Rooms not serviced daily, must go get your own clean towels at the front desk. The bed mattress is cheap and VERY uncomfortable

Nicely designed rooms and public spaces Toilet seat was missing one bolt, told front desk as we went to dinner. When we got back, it was fixed! Great service.

Great service, clean room and overall facilities, breakfast was nice, well stocked and tasty. Bed was OK, fairly comfortable for a hotel bed. Shower was. Very clean and modern but the water volume was lacking. I know they want to conserve water, but it took a long time just to rinse my short male, thinning hair, It would jave taken my wife or daughter forever to try and wash theirs! Other than that it was a good stay.
