Nice hotel. Liked the food from the restaurant. Bathroom is a bit old and needs to be updated, otherwise we had a great stay.

Comfy and quiet stay. No pool so pretty much no kids = quiet. But you can use pools at nearby hotels. Excellent fitness center - one of the main reasons for our choice. Our first time to Austin, and the main entrance to the property basically enters straight onto a highway (they call them "frontage roads"), with endless-looking roadwork on I-35 nearby. But coming and going the back way is easy and the way Google Maps usually took us. Nothing really to walk to nearby, but you're within a few miles to a lot at the south side of town. We'd stay again for sure!

Room was very small for the price we paid and it wasn't even a deluxe room. For the price you pay at this hotel it should include a free breakfast. Do not recommend this hotel unless you need to really stay there.

The room was great. Staff was attentive. I had to leave early due to Winter Storm Fern. The front desk said I would not be charged for the day I didn’t stay as I paid in full at check in . I have not been credited so we shall see what happens next

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were greeted by a friendly representative at the front desk that was accommodating with bottled water. We had a business meeting in the morning and the room was set up nicely with a very tasty lunch. Perfect for our purpose.

This property is now charging $10 a day to park. It had been free for all the years I’ve been staying there. The parking isn’t even covered. It seems like a small amount but free and ease of parking has always been a feature of the Marriott properties and I stay at this one in particular because it is not downtown where all hotels valet or charge for parking. Also, why is coffee not complimentary in the lobby? Just small things but it’s like getting charged extra for a reclining seat on a plane. I do think the property got remodeled very nicely a while ago. Room decor is inviting and fresh looking. Bedding always great at a Marriott.

Perfect hotel for my friend and I!! Short distance from downtown without hitting all the crazy traffic. Also Randi was amazing. She definitely made us appreciate the hotel a lot more. No complaints, would return!

I always stay at Marriotts when I travel and am usually pleased. This hotel was the exception. Run down and not in great condition. Hotel staff were not very helpful, despite some situations that were out of control, their attitudes were not pleasant and they were not eager to explain or assist. Very dissapointed.

Great and very clean . Updated and very comfortable beds . I had friends stay across this property , and they had all kinds of insects in their hotel rooms , but not here . It was spotless

The hotel looked very nice, and the room was clean. We did not get to visit any other section of the hotel other than the room.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Considering the rate daily rate, everything should be in working condition - blinds should be operable and water should be hot. I was allowed to change rooms, which was great. But then there were broken tiles in the shower - this should not be case when the room rate is almost $400 a night outside the city center. All in all it was a good experience and the lobby is very nice and the staff is excellent.

I appreciated being able to park my car in the secure garage.

ATX Olive Company - breakfast was amazing! Loved the hotel staff, every one we came in contact with was so helpful, friendly and greeted you right away. Customer service was exceptional! We purchased the room with breakfast included and the restaurant was not aware our meal was included and mistakenly charged us for our breakfast. I spoke with Sheryl and she immediately corrected the issue, credited my account and gave the proper notifications to the kitchen so we didnt run into the same issue the next morning. I really appreciated that.The decor was beautiful, loved the hotel and the location. Our room bathroom faucet had a slight water leak which kept the water running continuously in the room and gave a water smell in the room (room 330). We kept forgetting to tell the staff during our stay. Im mentioning for future guests. Aside from this our stay was Perfect!

There is no kettle in the room, asked for water bottle at front desk and they asked us to pay for it. I refuse to pay and the only gave me 2 tiny bottles of water and no more for the coming few days. I checked out at 5am ish but no one was at the front desk, I tried to look for someone to assist and it turned out the front desk lady was enjoying her cigarette at the entrance and asked me to give her a minute because she needed to take a break. Terrible service and experience. Probably the worst hotel under Marriott Group.

The room appearance and decor was excellent. However, the bed covers showed wrinkles underneath. I changed rooms twice first because I couldn't get the WIFI, then because I couldn't adjust the room temperature. And, the water pressure in the sink was awful.

Location. Clean and updated. Free parking Shower- no pressure and Luke warm. Won't stay again because of Luke warm bordering on cold shower. It was very uncomfortable.

Property is nice looking. TV never worked properly. When brought to management attention I was told (with a chuckle) "Yeah, they are glitchy." Sent maintenance and they were able to get it to work briefly and then it locked me in their Hotel Marketing Channel for the duration of the stay. When I notified them they offered me a free breakfast. Unless I can watch TV in my cereal I don't need a free breakfast. BTW, most hotels already make breakfast free. Especially when the rate is over $200 per night. So your "ENVOY" program just irritates me now because I had to watch a presentation about it for 2 days. It was like timeshare hell.

We did have a water leak in our room overnight, but maintenance came quickly and we were moved to another room.

Our stay was fantastic. The property is currently being renovated so we understood that meant people working and a construction area in the back. The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous! And the huge tv’s were a great new amenity! The breakfast was a hit as well!

The water was off when I arrived and the water pressure was poor in the morning.

The vanity light did not have a switch to turn off. Electric curtain wall switch ere located in wrong rooms (EX switch in the bed room controlled living room curtains, the switch in the living room controlled the bed room curtains. I had no access to the pool because it was closed due to construction and my WORST inconvenience water was completely shut off from 10pm to 4am. It was disguising not being able to flush the toilet, take a shower and brush my teeth. No complimentary water was provided in the room.

This hotel is not in a quiet area. Next to a busy freeway and at the moment lots of construction and they start early everyday even sunday.

Hotel is under major renovations. Lacking amenities in comparison to most Marriott hotels. Very sketchy individuals hanging around the parking lot all hours of the night.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it has definitely gone downhill. We originally were give keys to the same room as someone else, then the next room we were given was covered in mold, bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned as mirror was dirty, toiletries were open and there was no curtain on the shower.

The AC in our room was not working and we had to be moved to another room. The staff was very friendly and we had no problems moving to another room. I was disappointed because I expected more staying at the Marriott. There is no valet parking available. There is no concierge service available.

The room was clean with quiet surroundings. The Limestone restaurant food and staff were awesome, especially our server Disha. Breakfast was great as well.

There is a restaurant and bar on site. The dinner food was good, but menu is quite limited. Breakfast was awful. Paid extra for breakfast to be included but only 2 menu items are actually available to you with the breakfast "voucher". Starbucks coffee costs extra, not a full Starbucks, only serve limited coffee items. Pool was freezing and they said they fixed it, but we went again and it was still freezing. It was an indoor pool, main reason we stayed here. Stayed in a room supposed to have concierge lounge access, paid extra for that, did not have access. Key card didnt work. Police were called at night to a neighboring room and were there again in the morning. Not a great vibe. Lots of homeless people camping nearby.

The hotel was nice, however, location not the best. Although there is a restaurant onsite, you have to drive a bit to find a restaurant outside. Also, Austin seems to have a large homeless population. The first day we were at the hotel, I walked into the men's restroom in the lobby and found a young homeless man washing his hair in the sink. The last day we were there, we were approached by a homeless woman in the parking lot as we were packing up our car. She wanted to know where the Shell station was and got angry when we told her we were not from the area and didn't know. Again, nice hotel, but not a good location.

The staff here were amazing! Makayla and Marina were at the from desk during our entire 4 day stay and they were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant staff were also great. The room we stayed in was in need of an update but we’d likely come back due to how wonderful the staff was.
