Room we received should never be used again. Front door didn't close all the way. We asked for a non-smoking room, well lets just say that at one point that room was a smoking room because of how awful it smell. There were roaches inside the fridge. Also the bathroom fan didn't work. We should have requested another room but since there was no elevator and having to go up and down the stairs having a bad knee was not an option. That was my experience in this particular location.

There was a lot of people hanging around outside their rooms, people laying down on the floor, and car alarms kept going off all night. We walked in the restroom and there was water coming out from the cracks of the tile every time the toilet was flushed. Towels were still dirty, bed sheets smelled like they weren’t dried correctly. I tried to get my money back 10mins after seeing everything and I was denied by someone from Choice Hotels saying “that wasn’t enough of a reason to even move to another hotel” which is ridiculous.

We showed up to check in about an hour after check in time. The lady at the front desk gave me the key and said “it may or may not be clean. If it’s not, let me know and come back in a couple hours and see if we got to it.” I feel like it is the responsibility to have the room ready on time. The property was very poorly maintained and the people in the area and hanging around the hotel were very scary. One gentleman pulled a gun on my small children. Pictures are very deceiving and we will not stay here again.

Maintenance never come and fixed it. I finally decided to drive home 2 of the 4 nights because it was so dirty and in bad shape. Very poor quality surprised you would even have this place on your site.

I stayed in the accesible room because I was going to have hip replacement surgery and needed the handicap shower. The shower was very slippery and the curtain rod kept faling down. Might be helpful to put in a shower mat that helps prevent slipping. The room had a king sized bed and the fitted sheet did not fit. Definitely need to get a sheet that fits and stays on the bed.

Arrived from my 4 hour drive from Albuquerque New Mexico. As I went inside the door I wasnt greeted and I waited 10 minutes before they even helped me. The manager finally checked me in. I told him that I requested an upstairs room. He then asked his coworker if they had 211 available and it was so thats where they put me. As we walked into the upstairs room the Hall Reaked like Marajuana. Me and my dad went into the room , unpacked our luggage and planed what we were gonna do. We slept well except we kept hearing doors slam. And people were in and out all night. It came time to shower and boy was that shower COLD. The paint in the bathroom was also peeling really bad. I think quality inn was a fairly priced Hotel however it definitely needs cosmetic attention and the Water Boiler needs to be replaced.

I liked the front desk clerk and how room service didn't bother me. The bed was super comfy, wish i slept longer. I did not appreciate the fridge being unplugged there was water all in the freezer area and someone's random donuts being left in there along with no nob to change the temp. I also did not like the filthy toilet seat. The ceiling in the bathroom was LEAKING WITH MOLD. The whole damn floor was wet and i was NOT trying to be blamed for any of that. The heater worked for a little while not long. This room $77.00 or so and not worth how far it was either. Room #144 i believe.

Because of other signs, it's obvious the entire facility is dated, and could use updates or improvements. And the one thing I found odd was the absence of a phone and a clock in the room. The ceilings and walls show lots of paint and spackle patchwork. Large areas of the ceiling look like they were once sagging or riddled with holes. The carpet had several dark, STICKY stains on the far side of the bed. The coffee at the breakfast bar was warm to lukewarm at 6AM, right as it opened. Hot water for my shower was nearly non-existent. I managed to find a trickle of warm water to lather up with, but by the time I was rinsing it had turned icy cold. There appeared to be a burned hole in the duvet. The TV took a LONG time for any channels to show up. I wondered at first if its connection to the cable box was working at all. The HVAC unit sounds in need of repair or replacement. It had a VERY loud grinding sound when the fan was running for heat or cold. (Bad bearings?) I ended up sleeping with the unit turned off, and was quite comfy for most of the night. It was a windy morning, and some wind was blowing through the space between the door and the jamb. (The room exited directly into the parking lot.) Other general shabbiness to the structure (cordoned-off staircases, etc.) But still, it was only $50... For that price, and for my needs, I would probably stay here again.

Couldn’t sleep because you could hear everybody’s footsteps upstairs. Pretty cool how old these buildings can get and still pass inspections I guess haha I just wish I knew before how smelly and old it would be walking in. The sheets were stained with something that looked like blood so I ended up just busting out my air mattress. I was only passing by and needed somewhere warm to pass out and rest. The shower I would advise you wake up early to figure out the hot part of it.

TV wouldn’t work at all at first, got that working. Barely any working channels & only PBS for kids. Bed had a burn in the top cover. Really would consider wearing shoes in shower & on floor. Was on the 2nd floor, floor felt like it had some weak spots. Paint peeling in bathroom. It’s a $60 motel room, meets expectations. It’s dirty but it’s a quiet place to sleep with a comfortable bed and hot water. Wear shoes and don’t have high expectations. Staff was VERY nice and friendly.

This is the worst stay I ever had! Was in the hospital a week and thought to stay a couple nights and rest. First no remote control tried calling front desk and phone cord broken on both ends. Heldnit together and called front desk never got an answer. Went to the front desk and that lady was nice she went and took the remote control then realized there was no cable box period in box that room. Moving on i laid down and started itching, got up and saw there were bed bugs all over and had bit me 😔. I called front desk this was about 1 or 2 AM again no answer. Went to front desk and the girl just moved us rooms because getting a refund was not an option at the moment. New room was better and i feel like the room we received was a last rest room room 121. They moved us but being sick we didn't want to stay any longer there and left. I rook pictures and have sent them to lodge a complaint. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Expedia needs to remove them from list sad that a hotel like this is even located around the hospitals there.

When I brought up the issue to the front desk, the young lady immediately offered a choice of two first floor rooms with no hesitation at all. The new room was comfortably cooled off in about fifteen minutes. The staff completely took care of my issue professionally, making sure nothing was left unresolved.

To start, the young lady at the front desk was great. Very friendly and polite. The lobby was more spacious than I anticipated. Thats where the good ends. The stairs leading up to the room looked like they would crack under pressure. There was a bag of trash that someone left outside the room door. The room itself was just eh. It looked like all that was done was the basics, switched out linens and trash cans. There was little pieces of trash on the carpet like someone had yanked off the price tags off clothes causing the plastic attachment part to fly off. Not to mention the stains on various walls, the stagnant smell that not even the constant ac could dissipate, half the outlets did not work properly, and my gosh the television. Might as well not have it since it didnt even have the most basic of basic channels. The only good thing was that we didn't have to stay for long, we were mid road trip and I needed sleep but I couldn't even stay asleep for long periods of time because although the bed itself was comfortable, it had a peculiar smell just like the rest of the room. Literally the only fully redeeming feature is the friendly staff. Cant mention the pool because is was closed the day we went and left right when breakfast started being served.

Thus was one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I will never stay at a Quality Inn ever. There was stains and blood on the bathroom walls. I had to take a shower with my flip flops on. I didn’t sleep cause I was worried about bed bugs. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was the worst place I have stayed. Rooms are old and falling apart. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close, A/C wasn’t working, and the TV didn’t get any reception. We had to go buy an HDMI cable to connect our computer. We were moved to a different room that was slightly better but TV still didnt work. Anyway, we were only there for one night thank goodness. Oh, and they charged me $75 up front in case damages are made in this place thats already falling apart. No where does it say anything about this charge. I wish i would have taken pictures but we were only there one night.

The lobby seemed to be fairly updated. The room however was not in good condition. There was a spot in the ceiling that had big cracks from a leak and pieces of drywall hanging. The door was dragging on the door jam so bad that I had to hit it with my shoulder to open it. The shower head was leaking and the tub was stained pretty bad. There was not one single tv station that could be watched due to no cable service. The bed was decently comfortable just really squeaky.

Expedia pictures for this property are not accurate. I got there and noticed the rooms have an outside entrance. Once I walked in my room it was noticeably dirty. Areas where they didn’t vacuum, door and areas surrounding the door frame where dirty, bed side table had not been wiped down either. Mold around the fire alarm, bathtub not in a condition to step in barefoot, pillows with stains and looked like someone’s pillows that were left behind. And to top it off, the room door did not close all the way and can be easily opened by someone walking by. I ended up calling Expedia within an hour of checking in, after a 10 hour drive arriving to this was very frustrating. Left at midnight because it was a place where I knew I could not leave my belongings while I went out during the day.

The property needs a face lift. Employees need training on how to greet guests. The first night the employee was short and unfriendly. Put me in a room that door knob was broken and curtains torn. Forgot to change room number in computer and strangers walked into my room the second day.

Very old hotel, pictures are misleading, only main lobby and breakfast area have been renovated so they look good and modern. Our carpet was old and dirty, mattress had a broken springs, lights were poor, window was dirty and had a huge cobwebs because the curtains were always closed, we were missing the net curtains. The door looked damaged and not very secure. Breakfast was average and same everyday, waffles were the only warm option. Evening staff was nice and helpful but morning staff was mainly ignoring everyone. The room stayed warm without the heating despite the weather being cold and wet. Hotel was close to where we needed to be and easy to find. Needs a lot work to improve.

Bathroom door was rotting on the bottom, the cleaning people obviously didn’t care about their job.

The light in the 2nd room was half burt out & made the room very dim. The vanity light was completely out. But even with the low lighting we could see the same sorts of stains not only on the bed but also the chair. The guy at the front desk apologized again. He did ask if we wanted to try again or cancel our reservation. Being near 1 am & having driven over 7 hours I opted to try again. The 3rd room did not appear to have such stains on the bed & we stayed. There were large bluish crystal-like granules under the vanity which Google showed to be rat poisoning-not surprised. Once we turned down the bedding we realized there was no blanket, only a sheet. So we had to go buy one (yes, I checked drawers and the closet). The trash came at 6 am to empty the dumpsters outside our window on a Saturday. Toilet paper felt like actual paper-my daughters words. Wost experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially if you're a single mom with a kid(s).

Worst hotel I ever stayed. I booked 3 rooms for my family and all 3 were not cleaned up and prep for stay. Stained coffee maker and microwave. TV no picture. Beds were not made. Sheets appeared preused and not washed, crumpled and with hair and some dirt, some stained spots on them. Dirty hand tower in the middle of bathtub. No toiletries inside the bathrooms. Blankets were old and thin for the weather and some without a protective sheet underneath it. Manager was not around. Receptionist couldn't help much. Since it was late at 11:30pm and I have already paid online through Expedia for the 3 non-refundable rooms, we have to do a quick room clean up ourselves and slept with our winter jackets on and without taking any shower.

It smelled like cow manure due to being close to a feed lot. But we couldn't smell it in the rooms. Not very secure on the outside the door doesn't have key card entrance anyone can walk in. Doors to the rooms are hard to open due to settling of the building, and doors don't open the first or 3rd time you try to use your card even though the light turns green. One of the rooms the door kept locking open.
