Loved the stay

I had to check out and locate another hotel for my short stay in Austin. I was in Austin for business, and having to change hotels was a nightmare interruption. I had to spend money I didn’t anticipate spending and spent time I didn’t have because of this inconvenience.

I've stayed at this hotel 2x and this stay was better than the 1st time. It is very affordable and they offer breakfast which is an absolute plus. The staff was very helpful when needed and we had no issues outside of not having liquid body wash, but instead they had bar soap. Other than that I don't have any complaints. Will continue to use this hotel when I come to Austin.

I stay 4 days in hotel I don’t see the housekeeper coming to clean my room or anything. I speak to the front desk twice . No thing changed

The location was perfect for our stay. Everything we wanted to see in Austin was just a few minutes away. Staff was amazing, the breakfast was hot and delicious!

Staff was very friendly during check in and out and the lady in charge of breakfast area. Nice breakfast area and set up. The neighborhood is not walkable or close to any restaurants. We do recommend this hotel specifically if you are there for work.

Room was relatively clean and a good size. Ice machine broken on first floor. Hotel is right on I35 so you would think they would install added sound proofing but highway and parking lot noise very loud. Every door is heavy but slams shut with no soft close so every time someone enters thier room or the exit boom, you are awake.At least they were priced well.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Room was very large and comfortable. Easy parking and good location except the road noise was super loud! Not the hotel’s fault but certainly ask for a room not on the freeway side.

The location is easy to get to right off the expressway, was clean and room was very spacious. Breakfast was ok and reception staff was friendly. The only minor drawbacks was the hotel did seem a bit empty and with little movement & the expressway road noise can be a bit loud if given a room on the west side of hotel. Overall not a bad stay since we were only there to sleep & shower.

Do not accept a room on highway side. After realizing it was a pain in the back due to the noise, the front desk guy told me: "Currently we dont have any other room". Which of course was a: "I´m not even going to check, so f* off".

Location was close to areas in the city. It really didn’t make it easy for a handicapped person to take a bath

Room was fine. Some mold stains on the shower caulking, carpet past its prime, etc. and in need of more thorough cleaning, but the bed was failry comfortable and apparently clean so for a late night arrival and 6 AM checkout it was acceptable.

The hotel was in a convenient location right next to the freeway and I think it could be a good hotel if maintained properly. Here are the things that were broken in my room: blinds didnt open, broken light bulp in bathroom, missing glass bottom in microwafe, only decaf coffee in room, lotion dispenser in bathroom was empty, and no coffee for breakfast. Also the hispanic girl at the reception wasn't all that friendly.

We were near downtown as well as being off the highway that heads over to Circuit of the Americas N/A

Breakfast was good and simple. Staff was also very friendly. Location is great! You have a Walmart down the street, coffee, and fast-food very close by as well. My hotel room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. There were handprints on the headboard, hair in the shower and multiple stains on the wall. I had to clean it up and disinfect with my own supplies.

Convenient location, great staff, and comfortable. Sheets were dirty no extra towels just the minimum.

The room was not clean when we arrived. Due to sheer exhaustion we stayed. The toilet was really dirt, the TV and dresser stand had stains all over them. The sheets and bedding were clean but the sheet had an iron burn area on it. It was a highway facing room and you could hear every sound from the highway. There was a bug in the bathroom and evidence of dead previous bugs in the bathroom (legs and wing carcass left behind). When we tried to move the next day because of various issues they were completely booked up. I understood that, it was a race weekend, but at over $300 a night in there should have been some sort of room discount offered or something. The food was okay but limited. Overall, the staff was the best thing this hotel had going for it. They were nice and tried to be helpful. I would not recommend staying here. There’s better hotels in the area. The only reason we stayed was due to the limited occupancy in the area due to the F1 Race and the Garth Brooks concert!

The property and its staff are nice, especially for how affordable it is. It’s convenient to the airport but kind of difficult to get anywhere else if you’re not renting a car. Ubers are always available though!

Hotel is a good place to stay in that location. A little rundown with the couch being sunken in and the chairs in the breakfast area peeling off. No daily room service so you have to ask for supplies and towels. But it was a good stay.

We liked the breakfast and the location. Room was not clean - crumbs on the floor, cobwebs and dirt in back of bed. We requested a room change in the middle of the night due to a large cockroach in the room.The second room was better. We frequently used the stairs during our stay - alerted the front desk to dead bugs on the floor in the stairwell.

During my 3 night stay my room was never attended to. I didn't have a do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob so why did they not service the room?? The furniture/chairs in the dining area were beyond their service life.

AC works. Cons: Rooms are not clean throughly. Bed sheets, bathroom shower, and curtains have stains. WIFI has connections issues (2nf floor).

The first room we had, one of the pillows has pink stain. The sheet was ripped…WTH! So they transferred us to another room. That room, not sure if it’s worse than the 1st one because the curtains have stains of mold-like and not only that the side of the bed has a huge stain, mold- like as well. I took some pics. The furniture, the coach in the room needs to be replaced AND the bed also….gross! I was afraid to look even further about the bed. The furniture, we dare not to sit on it. And the common area of the hotel, the chairs ALL need to be replaced! The cushions of all of the dining area were pealed. It’s disgusting. Ok I cannot go on anymore. Yes, we stayed for 4 nights. The outside is very deceiving. I will NOT stay at this hotel.

Two downsides were no microwave in the room and the room was never cleaned/towels exchanged during my stay (3 nights), but neither of those were a huge deal, and I'm sure if I asked for new towels I could have gotten some (but it was just me staying so I didn't need more).

First, I had to pay a $25 fee just to check in three hours early, even though the hotel was nearly empty and our room was already ready. Second, the hallways had no air conditioning and were unbearably hot, which caused condensation that puddled into our room. The carpet and bedspread felt damp whenever the air conditioner was off for a while, and the whole room felt uncomfortably moist once it warmed up. When I informed the hotel staff, they seemed confused about the room conditions, though they did admit maintenance was working on the hallway AC. It did get slightly cooler as our stay continued. Third, for $95 per night, the room did not meet expectations. The pillows were old, flat, and in desperate need of replacement. The tub and bathroom borders were rusty, which was unappealing. Lastly, the curtains were a major issue—there were only sheer curtains covering the window, and while there were blackout curtains, they were fixed on the sides purely for decoration and couldn’t be closed to block the sunlight. I did not try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, based on these experiences, I will not be returning.

Thankfully, no one was in the room so we closed the door and went back down to the front desk to get a room that was clean and ready for us. The man working the front desk never said sorry for the mistake but rather passed blame on another employee for not making sure the rooms were correct. Over the course of our 4 night stay we never received housekeeping and we did not have the “Do not Disturb” sign up because the room did not have one available to use. Since we never had the room turned over for us, on the third night we went down to the front desk and asked for clean towels and after about a 10 minute search we were handed pool towels, which seemed to be half the size of shower towels; we let it be and used those for the night. It’s very stinky and nasty place in Austin. I check out a day before my reservation. All the furniture is very bad. The room is stinky the bathroom leaking water and it stinks. The breakfast is very bad.

Our experience at this hotel included laying down on the bed to find that it was soiled with urine. It was soaked through the sheets from the previous guests.

On 2nd morning. Ran out of both bagels and boiled eggs on days 3-6. Room didn’t seem very clean.

I dont like leaving reviews. Im not a big fan of dirty stainless steel, nasty caulk work or smelly fabrics, but it was affordable and convenient.

While there was nothing wrong with the property, you can tell it needs some care. The furniture in the lobby is worn out, elevators and hall walls felt unkept. Room was in good order. You get all the non-stop traffic noise from I-35 on rooms on that side of the building. Hot breakfast was good.

It was good for the price. There was a group in one room near mine that had their door open the entire stay and were a little loud. Stay on the first floor if you can.

My wife has physical limitations and when we checked in, the front desk made sure we got the most accessible room. Rooms were huge for the price and us and our 2 adult kids were comfortable. Breakfast was basic eggs, sausage biscuits, waffles etc, but quite serviceable considering it's included.

Great overall stay! Highly recommend.

Front service at check-in was nice and the Hispanic lady during breakfast was really nice and friendly. The breakfast on the other hand was meh. The sausage was hard and tasted weird. They didn’t have many options to choose from. We stayed in a similar hotel the night before in Fredericksburg and the breakfast there was really great compared to this one. So this was disappointing. There was hair on our bed sheets and the carpets in the hallway just need a good scrubbing. Will definitely choose a different hotel next time we’re in Austin.

Pretty average hotel experience, staff was amazing and service was amazing but just kind of run down. Every single linen had some sort mystery stain or hole and the walls look like they just need new paint or a really good wipe down. The beds were hanging off the frames a noticeable amount. Even the lobby furniture could use some love, not dirty per se just need some attention. Pool was closed which wasn’t detrimental but would have been nice to know before booking. Once again, the staff was amazing and very friendly and even when I called with questions they seemed more than happy to help me out.

Breakfast area chairs are all peeling and wore out. No changes in breakfast offerings for 3 mornings. Property shows wear but better overall than some. Just needs focus on areas guests see and replace or repair things like all the dining chairs, elevator buttons wore off, and overall upset of things like carpet and landacape

We liked the location. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. We found a piece of hair on the bedsheet. It seemed like they didn't change the bedsheet. The traffic noise from I-35 was pretty loud.

Such a great property! Rooms can be a little more clean - it was real dusty and there was hair in the shower. Otherwise, it was a peaceful stay and staff was SO nice. Conveniently close to everything in south Austin.

The fixtures had inchs of dust on them and there is alot of thing broken or really needs to be replaced..

I liked everything! What I disliked was the Construction on the highway

First time staying here. The room was ok. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling. The blinds did close all the way. One of the pull back sticks for the curtains was broken and laying in the corner. The plate for the microwave didn't really fit the microwave. The floor had some trash from the previous tenants. Overall, it wasn't one of my best hotel stays.

The front desk was exceptional

The front desk was great to take care of anything we needed.

Staff friendly. Check in fast. Room big clean. Bathroom very clean. Good towels, shampoo and bodylotion good. Breakfast was ok there was variety.

The rooms smell moldy..

1.- the first room was so dusty, that my kid would not stop coughing and we had to move to new room at 3:40am. 2.- someone made a mess in the elevator. It look like pee… it took the entire night and day before it got cleaned. 3.- finally the entire windshield of a car was left broken in the parking lot. Most likely the a car was stolen from the parking area.. yet management did not do much… we ask to call the police.. because most like a guest would wake up to a nasty surprise…

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was dirty, there were spiders under the bed, hair and trash underneath the matress, the walls were digusting, burn holes in the matress cover, and rips in the carpet. We immediately left. I tried to get a refund for our stay and they lied about the entire experience saying things that didn't happen.

My room had urine stain on the wall, carpet can use a deep cleaning. Bed was very comfortable. Maid forgot to check the microwave. There was a waffle from a previous guest. I was charged a pet fee for a small dog. Expedia stated pet fee for dogs over 15lbs.
