The hotel has a beautiful exterior and is close to the conference center, but guests have reported issues with hot water, air conditioning, and cleanliness. The staff has been described as uninterested and the parking fees have increased.

From the moment we checked in STAFF WAS TOP NOTCH! Breakfast was great and so was staff, comfortable beds and the pillows are amazing.

I like the location and the hotel. Mattress was decent. Size of room was good.

EV getting popular in this generation. EV charging stations should be available onsite for travelers.

Location. Bed was soft Toilet didn’t work properly. Housekeeping only showed up when I called front desk. Twice. Pillows were horrible. AC only kicked on once the room got hot.

Check in always easy and quick. Very nice and excellent customer service at desk. Room spacious and bed very comfy. Carpet could use cleaning. Feet got dirty real fast and never had that happen before. The AC was very loud. Omelets at breakfast still the best. Reception snacks are ok and drinks are nice and cold. When we come from Houston we always stay here. ❤️😊

The staff is lovely, the breakfast is wonderful, and the happy hour is a great idea!! We were there all the time roughly 7 years ago and we quit staying there because we always had an issue with either no hot water or the AC not working. This trip we had no hot water and no AC and you’re now charging $17 for parking and it’s self park so those are some big issues.

Room smelled bad and they couldn’t find me a room. I walked around with secuirty for 30 minutes.

Everything needed for a safe stay will come again.

I was charged double on my stay. I got charged by Expedia and then charged by the hotel. The agents at the front desk did not fix the issue on time.

I can honestly say the breakfast was the best part!! What I didn't like about the room. We had plumbing issues, and little mold spots on the ceiling. We did mention to the front desk. While sitting in the lobby we seen a big cockroach. And finding some dirty panties in our room putting up the sofa couch. So that tells you someone hasn't been cleaning the room very well. Yes I was very disappointed!! This is a nice hotel and couldn't believe we had a horrible experience since night one!
- 2.5/5
Very slow check-in. Paying to park when there was ample parking all around made little sense. Rooms were rather dated. Old, worn-out carpet. Torn fabric on sofa, etc. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

This was by far the best customer service we've received in a lonnnngggg time. April and Brandon at Embassy Suites at 9505 Stonelake Blvd in Austin Tx is Amazing!!! We really enjoyed our stay!! April is very personable and outgoing. Those two are a customer service tag team and I applaud 👏 them for going above and beyond. Thank You ☺️
- 3/5
Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. But terribly in need of an “update”. Beds were good but furniture and carpet were old and worn out! I love Embassy Suites but was shocked to see this one in such a state of disrepair!
- 5/5
That's clean and offers a lot of things to do. If you don't want to leave the hotel, create place and every best friend with breakfast is amazing. The elevators take a little long, but other than that.Everything was absolutely fantastic

Breakfast was really good, even including a cooked-to-order omelet station. We had a great pizza from the bar with our 2 free drinks. The staff was all friendly and accommodating. The woman working the evening desk was wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The rooms needed updating. They were a little tired.

The grill for breakfast and complimentary hour are nice Didn’t seem as great in person as I was expecting and there was some things around the hotel that gave a bad taste like the homeless using the baggage carts and just chilled in the lobby areas, trash bags left in the hallways and stains on the furniture. By the pictures you think 5star hotel and it was more like a high class holiday inn
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing. Hot tub was warm however did not have bubbles.
- 5/5
everything was great but expensive parking and jumping through hoops to use the free wi-fi. parking. 21$/day for surface parking. stayed here before when parking was free, nothing has changed parking wise, but the desire (money grab) for more money was obvious. 21$/day for 3 days ended up being 71$. what gives? i guess its a 15.87% tax rate. also, having to do this via a cell phone is very poor. some folks choose not to use a cell phone, no matter how smart, due to security risks. i was forced to do this, or get my car towed. also, while this is not your fault, but you all generally contribute (via rip-off parking) like everything else bad in austin. this is the 1st time i was not sad or did not even regret leaving austin. in fact i was glad to be leaving. i've been coming here for decades since school and every time i leave it is with much regret (why do i have to go, etc) and thinking when can i come back. now its like i dont ever want to come back. this hotel was my oasis in this crazy land, but due to the rip off parking that is no longer the case. everyone is doing it is no excuse. you all were, and have the chance to be again, the exception to the rule, instead of just another thing about austin that is no good. try being the exception, you will make more money. i was going to say that i would not like to own your stock. just a little research indicates that you are owned by hilton (hlt). i used to work for hilton running their res system in the early 1990s so this parking deal makes me sad. hlt stock is doing really good, so they are not desperate for money. they can afford to be exceptional again. let me know when they pull their head out about the parking. maybe i'll come back. maybe not.

The beds are small and the matters are hard. Woke up with back pain.
- 4/5
Room clean, daily housekeeping, staff very nice. Shops nearby but across some big streets. Have to drive to restaurants.
- 5/5
Staff The house keeper entered my room without knocking, which scared me.
- 4/5
The service and cleanliness were top notch. The hotel is older and a bit dated but was good overall.
- 5/5
Great stay! Great breakfast!
- 5/5
Excellent hotel as felt by over and over again, after lodging in different cities/states. Consistently top notch over the past 16 years.
- 5/5
Pool and hot tub could be warmer
- 3/5
The room was clean, but dated. I woke up the first morning to a giant cockroach in the bathtub. On a positive note, the breakfast was great. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced.
- 2.5/5
Good Breakfast, good location Sofa Bed not comfortable at all.

Pool and hot tub needed attention on the website it said free parking The reception snacks could’ve been better at breakfast time orange juice wasn’t available when you asked staff for some they would get an attitude took like 30 minutes to get an omelette smh! Having to pay for parking Orange juice wasn’t available Omelette took 30 minutes to make why would there only be one cook rediculous Pool and hot tub needed attention

- 5/5
Great food, very clean & very professional & friendly workers.
- 5/5
Indoor Pool & hot tub were perfect, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean.
- 3/5
Loved the omelettes Didn’t realize that you had to pay for parking. Last time we stayed here parking was free. The toilet ran for a long time after flushing.
- 3/5
Room was ok. Hide-a-bed only good for a kid, 80’s comfortable. Shower wasn’t good. Broken sprayer, loose rod, torn curtain. Room was clean. Mini refrigerator was awful, turned to low setting and still froze water bottles and soda bottles. Tv had a couple of apps to sign into, and some cable channels. Breakfast was good, good service.
- 5/5
Comfortable rooms. Great happy hour. Clean. Nice staff. Good location. Nothing
- 5/5
Great amenities
- 5/5
Very nice
- 2/5
Excellent free breakfast cooked to order plus the whole buffet is included. Room was very large with the suite-style. OLD!!!! Needs a serious revamping. It just smelled stale.
- 5/5
Good experience
- 3/5
The hotel gym and the rooms are a disgrace for an Embassy Suites. Further, I never took a truly hot shower the entire time is was there. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for another stay when my travel needs require lodging.
- 3/5
Room 412 hot water is very limited.
- 4/5
I'd prefer sliced bacon rather than bacon crumbled.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good, rooms seem a little outdated and the hot tub jets was not working properly but at least it was hot.
- 4/5
The sofa bed was old and dirty
- 2.5/5
Coffee was great, potatoes where ok.and the omelette station was good. You had to ask for bacon because it was HIDDEN at omelette location so you had to ask for it, I saw people looking for it and had to tell them to ask the man for bacon. The bartender was so rude we had to walk away, but her manager spoke to her, managers name is Karen, now she was wonderful, the attitude of that women bartender ruined our night.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room and bed. Had couple free drinks in evening and free breakfast that was delicious. Nothing
- 4/5
Everything is above average except the way its facility designed the bar is right at the center of every room therefore late at night people is still there drinking and yelling/ screaming like crazy that’ll make your night not much relaxing with all the noises however, their free breakfast is the best cook to order type and the free happy hours is a plus Room is not sound proof
- 5/5
My group loved their stay!
- 5/5
Amazing location, very wheel maintained, breakfast with many options and the staff is very friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Other than checkout or stay was great. At checkout, luggage carts were no where to be found. After an elevator trip i noticed they were just sitting on the 4th floor. Staff did not make any effort to ensure the carts were available. Additionally when i asked for a water stay the front desk they said they were out despite having a case of water right next to her. When i came back in from loading that set of luggage she was stocking that water to sale in the shop. We stayed in the largest room in the hotel for four days. To see water prioritized for sale over a guest was extremely disappointing and a failed customer service opportunity. Good stay sour exit....

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. We were in Austin for medical reasons and coming back to a clean and comfortable hotel room made a difference. The staff was amazing. Would rate higher if I could.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good but very slow. The breakfast area was extrememly cold
- 5/5
Clean room. Very comfortable bed. I really like that the air/heating unit is not in the bedroom (very quiet), and I can set it to have the fan run all night rather than cut on and off . My only complaint is that the cleaning crew forgot to leave coffee packets! TVs in both rooms were large and offered so many choices!
- 4/5
Nice and quiet
- 5/5
They had short-order cooks making breakfast just the way you ordered it. Lots of bacon and sausage on the plate.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Staff was nice enough, room was clean, but there were empty soap bottles. Fix the elevator pretty quick too. Breakfast was great! Need to stock pool towels, but other than that great stay. Bring back the swans!
- 5/5
clean comfortable and close to our reasons for being there. Excellent breakfast. Front desk personnel, especially the evening lady were spot on.
- 4/5
The front desk stuff was very accommodating and friendly. They moved us room quickly when the air went out. They breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. Found someone’s sock and a used tissue in the sheets of the bed. Unfortunately after I slept on the bed
- 5/5
very clean, nice staff, comfortable room
- 3/5
It is ridiculous to charge $21 to park in a parking lot where there is no shortage of available parking, and most spaces go unused. This policy is an underhanded way to get an extra $21 out of a customer's pocket, and is borderline a misrepresentation of the advertised rates to stay here. It sullied an otherwise good experience.
- 5/5
The heat (air conditioning) wasn´t working, so the first night the room was so cold, its important to fix that
- 2/5
The room was not great it was right next to the ice machine and staff elevator so quite noisy. The food was cold.
- 5/5
It was a great experience. Great location and hotel room was clean. Staff was courteous as well.
- 3/5
Room was fine. My issue is also having to pay separately for parking. I won’t be using Hilton properties with pay to park. This is different from valet parking. I park myself in a parking lot and have to pay a third party.
- 5/5
Breakfast Buffet was Spot On
- 5/5
Very nice area of Austin away from the hustle and bustle
- 4/5
The room was nice, what I found weird is that you needed to pay for parking at the hotel.

- 5/5

- 5/5
All of the above.
- 5/5
Everything was great! People friendly and loved my room!! Will be back soon! Thanks!
- 4/5
Great breakfast and great options!
- 2/5
Room does not look clean. The A/C in the room is so noisy.
- 1/5
Toilet ran all night. I asked them to fix it. They said they did and It still ran all night. When I asked for blankets for the pull couch for my son they said they didn’t have any. When I called for more towels they said they didn’t have any house keeping that night and I would have to come get them at the front desk. We had kids in hall playing literal hockey banging into our door all hours of the day and night. The carpets were dirty and smelled awful. I was afraid to walk barefoot. The gym was very small. No room to actually workout. There were no towels in the gym to wipe sweat. There were no 15 or 20 pound dumbbells to use and the gym itself was dirty and disgusting. To top it all off we had to pay to park in an unsecured parking lot that I was not aware I would need to. If I had known we had to pay to park I would have chose a different hotel. The experience was a huge disappointment. I went with Embassy suites because I have always enjoyed staying at them. Due this experience I will not use them again. My wife and I travel quite a bit due to both our kids being in college in different cites. We will definitely not come back to Embassy Suites. I will make sure no one I know stays here in the future.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great room
- 2/5
Breakfast was the best part. The hotel itself needs serious upgrades. The atmosphere of the hotel was drabby.
- 5/5
Clean and well appointed room, lovely lobby, extremely helpful and kind staff, very accommodating with our dog, and great food fare.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Staff was outstanding.
- 4/5
The first night the elevator smelled fresh but buy the second and third day it smelled like dog the staff was nice and I liked my view 🙂
- 4/5
The room was clean. The furniture in the sitting area needs replacing. It’s worn and not comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. AC was good. Loved the air filter in the room. The wet bar sink facet was broken and leaked. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Rooms were a little odd. The heat didn’t work and there was no cold water in the bathroom sink. Other than that the happy hour was good and the breakfast was great.
- 3/5
Breakfast was wonderful, Staff was excellent, room was very nice the only issue we had is the hot water was hit or miss. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel
- 4/5
Staff and breakfast/happy hour food options were really, really great.
- 4/5
The room and facility in general was clean and well kept. The front desk staff was very helpful and responsive. The breakfast and happy hour benefits were excellent. The only complaints I have are the excessive parking fees ($20/d) and the paper-thin walls (could hear TV and every conversation of our neighbors). Re parking, I checked all the other properties in the area and only one other hotel charged for daily self-parking.
- 5/5
It was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, great upkeep of the property, and excellent staff
- 2/5
Property is run down. This is not uncommon about Embassy Suites brand in general. Home2 Suites has taken over this part of market for Hilton Brand. When you add in that some Embassy Suites are franchised and being slumlord it reflects poorly on brand. This location wasn't horrible, as the cost was cheap. But very run down. And no hot water (only tepid). I checked out early
- 3/5
I didn't like that they charged $300 a night for an average hotel and then an extra $21 for parking in an open parking lot. I have never heard of that before.
- 4/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Check in was fast and easy. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. The room was amazing! My bed was comfortable, the sheets were soft and the pillows fluffy.
- 5/5
Happy hour is from 5/30-7 and the hotel provides you with 2 free drinks per person - Wow!! Would definitely recommend
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing as usual. Staff courteous friendly and professional. The only negative part of our stay was the ridiculous parking fee of over $20 a day. Almost $100 for 4 days. I’m not sure the pros outweigh the $$$ of the parking. Will strongly consider a different hotel in the future.
- 3/5
Paying for parking was a surprise, and with all the ample parking all aroung the hotel, seemed silly.
- 4/5
The hotel is ok. My biggest concern is the walk ways to the rooms aren’t enclosed. If you are in the lobby you can look up and see what room people are walking to. The rooms are dark.
- 5/5
Es un lindo lugar para quedarse en familia me encantó lo recomiendo
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good!!
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet, great breakfast options. Staff was very kind and helpful. Love the look of the hotel.
- 3/5
The hotel furniture is worn and the vents had all kinds of dust in them. Carpet is really dirty. The hotel staff were great, and hh and free breakfast are certainly perks. But the hotel is in major need of an update.
- 3/5
Paying for parking for this location is ridiculous. App was not easy to use. Overcharged for one night initially
- 3/5
The pillow was too soft and the bed was a little uncomfortable
- 5/5
Everyone was wonderful, but the bartender (evening 10/3) who handled our dinner order was a standout. Kind and effecient!
- 5/5
Please put the parking free
- 5/5
Great area, great hotel for a nice weekend away
- 3/5
I did not like that we had to pay for parking.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and polite and there were several options for shopping and dining close by so that was a plus!
- 3/5
Rooms were clean but smelled very old and stuffy!! I rented 2 rooms and they both smelled that way. I had to spray perfume to deal with the smell!
- 5/5
The staff is so friendly and the hospitality is beautiful
- 4/5
Business friendly, great staff!
- 5/5
2nd visit to this hotel and staff remembered us. Solved little problems immediately and made us feel welcome. Lily at front desk was gracious and courteous.

Breakfast was great!
- 3/5
I made my reservation 2 months in advance. I was attending a long term care conference. The host hotel was charging for parking. When I looked at Embassy and into the fine print, I did not see any charges for parking. This is the main reason I chose embassy and paid $300 for a 2 night stay. To my surprise upon checking in, I’m told parking was $21 per day - billed by a 3rd party vendor. Very frustrated that this charge was no where on the website. The conference host hotel was 6 minutes away, provided a code and parking would have been $11. 3 people checked in after me and had the same surprise. Embassy needs to be truthful about the prices. Won’t be staying here ever.
- 5/5
Excellent Customer Service
- 5/5
I love the complimentary drinks and snacks for happy hour!
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Staff was great. Enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks. Nice hot tub. You do pay for parking.
- 2/5
First of all, the staff was great and very accommodating. The hotel is in poor condition, the furniture is old and dated. The sofa bed mattress was worn to the coils. Alexis, moved us to a different room with a newer sofa bed. Which was much better but the sink was stopped up. The breakfast was excellent. But, I will not be going back to any Embassy Hotel until they make some much needed renovations and updates.
- 5/5
I love the place
- 3/5
You pay for what you get.
- 1/5
at night time the toilet started to leak water none stop, i call the front desk no body answer, then i had to go and look for the front desk person, with all the wet towels to show him how bad it was, he said he couldnt do anything and i coulnt move rooms because my wife was sleeping and i had to get up very early.
- 5/5
Great stay for a family reunion!
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff is excellent.
- 5/5
The Embassy team was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was super quick. Even adding an additional night during our stay was very easy. It's not a brand new building, but it is well maintained and very clean. It has a "welcoming" feel to it. Beds were comfortable. Made-to-order breakfast great! We'll be back!
- 3/5
A nice hotel with a nice layout. Comfortable and quiet rooms. The breakfast options were good, but our second day they stopped putting out eggs and hour before the buffet was supposed to end. We ordered omelettes that took 30 minutes. The lobby/conference area bathroom was filthy. Another surprise was the $20 a night parking. I'm not sure I've ever been charged parking for a suburban hotel.
- 4/5
Good location lots of things to do. The information on the rooms needs to be clearer 2 rooms mean 1 bed and a sofa bed in the living area. 2 bedrooms usually mean 1 bed in each room. Sofa bed needs to be updated very uncomfortable
- 5/5

Very nice well visit again
- 5/5
I always like staying at an Embassy Suites because the value. The only complaint I have on this stay is I wanted to use the hot tub, but it was not clean. It had about 3 inches of thick foam across the top. My pillows were in desperate need of needing to be replaced as they were flattened to about a half an inch. Other than than that the stay was good.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 2/5
Needs upgraded, maintenance done. Walls are super thin. Was woken up by couple in the next room at 3am. Was so loud, we left and went home.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great!
- 1/5
And i have a handicapped child with me i told her to give me the closer room but room was around the corner then there were roaches, no intercom in the room, hand soap bottle were missing others were there. I mean the hotel is beautiful but not happy from the room. I asked refund from the hotel aswell and they said they put the request.
- 3/5
It’s was all right
- 5/5
Breakfast is always 10/10.
- 3/5
However upon arrival you're informed that YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK! Yup! 45 dollars to park for 2 days! Also have NEVER been made to pay 100 DEPOSIT for a hotel room! And I've stayed at 5 star hotels! The first day the hot tub was closed and the pool was very murky. Lots of kids. And don't think you'll do swim later because the kids will be asleep... NOPE kids SCREAMING in the pool until MIDNIGHT! Elevator was broken second day. The hotel is very old. My room was nice and clean. The AC AFTER it shuts off makes a very very loud dripping sound. It kept me up ALL NIGHT. I called and asked to switch rooms "that's just the condensation dripping, ITS IN EVERY ROOM." UM what?! I haven't been to Austin in a long time. I will be staying somewhere else next time.
- 5/5
Love this location but Parking fee is a bit much. Breakfast very good. Best omelette. Happy hour with drinks and snacks very good. The lobby area is very nice. Spacious. Rooms are always good. Only issues my showering gel/lotions not refilled. I did ask for more towels but they brought asap. Phones 2 of them didn’t work in room called with my cell phone. Carpets need cleaning😳 Again things they react to very quickly if request. They have always been very friendly and we luv the atmosphere. Will come back❤️
- 2/5
Breakfast was wonderful. Cook was cheerful and on top of things.
- 5/5
The hotel was very welcoming and clean.
- 2/5
Was terrible only good thing was staff. Would never stay here again. From even before walking in you have a cyber truck right infront with loud music with people just there taking shots being loud. Got even worse at the pool so dirty kids runing around not being respectful of others while moms in the hot tub with tequila bottle busy taking pictures and drinking. Couldn’t even sleep at night with loud ac noise. Don’t forget you have to pay to park

Beautiful hotel, very nice upscale rooms, beds are absolutely comfortable.
- 5/5
Good location for the things we had planned
- 3/5
Good location, clean room, and great breakfasts. Downside was no hot water for a shower... only luke-warm water. Front desk did not provide any help or relief. Two days in a row without a hot shower was a bummer.
- 3/5
The Hotel is in a nice area just needs upgrades.
- 5/5
Very nice establishment. Dry spacious the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. They have a pool and a working hot tub. The breakfast is very good. Will stay there again when we come to Austin.

It was nice!

Hilton under any name always delivers.

I was very disappointed with my stay. This is usually my favorite hotel to stay at, but this time everything went wrong.. First, we get there and there are not enough towels, so I have to go back downstairs to go get some more. When I turn on the lights in the bedroom, one of the bulbs was out, so I send my son downstairs to ask them send somebody to replace it. After going to the pool, and we get back upstairs, I realize that our door to our room is not closing right, unless you slam it as hard as you can. So, as I walk in all, I have to do is push it. Overnight our room was so hot. So I go check the thermostat and it’s at 70, but it’s not cooling! When we wake up, and we use the restroom, and flush the toilet, it overflows! I go to the living room to call the front desk to send somebody up, but realize our phone is not working! It was a complete disaster and the worst part is that no one ever apologized!

It was very convenient to places we needed to be.

Beautiful, well kept property! This is my third stay here and the excellent quality has been very consistent.
- 3/5
Did not like...darkness of hotel, lighting in rooms too dim. Heard banging above us the first day we were there, were told they were putting new carpet in. Ice machine on our 3rd floor was broken, had to walk to 4th floor. Leaks in gym, dripping near the treadmills. The pool looked murky & man was filling up the hot tub. The Happy hour food was VERY minimal & not appetizing. Parking was overpriced @ 21.00 a day, I could see 10.00. I think if this place had a full renovation, it has potential to be a really nice hotel. Lighten the place up, filll it with colorful wall decor. Spruce up the pool area & gym.
- 4/5
There was construction going on, which was loud and kept sounding like someone was knocking on the doors.
- 5/5
The breakfast was very good and fresh. The hotel in total was very clean. The location and surroundings were in a safe area. Walking distance to restaurants.
- 4/5
sad part is they charge for parking which is obnoxious

This is a lessor Embassy Suites. Obviously smaller . No towels at the pool. Noisy AC. Breakfast wasn’t good
- 5/5
Awesome room, comfy beds, cold AC, great eve snack n drinks, awesome breakfast, 12noon checkout. Good lication in North Austin
- 3/5
This property does the job of providing a place to stay and a free breakfast that was delicious. I really enjoyed the self-made waffles and the guy at the grill was amazing. Eggs to order at its best.

Excellent area

Great service
- 5/5
It was great. The staff wad duper helpful.
- 3/5
The sink in bathroom would clog in seconds after you used it and take over 15 mins to go down.
- 2/5
1) advertised “self park”, didn’t say it was paid parking and no disclosures re price of parking 2) room refrigerator went out, they replaced refrigerator in wrong room, took 1 hour to get corrected 3) bar service not friendly-I had free drink tickets w reservation, asked for glass of wine from menu and bottle of beer, bartender said could only have cheaper wine not listed on menu and could only have domestic draft beer (not the one I ordered from menu 4) amenities listed laundry room, but when asked for location I was told there wasn’t one, they have pre-scheduled laundry service, we had to take laundry out to clean
- 4/5
Room was nice and spacious. A little tired looking. Public pool area and gym needed some cleaning. Front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
All good except bed pillows were horrible
- 3/5
The shower had mold and a lot of dusting and spider webs, a lot of noise.
- 5/5
Ended up not using the pool because it always looked unclean. It just looked foggy all the time. Staff said it was cleaned daily but it never looked clean. Also the reader for the pool and gym may be too close my son was locked in’s
- 5/5
I'm happy to see that the furniture is being replaced. Cant's wait until the room furniture is replaced and hopefully more vibrant colors for the decor

To make matters worse, the bartender was unfriendly and unwelcoming. If my fiancé and I weren’t so exhausted, we would’ve left immediately—but we simply didn’t have the energy to find another hotel. This experience completely ruined our vacation, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Great. HOTEL

Great Breakfast and loved the free drinks and appts
- 3/5
Furnishings are mediocre; parking charges for overnight parking ($21/night) are exorbitant; HVAC system did not work properly for the first night - room was too cold; lost hot water for some period on the first day; did not get my HiltonHonors credit
- 4/5
The place was very nice, the only thing was that weekend we stayed the AC/Heater didnt work at all. So they comped us 1 day.
- 5/5
Nice property. Only dislike is AC did not get cold
- 5/5
This Embassy is due for a remodel. One of the older Embassy’s I’ve been in. Good for a nights stay to get some rest.
- 2/5
Pool area in need of major repair, and cleaning Front desk very polite, but the rest of the staff was inattentive $25 to park
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
I had to pay for parking for this uncoverd parking place that dont have enough parking for there guests " and with no Security just not worst it for the price
- 5/5
This hotel was clean the staff was friendly.

The morning breakfast staff was excellent in supporting our guests. We have an autistic child that just missed breakfast time, and the staff allowed him to get some cereal. Management was not good. Our water was cut off in the morning when we were trying to bathe and get on with our day. There was no communication to inform us there would be maintenance on the water system, otherwise we would have been able to plan ahead. The pool was shut down unexpectedly with no legit reason, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel for my family of 5. The pull out couch/bed was not able to be slept in for a bed. And my wife and son, woke up with bed bug bites in one of the double beds.
- 4/5
Nice hotel but didn’t like to have to pay for parking separately. Was a pain to have to go into another app at check in and add personal information twice. Also parking fee was not adequately disclosed at booking.
- 2/5
It looks like this hotel has never been renovated. walls are dirty, and everything is old. They charge for parking when the hotel next to this does not. To have wifi, you need to register for the Hilton rewards and give your information.
- 5/5
Did not like paying 17.00 for parking and nothing was said to us till we checked in and that won’t happen again
- 3/5
The hotel is a little outdated. The complimentary breakfast was undesirable. The omelet chef was over worked and rude to guest. Even stopped taking orders 45 mins before the breakfast scheduled end. Juice was watered down, coffee was cold and ran out of eggs 2 days in a row. Compared to other Hilton brand in the area this was unfortunately an unpleasant experience.
- 2/5
From the stains on the furniture and the wet carpet to the torn shower curtain and unsanitary room this was days inn quality at Embassy Suites prices. Disappointing stay.
- 1/5
Pillows uncomfortable. Sofa horrible. Room is dated. Old furniture. Expecting to see a restaurant instead old grill. Never stay here at!
- 4/5
I thought the bed and pillows were excellent.
- 4/5
The free breakfast and happy hour were nice
- 3/5
All of the rooms are positioned around the courtyard so it’s not very quiet. The rooms were nice but a little dated. The bathroom is very small and shower could use an upgrade. The charging port did not work and of course we left our blocks at home. The air didn’t get very cool, not even at 65. It didn’t get too warm, just not as cool as we would have liked. You have to pay to park, per night. They have signage on the light poles outside (we later found out) but we didn’t park in front of a light pole so we didn’t see and nothing was said to us upon checking. We received a ticket attached to the windshield.

PROS: 1)Complementary Happy Hour 2)Good location near Domain 3)Hot breakfast with variety for all CONS: 1)NOISE NOISE NOISE......We were on 2nd floor facing front entrance and could hear EVERYTHING!! People coming and going, chatter, bike club reunion, etc... 2)Iconic indoor facing rooms layout will hear all the noise from the bar area which didnt close till 1045pm!!!
- 4/5
Be aware, they charge $20 a day for parking... in their own massive parking lot.
- 3/5
Overall good hotel, but it seems old and tired compared to other Embassy Suites we have stayed in. I may have missed it in the details, but I was surprised to have to pay for parking. Will probably pick a different hotel next time we are in Austin.

Great place
- 5/5
Staff was great, hotel was well maintained. The pool needed to be cleaned.
- 3/5
Breakfast buffet food got put away 30 minutes before the closing time. 40 mins before no more waffle mix was made. Bar tender was great, good conversation, fast service. Happy hour food is gold fish, chex mix, chips and non spicy can salsa. Only two well drinks or beer. Breakfast tasted good, chef could use a second person to help him do order. Buser lady was super nice and quick. Front desk, custodial and maintenance were super nice.
