Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise breakfast was nice and hotel clean and spacious.

Close enough to walk to downtown and not too hilly. Parking was $15 a day which is low compared to downtown.

Great stat. Super noisy area though. It os right next to the interstate and maybe an ambulance station. Everything else was great.

Clean and easy to access with direct roads to downtown. Can’t blame the property, but we arrive during an unprecedented snowstorm and the roads were a bit difficult getting in.

All aspects of the property were 5*. The staff were super friendly and very customer oriented!

Was put in a room with two known issues and had to move at midnight. Staff was inconsiderate and did not even offer to comp a night for the inconvenience.

Delicious hot breakfast. Friendly staff. The GM couldn’t be nicer and very helpful. Clean rooms. Amazing comfortable mattress even for my bad back. I love your hotels. Always stay at one wherever we are

Nice hotel on the edge of town. Fairly easy to walk back from the downtown area with shops and restaurants

I feel this property is rather new and everything was clean and nice. My only negative experience was overnight trying to sleep. Our bedroom windows faced the interstate and the hotel is right on an offramp. I think if maybe they put up sound proofing curtains, and provided some ambient noise that could help?

Excellent location. Very nice, clean room. Great to have laundry. Free coffee, tea, and cocoa. Good breakfast and accommodating staff. Highly recommend.

Make sure you understand they will charge u $15 per day to park in their lot. Not a parking garage not high volume just an extra charge that i was not told about at check in. They took $50 incidental charge then took $15 out of that. Not sure if the forgot or it wa son the sly but please add $15 to each day you stay here.

The breakfast was pretty good. Once out of the dishes it cooled down very quickly. Good choices though. The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful and I spoke to them a number of times. Everything was good. The only negative was how quickly the breakfast would cool down. Don’t know if there’s another way to get it warmer.
