy. 9th floor has a little noise from the rooftop bar
- 3/5
The headboard was worn out and had some damage and there were hair clips on the bathroom counter when I checked in which concerns me about how cleansed it was
- 4/5
Hotel staff, maintenance plans valet staff were all friendly. We did a staycation from 7.15-7.17, everything was great but on 7.17 (morning) when it was time to brush our teeth the lights in 919 wouldn’t come on.
- 4/5
Location, easy access to bars restaurants all by walking distance.
- 5/5
I thought there were no good, affordable hotels in downtown Austin, especially this close to 6th Street and the highway. This was a great hotel, nice pool, outdoor bar, indoor bar, parking was easy and close and Deandrea helped me out with a free parking situation since I had to head to the airport at 3 am. Room was clean and modern, view of the city excellent, and lobby and hallways were secure, peaceful, and quiet.
- 5/5
My stay was lovely. Friendly staff and everyone was very welcoming. Loooved the bed and bathroom shower/amenities. Definitely would recommend for friends, family or partners.
- 5/5
Location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, all was very good!
- 2/5
We figured out what to do. Our phones got poor service in the building and there was also no internet available through the hotel. We called the front desk multiple times over a period of 30 minutes with no answer. So we had to make a decision to book elsewhere as the entire stay started off wrong. The floors were filthy and there was food behind the head board. Switching was the right decision. I would not choose the stay at this indigo location in the future.
- 4/5
I like proximity to downtown
- 4/5
Convenient to sixth street.
- 5/5
Location, clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
We were in Austin to attend a concert and celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. The front desk people were very welcoming and gave my daughter a coupon for a free drink. They were very helpful in navigating our destination. The rooms were great and they upgraded us to an accessible room without asking. I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Very courteous
- 5/5
Andrew at the front desk with curly hair was great. Excellent customer service skills. The hotel itself is really nice. Wish the pool was bigger.
- 5/5
So cute! Would stay again when I’m back in Austin
- 3/5
We had a nice stay but I truly feel like the pictures online are a little deceiving. This place is definitely an older hotel that was remodeled and
- 4/5
I liked how close it was to the Moody Center, as well as 6th street
- 5/5
Love the indigo. Now when I travel I just look for indigo hotels in different locations to stay. Definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Will definitely be staying here again in the future!! Staff was great!! Room was awesome!!
- 5/5
Great choice
- 4/5
Hotel wasn’t bad but the environment around there gory was not for me
- 5/5
great. staff amazing !!!
- 5/5
Jonathan was amazing. Gave us list of recommendations for local spots to try. Walking distance to all of downtown. Amazing restaurants less than 5 mins away.
- 5/5
My wife and I stayed here during our trip to Austin for our 5th wedding anniversary. We loved the hotel. The room was nice and quiet. We loved the second floor pool and the outdoor bar. Perfect location to easily get anywhere in Austin.
- 2/5
The pool and pool bar were wonderful and there was nothing to complain about with the room itself. The service was the worst I've ever received. We stayed for 5 nights and only received housekeeping services once and that was on our last night, and service was only completed after 3 consecutive days of specifically requesting housekeeping. Fine for a day or two stay but don't expect to even be acknowledged by any staff except for the front desk clerks begging for your tips with their basic and poor food and bar recommendations.
- 5/5
EXCELLENT HOTEL! Really love it!
- 5/5
Great place to stay in walking distance to 6th street & many other places!
- 5/5
Staff were all friendly. The Hotel was clean, and nice pool area. I ate at the Urban Pour for breakfast and everything was delicious. Loved the convenience to 6th Street and other walkable areas. Would stay here again.
