There was no staff present at the front desk, no ice machine. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is a cute place. Great if you have an extended stay and want some basic kitchen items. My only complaint is that the king bed I booked for 2 people to sleep in came with what I can only call throw pillows. They gave us 4 small square pillows to sleep with, 2 of which were flat. After driving 13 hours I really needed a good night's sleep and never even thought this was a possibility.

However, our in room coffee pot was broken, and when I went down to the common area to get some coffee, the desk clerk told me they didn’t have any. Evidently, they were changing vendors and all the stuff from the current vendor had to be gone before the new vendor would put their products in. Huh? The elevator door would not give enough time to allow the exiting riders to get off and the next to get back on before it closed. Usually people were yelling open the door! Now think trying to do this with luggage. The laundry room was a complete mess. The floor was dirty, lost socks (plural) on the floor, dryer sheets everywhere, dust and dirt on the machines and counters and the garbage was overflowing. I took a damp rag with me to wipe down the washers and they were dirty inside. All common area garbage containers were full. As we left that next morning people had put their trash bags out in the corridor by their door. Wouldn’t be better to have a garbage shoot for that purpose? Maybe with more staff and some TLC things could change for the better. If you want convenience this is for you. I won’t be back

The rooms were clean. The staff at check in was very polite. They only have maid service once a week, which I find unusual. When your trash is full or you need more towels you just sit them outside your door. In the mornings the halls look like trash day in the city. They have long term stay with a lot of out of town workers staying. If you don’t sleep past 5:00 am you’ll will be fine. Seems most of them head off to work around 5 and don’t care if anyone else is trying to sleep. The Saturday of our stay a construction company was staying. They had a big bbq and party on the patio. I didn’t so much have a problem that they were relaxing and having a good time, but it didn’t end until around 1:00 am. Then they were running around the halls like a herd of cattle. Everhome did not do anything about it……. I understand that they are good money for them, but we also paid for a good night sleep. If you don’t want to take care of all patrons, then don’t book short term stays. Because of this I would have a hard time recommending anyone stay here on weekends anyway.

Love the stocked kitchen, spacious rooms, clean facility. The front desk staff was super friendly

Only thing I didn’t like was the barn door on the bathroom, felt a little less private. Only 2 bath towels, no extras and small pillows on the bed. But little dislikes for much more likes!

Really loved the hotel. Highly recommend. Loved the full kitchen and full sized refrigerator

I enjoyed staying here. The only regret was no pool, but other than that it was a very safe and clean environment.

The amenities suited my stay very well. Additional items are available upon request. The staff are very helpful. The parking lot was nearly full when I arrived late in the evening, but there was still spaces available.

Quiet and clean

The AC did not work. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Laundry under the sink in the bathroom. The room was nice other than that but it was way to hot in that room. The guy who checked us out said he would contact Expedia to get us a refund on some of our money because of the inconvenience. We have not seen that yet.

New hotel but being used hard and fast.
