great location. first room we were sent to wasn’t what we asked for. the second didn’t have air conditioning. the third we had problems with our keys all night and morning. decent beds and showers though. minimal breakfast to put it lightly.

I liked the location and the bedding was okay. The hotel is incredibly run down. The bedding was okay, but if it hadn’t been, I would have moved hotels. The bathroom was gross, the toilet paper dispenser fell off the cabinet, the drain was rusty and crooked, the carpet in the hallways is really worn and filthy. The walls need paint, there’s no vent in the elevator, so it’s 90 degrees in there. There’s no place to put luggage. I shared a room with my sister and we had to open our suitcases on the floor. She’s 72. Consider how difficult it is for older people to have to lean down to a suitcase on the floor. It was just gross

The hotel it's self was hot as hell, the hallways, the elevator, the main entrance it also has a very weird smell , I had to move rooms three times because the ac unit did not work. You can tell people smoke pot in the rooms one of the rooms I moved from the smoke detector had a shower cap over it then the last room I moved to had the ice bag covering it, I had to climb in top of the bed to rip it off the smoke detector. I couldn't get the TV work no matter I did so I had no TV the whole time I was there. The front desk guy that check me in knew about the ac on the rooms not working and one of the rooms having the smoke detector covered.

It was clean and spacious and they had a pretty decent breakfast. Waffles, cereal, eggs and sausage and toppings for yogurt but no yogurt? 😆 Anyway it was good enough for free. The only complaint I have really was the A/C unit would not keep the room very cool during the day. It being mid May it's not even very hot in Texas yet so I can't imagine what the end of June through August would be like. Yikes get ready to sweat 😓 All and all it was a pretty good value!

All the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Front desk staff were excellent. Rooms, hallways and common areas were all clean and well kept. Safe, quiet and convenient location. The breakfast could be better. There is room for improvement in this area.

I booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms was not ready when we arrived, even though it was after check in time. Also when booking the hotel, it was described as a pet friendly hotel, but the man at the front desk said no pets were allowed and was very rude.

Hotel is being renovated and construction dust everywhere. Reserved jacuzzi room and it was out of order. No towels and instead of bringing towels they moved us to another room. So tired of walking long long hallways. Breakfast buffet was very limited with no fruit, plates, breads or muffins. Had to get front desk staff to provide food replacements for 9 people at 8am the 1st morning and 5 people at 7:30 the 2nd morning.

No breakfast when we stayed. I asked one of the staffs. This is exactly what he said, "I think it's not avaible today, maybe tomorrow". Are they serious!? what!?

Was advertised as having breakfast on Expedia. When I showed up, no breakfast due to construction! Why not spend a few minutes to update your information in Expedia? If you’re renovating and can’t serve breakfast, update your listing. Bathroom had lots of moss and algae. Not going to this place again.

The front lobby is under construction - the pictures on hotel.com are significantly different than what we experienced. The room had no remote and the soap dish was dirty. The jetted tub was horrible and it the shower for the room. So it was cold taking a shower didn’t a mat so it was slippery. I would have never booked this stay had I known the condition it was in. There was no breakfast due to the lobby being under construction as well.

After getting to my room, I realized that a lamp was missing a lightbulb, and the next morning when I went to get in the shower, I realized I had no showerhead. They corrected the issues quickly, but it was still pretty surprising. Would consider staying there again once the remodel is complete, but I wish I’d been informed.

The hotel is refurbishing, remodeling and refreshing hopefully everything. I will say room was clean but the hallways, elevator and lobby is a mess! Bad smells too! I did not want to stay but you know with Hotels.com there isn’t anybody to call and explain the hotel is not in any condition for guests.

Nasty smelled a joke for the location

The room was very nice big and clean. The pillows were a little hard though but the bed was very good to sleep on. The place was going through a renovation somewhere making the place look messy and unkempt. The breakfast was not very good. The eggs were dry and very little selection and no decaf coffee.

The breakfast was decent with a fair selection of hot and cold items. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, and the dining experience was clean and comfortable. There was only one waffle maker. It would be much better they added more waffle makers to reduce waiting time and improve the experience. Everything else was well organized.

The room was a complete disaster. A thick layer of dust and dirt covered everything the eye could see. I didn’t even want to touch the bed for fears of bedbugs. Walking in to the bathroom was like walking into an abandoned building. The roof was falling in on it self, the bathtub was horrible dirty, and the toilet was covered in black mold.

Staff vert rude. Breakfast was a joke. There was no silverware, juice, milk, yogurt, fruit, or beagles. Had no maid service when asked for the sheets to be changed. Front desk called my room and told me i had to clean up the room myself and to jot return to the hotel every again.

Weather uncle inclement, so no staff available to clean anything.

Not that I didn't like but they are doing a remodel so just be aware of that.

The price on Booking.com. The hotel was clean and the second day staff were very accommodating. My first night stay Aug. 1 the need for an ironing board was requested. When I ask for one I was told there was one in every room, when I advised that I didn't have one in my room but needed one the night clerk advised me to return to the desk after 8 pm to ask his replacement for one because he did not know where they were. Upon coming back after 8 the same night clerk was still there. I need it for the next early morning event but never receive a it. They could have got one from a vacate room since the young lady was so sure that every room had an ironing board as she so confidently shared with me.

Location and staff The room wasn’t completely clean , had to go buy Clorox to clean jacuzzi and tub. Towels had stains. Ants in room from chips. Room located at the back door and people coming in and out.

Most of the staff was nice. The property was centrally located to everything we wanted. We had a situation in the pool twice were a child was with an underage sibling swimming while the parent stayed in their room on the second floor with the window open. This young child was jumping on people in the pool, dragging around the life ring. He jumped on my niece and the rope of the life ring wrapped around my youngest daughter. The manager was brought out both times. The first time they left the pool before she arrived, the second time she spoke with the children about behavior, told my sister the young boy was autistic and didn’t understand when we asked him not to do things. But nothing else was done. They continued to let the behavior happen. The young boy also went into the hotel alone.

This is an excellent hotel, conveniently located next to the highway. Although it isn't in what most would consider a nice area, we felt safe and the lighting at night around the hotel was very good.

The room smelled old stained covers the bathroom had mold above the bathroom door and around the toilet and along the tune and tile. I let the front desk know about tge situation and she said she would send housekeeping, but it was still there and they didn't change a thing not even the bedsheets they just mad the bed. I will not be returning.

When I brought these concerns to the front desk, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real solutions or apology. The customer service was just as bad as the condition of the room. If you’re considering staying here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

First room smarties like mildew so badly i opened the door and my allergies went haywire. Front desk gave us a second room with not so strong a scent but weird green growing on the ceiling. I wouldn't be suprised if they're was black mold in the walls. Customer service at the desk was great. Bed was typical and i slept well.

They were very stingy with towels, even running completely out. The coffee was terrible (including the pods in the room). The elevator was unbearably hot and the rooms were humid. Staff was decent enough though.

Had an 8hr flight delay. Finally arrived at hotel at 4:30am. Nobody at the front desk - had to wait 30min for someone to show up. After checking in and dropping off stuff at the room went to the vending machine to get something to eat and drink. The garbage can next to it was overflowing onto the ground and the vending machines weren't working. Went back to the room to shower and sleep. There was a jetted tub in the room that doubled for the shower. The curtain rod was falling off the wall and the tub jet controls were broken. Plus, since the tub was IN the actual room the room felt sticky the whole time. The bed was large and very comfortable, but not worth what I paid for a tub I couldn't use.

Hotel was in a good quiet area. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was nice, but the property was a little outdated which made the room/hotel feel humid. Breakfast was nice and had quite a few food and drinks options. I would stay here again.

Convenient location. Was perfect for what I needed. Coffee machine was broke at breakfast. The breakfast was just ok.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for Dallas activities. Only issue is a limited free breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine except that the bed was too hard. Also, I can't sleep under these heavy comforters. The sheet is too light and the comforter too heavy. Need just a blanket.

Property is not clean, we couldn’t get clean towel cause they ran out, there is people hanging near the dumpster, our shower was slow to drain it was hard to clean after each use, it was yellow stain on bed sheets and white stain on curtain that looked very nasty!!! Staff was nice the water get really and hotel is in a convenient location is the only plus about our stay.

While the room was generally in good condition, the tub faucet did drip all night long. The facilities were adequate but the vending machine ripped you off continuously. The largest concern is with the large party the owners permitted to have happen over two nights where gentlemen were drinking and cooking on the fire exit doors and taking up the conference room just down from my room hooting and hollering all night long. My concerns were expressed to the front desk but nothing was done to alleviate my concerns. This hotel is to be avoided as the staff cannot be trusted to keep the guests in line. Lastly, the full hot breakfast was an absolute joke with barely enough food to go around and extremely limited options clearly intended to save money.

Overall it’s was just ok. Other than a party of about 30 or more people staying up partying at night and loud. The rooms and service were ok. Management just let it go in night after nights the food they were cooking lingered throughout the bottom floor and smelt terrible for several days.

For the price, it was cheaper in the general area and the staff was very kind and the room was good. The cleaning and all was good as well and felt safe.

Room was dirty and property is outdated. Walking in there’s a smell, I should’ve left, but my stay was only overnight, but I’ll never stay there again

We had a nice stay for the week

Vey fair rates, solid amenities such as WiFi and continental breakfast. Fitness center gave some options for cardio; bar bells and a multi-workout machine round it out. Closed for this time of year was the pool. Excellent option if you are staying in Addison.

The front desk personnel went above and beyond to help me print out a paper that I really need it for my appointment later that day.

Bad breakfast, AC unit broken, and they didn't clean the rooms. Sloppy place.

They are not doing proper maintenance on this place. The AC units were out on both my and my parents rooms. The breakfasts were the most stingy I have seen in a long time. Not a great place.

Not bad, clean enough to feel comfortable

Only complaint is that, other guests need to understand courtesy when they are on floors above other guests. The stomping was highly unnecessary.
