    the place is better suited for one night stays than longer ones in my opinion. my review would most likely be more positive if i wasn’t given an adjoining room when i didn’t ask for one, thus making the room i was staying in extremely tiny. i was also in a room directly in front of the pool and felt uncomfortable opening my window. i know both of these problems could have been resolved by me asking for a different room and i will take fault for that. some pros are the shower water was amazing and stayed hot, and bed was comfortable! also only cable channels, so beware of that when booking! also be aware that they will not take prepaid cards for the incidental fee.

    I booked the room and they did not give me the room I booked. I was supposed to have a double bed with microwave and refrigerator. When I went to the front desk, she told me she could not move me because all the rooms were booked, but I could use their refrigerator. That was unacceptable. They also had a small full-size bed that felt like a bunkbed mattress. When you sat on it, you sunk down a good foot and a half. The lady at the desk said it’s because it’s a handicap bed and they have hard climbing in. I asked for a refund and they refused. I went down to the front desk after checking out the room and she was helping a customer and asked me to step to the side. After 15 minutes, I went up and grabbed my things along with starting the virtual help on the bookings.com site. She then proceeded to tell them that I had already been there for three or four hours so they could not refund my money. You could clearly see when I book the room not even 30 minutes before I checked in. This whole deal was about a hour and a half in before bookings got her to call her manager to ask for a refund. It is now 11 PM and she says I just came down. I said ma’am, I’ve already been down here to talk to you one time before do you not remember and she stated no you did not. Despite putting me in the wrong room, they still refused to refund my money. Bookings.com took care of it and credit me my money back and then some. I was able to book a new hotel. Do not use this place. They are horrible.

    It was ok for a quick nights sleep. The room overall was cold and beds were fine. The rooms walls were pretty beat up, there wasn’t a fridge or microwave and the bathroom was very small. Pillows are small but there are multiple. But it was fine especially for the price.

    Booked a king bed with tub, got king bed with walk-in shower. Very noisy as a youth sports team was staying there, lots of families and doors slamming.This time, trash not emptied, carpets through out lobby, halls and rooms are worn and warping. On my second day, I returned to my room only to have the key not work. I went back down to the lobby and asked why. I was told by Miss April, that she didn't check me in and therefore doesn't know if I'm the actual key holder. When pressed to understand, she gave me the 'Oh Lord' response, stating that the key could have been left somewhere, given to someone other than me and a slew of other reasons why I had to show my ID and get new keys. That the hotel will not take responsibility for someone being in the room unauthorized. I mentioned that I needed to use the bathroom and she states you can use the lobby bathroom if you have to go. As I walked away I heard her commentary on the situation to the woman that had been hanging out in the lobby, since I left, that morning. It was rude to say the least. Not feeling safe there now, since Miss April made it very clear that an unsavory element frequent this hotel and my possessions, car, or person could be compromised.

    On our return trip I booked one of the newly renovated rooms, but was told at check in that I couldn’t stay in a renovated room because of my service dog. After arguing that service dogs were not pets, the night manager refused to budge. Not only were we put in a room that hadn’t been renovated, but no refund of the higher price was given even though I asked for one. The bed in our room was very uncomfortable, it squeaked every time my husband or I moved, and the pillows were so old, worn, and useless we barely slept! The floors in the lobby were filthy. The hotel was booked, but one of the 2 elevators was out of service. The free breakfast is disgusting. The coffee in the lobby is good, but the hotel has cheaped out by not supplying lids for the styrofoam cups. Needless to say, we will stay elsewhere on our next trip through the Dallas area.

    April checked me in and was very knowledgeable about the property. All of the employees at the front desk were on call as there was an issue all weekend with the magnetic strip on the keys. This is one of my favorite dog hotels bc the dogs are the nicest group you can hope for when traveling.

    The room the room was good, spacious. Good pillows. But for anyone to claim that this location has breakfast is astonishing.. a lonely, waffle maker, and a couple of bagels and sweet rolls does not constitute breakfast for those of us who are prediabetic and celiac. Even Motel 6 has those premade omelette things… at least put out some of those packaged, hard-boiled eggs, people!

    Booked a room for mult days. Moved out after two and they wouldn’t help me with a reimbursement even tho I payed for travel insurance. Moved out do to random bug bites or hives not sure tha I was getting each morning.

    The night stand dreamers don’t stay closed. They slide out. This could be a safety issue. I don’t see why something like that would be ignored by the hotel. The bathroom sink drain has a missing drain plug. If someone loses a jewelry it would go down the drain. Why is left without fixing? The breakfast was good and the employees are patient and helpful. The administration seems to be hands off for a hotel at a key locations with the potential to thrive. Good Luck.

    The breakfast was pretty good. Was about 10 minutes late to be ready which was OK for me. Good value - decent hotel. Comfortable and nice. Very clean except one note about nightstand table. Nightstand table had some small spots on it like from opening a soda that sprayed on it or something. It was dusted clean but needed to be wiped down. Showerhead was either clogged somewhat or the water pressure wasn't good. I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and that time the room was perfect with no problems.

    I’ve stayed here multiple times before but this will probably be the last time. The accessible room was confusing - at times I doubted it was an accessible room - there was no shower seat & the shower water pressure was a trickle. I booked a room with a fridge & microwave and got neither. The room was cleanish & ok, but nothing special.

    Clean room but the popcorn ceiling was bubbling and peeling off, making it look grungy. AC good. Bed good. Desk good. Mini fridge worked. Microwave was questionable but worked. The door latch on the microwave was malfunctioning. Seemed dangerous. Bathroom/shower good. Things are obviously older but fairly well kept. Swimming pool nice but not heated. The first night the pool was closed at least a hour before advertised. Typical “meh” breakfast. Staff were welcoming, polite, professional and friendly. The cleaned and made up the room every day. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of free parking available. Best feature is the price.

    The breakfast offered a good variety each morning, and while the lobby shows some signs of the hotel’s age, it’s still very nice and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and my room was cleaned daily. I’m especially grateful to the front desk for accommodating my last-minute request for a room closer to the lobby due to an injury—it made a big difference during my stay. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

    That it was near local eateries. The juice at breakfast. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Didn't see any bedbugs. I was not given the room I reserved which was a king size with a bath and had to wait hours to get a room with two smaller beds with a bath. But it wasn't the king size bed I paid for. The breakfast was subpar, the eggs were made from powder, were cold and flavor less, and there was no meat although I was told there would be by front desk. One elevator was out. The first room we received had pubic hair on the toilet seat, and had a stale odor in the room. The TV was had no premium tv options and didn't have all the channels displayed on the channel menu. It didn't even have matching lightbulbs.

    The breakfast was lovely the ladies working the breakfast bar the 2 mornings we stayed were going above and beyond to ensure that the guests breakfast was delicious and fully stocked. The bed was not very comfy, the toilet would back up every time my husband or I went to the bathroom.

    The location is great. It's close to restaurants and a quick drive to the tollway. Even though it's off the main roads (Belt Line and Midway) both have a traffic light when you access them so you can safely cross them. My hair dryer didn't work. But the staff took care of it as quickly as possible.

    Ceiling texture bubbling and falling inside the room. Seriously stained carpet. Hair in shower and bathroom floor. “Pet friendly”: $75 fee. Mattress has some sort of metal surround. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I’m washing all my clothes in boiling water as other patrons on Google show bed bugs.

    Person at check-in lacked good customer service. She never smiled and seemed annoyed by my questions, including when I asked how to get to my room. I would think that when checking in at a hotel, you would be directed to where the elevators are. The property was clean but was very old.

    Person at check-in lacked good customer service. She never smiled and seemed annoyed by my questions, including when I asked how to get to my room. I would think that when checking in at a hotel, you would be directed to where the elevators are. The property was clean but was very old.

    2nd Floor King Bed is worn down. I could feel the springs when turning and squicks. The shower faucet water is slow, wall has stains and corners ripped off, WiFi was weak. Super slow. The breakfast was mediocre. Not much of a variety.

    Great price and great breakfast. Room could’ve been a bit cleaner and the pillows on the bed were very small. Close to lots of great food options. Had a couple issues with one of the rooms we got and staff were friendly and got us switched into another room no problem.

    For the low nightly price, we were pleased with the clean comfortable bed, silky-feeling sheet and hot comfort breakfast. We just needed a place to rest and we found it. On other hand, room was outdated but it was fine with us because there were no bad odor in the room. Location is safe, plenty of free lighted parking space and many nearby restaurants in the area. Staff is easy to talk to.

    We found a big cockroach on the ceiling near the TV area. After calling the front desk to notify them. They said they didn’t have anyone that could help us to take it away. Luckily, we were visiting family and they brought some spray to kill it and take it away.

    There was a girl at the front that was very rude from over the phone to checkin in., she wouldn’t give me her name and finally said Uvia which I think was a lie she was Not attentive at all and the rooms were dirty and smelly. Upside it’s in a decent area and breakfast was good. But the front staff definitely all look miserable and like they hate their jobs. Wouldn’t come back to this hotel. It’s a shame for it being my first time in Dallas. Very disappointed

    It was OK overall. If you’re not gonna spend a lot of time at the hotel, it’s fine for sleeping purposes. The bed was not that comfortable. I was disappointed that the pool was not in service, especially during the summer! The staff were friendly, however, when I asked for a slight change in my accommodation, they were unwilling to budge. I had asked for one night to be comped to me as I was checking out early and the third-party booking through hotels.com said I had to check with the hotel, the hotel was not willing to listen to any part of my reason for checking out early and did not offer any assistance. While I would probably stay there again in the future because it was mediocre comfortable I would have a hard time, not forgetting that they were so unreasonable.

    I’ve now stayed here 3 times, again my room didn’t have a refridgerator, despite that being named in the room booking. My room this time was by the pool and felt damp. The hallway also seemed to have some damp issues - which could be due the the heavy rain we’ve had or humidity. I will most likely stay somewhere else next time I’m in the area.

    Booked through Expedia adult child. Did not notice the restriction about needing to be 21+ to check in. Since my child did not meet the requirement I contacted the hotel and discussed this. I was instructed by the staff to reach out to Expedia to ask for a refund and when the hotel gets contacted by Expedia they would honor it. However, after I followed these steps the hotel informed Expedia that they could not refund due to my son staying at the hotel currently. I appreciate the fact that we did not notice the restriction on age when making the reservation, but to tell Expedia that a refund isn't possible for this reason is dishonest and would violate the very policy that kept my son from checking in at all.

    After staying here I just couldn't wait to leave a review so I could tell everyone how TERRIBLE this place is. The whole second floor smelt just like weed the entire time. The area is sketchy. The walls are dingy. There were guests that weren't controlling their pets and they were barking all night and day. There was one elevator for the entire place so it didn't matter where you parked, you still had to walk back to the elevator and then all the way to your room. The elevator felt as if it was going to free fall at any moment and opened the doors before it was completely stopped and settled. Granted this hotel was cheap and now I know why. This place heavily manipulated their photos online to make it seem better and probably paid to have people rate it so high. This hotel should NOT be rated an 8.0.

    Staff were beyond nice, but the hotel itself was extremely dirty. Blinds and curtain barely worked. Towels were dirty. Our room had the trash taken out one day out of five. The outlet in our room didn’t have an outlet cover. Comforter had cigarette burns in it. Half the lights in our room didn’t work. Nightstand was covered in something questionable.

    Staff was rude and seemed to be bothered by any questions. Paint was peeling in our rooms, garbage was left from pervious guests, pillows were small, and the pool was closed.

    I stayed there about 4 to 5 nights every day room service went in they made up my beds and change sheets when I left they tried to keep my deposit and said I was smoking. They never said what cigarettes were marijuana, but I have my four-year-old and five-year-old two little girls with me and they lied to me and told me they released the money and then three days later when I got home told me I was smoking. Staff was very racist from the first date.

    Cons- Somewhat dated room, staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. No hair dryer in our room and I walked down to ask for it. she said she will bring up but after extended wait it became too late so i decided to cancel. They charge to extended even one hour late check out. By 10:55am, housekeeper knock the door to give me a dirty look.

    The front desk staff was top shelf. Very friendly, always greeted me when I entered the facility, courteous and professional. One thing though. The HVAC unit in my room needs professional cleaning because it smelled very bad when I ran the heat. Otherwise? An excellent hotel.

    This hotel does not deserve its 2 1/2 star rating. While the staff was friendlier this time, not much else changed from our stay a week earlier, which was also reviewed. The staff was not happy with our request for a later check out time, despite the fact that it is an option the hotel offers on the website. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8:00 a.m. to clean the room, basically ignoring the late check out request. The grounds outside the hotel remained dirty and unkempt. There was still a lack of tea bags at the self serve drinks station. Breakfast was edible but tasteless including raw hash browns and two typed of scrambled egg (both over-cooked and dry) and served without either bacon or sausage. The toaster still gave an option of pale or burned toast. This hotel does not even rate a 1 star rating and we definitely will find a different place to stay the next time we are in the Dallas metropolitan area.

    This property has a rating of 2 1/2 Stars but in my opinion it is highly over-rated. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the housekeeping and guest services were substandard. No one seemed to be stocking the tea and coffee service bars (they ran out of tea bags which were not replaced). The front desk was unattended when we arrived, and, after ringing the bell for service, the front desk clerk came out and did not even bother to greet us. Check out was efficient but unfriendly. The hot breakfast was edible, but mediocre at best. There was a choice of white or wheat bread for toast, and bagels. The bread toaster gave a choice of pale on the first run, and if you put it in for a second run it came out burned so there was not way to get proper toast. At check out, we got the impression that the clerk was not interested on whether we had a nice stay. (Please note that we never complained and we were friendly to everyone we saw or spoke with,) It was an adequate place to stay, and we kept the booking for the following week since our main trip was in another city and the visit to Addison was simply a stop over to break up our driving time between home and our final destination. We left hoping that the return trip would be better.

    This hotel allows, semi trucks to park in their parking lot and for the truck drivers to sleep in their trucks so there was one that was parked near my room with the engine running the whole night. So I could not get asleep I had to wear my noise canceling headphones in bed, which hurt my ears after many hours. And they said there was nothing they could do
