Absolutely nothing. Had to be given 3 different rooms. Broken couches. Tv not working. Bugs. Dirty like crazy. And best part definitely not safe. People screaming. Yelling. And not lock on any of the doors. I felt like I was walking into the movie Vacancy. I showed up to my reservation, was told to pay extra, first she was like its 100$ then 60$ and she was like honesty just 40$ anything you have that you can put as a deposit... pretty sketchy and was told by desk employee I would get full refund on their end. I never got back the 40$ deposit that was sketchy and I never got a refund in the room I never stayed in. The photos are definitely photoshopped or when they first opened.

Bed sheet had a ugly stain, that looks like blood, the mattress cover had lots of stains, couch was extremely old and smell like pee, asked staff to change room , they declined. The hallway’s carpet was full of new and old dirty stains. The smell of the entire place was really bad

1. Called to inform a late check in which they confirmed 2. Got to hotel at 2:30am and after informing front desk who I was found out that the hotel computer system was down and so the Front Desk Clerk was unable to get us a room. Place is a DUMP

Staff was friendly and room was air conditioned, and that is where the good things stop. The elevator stopped working mid day, the rooms felt so grimy and run down. We had a pull out couch bed in our room and it collapsed under the weight of my child. Cockroaches in the bathroom the following morning. Just gross.

TV channels weren't setup and took them 2 days to fix after repeated complains? Coffee was sporadic at breakfast with only a single 12 cup caraft available, vs multiple or larger caraft ?

So much bugs, sticky carpet, good waffles though, inhospitable lady Indian reception.

Close to where I needed to be. Surprisingly quiet overnight. No insects. Sheets on bed were torn and stained, bedspreads were stained, table had cigarette burns, shower dripped, walls missing pictures and holes where wall anchors were. Wallpaper peeling off walls and cracks in sheetrock, plumbing access cover for shower was falling off into suite - could see pipes. Rolling chair in my suite was missing a wheel. Underside of mattress fabric was hanging down on the floor. Wires for wi-fi coming out of ceiling in hallway, AC unit fascia was busted, buttons worn off of AC unit controls. Sink drain stopper did not work. Toilet paper roll was on backwards. Hallways are narrow and dark with wires coming out of ceiling for cameras and wifi, damaged ceiling tiles, and peeling wallpaper. Elevator control panel cover was hanging open could see wires, floor in elevator was damaged and sticky and smelled and no AC in elevator, "breakfast" was just scrambled "eggs", Great Value yogurt cups, generic froot loops, and Great Value bread with fake butter, plus coffee of some unknown brand. Oh and 1 bunch of bananas and a waffle maker. Sketchy people hanging around outside, landscaping overgrown, parking lot full of trash and discarded take out food. My room was not ready at the agreed to check-in time. Was offered a smaller room or wait. Glad all I had to do was sleep there one night.

Large ants, sharp metal sticking up in the pull out, carpet coming up, tvs didn’t work, no place to hang your towels in the bathroom, vent cover coming off, rude children running up and down the hallways, shower not clean, blood (?) stained curtains, heavy drug activity both seen in the parking lot, and smelled in the hallways.

Everything was great except for breakfast. The breakfast was horrible the eggs where fake and not prepared properly. I got there at 7 am and nothing had been refilled milk was powder milk waffle maker wasn't working properly one side of the toaster didn't get hot. Fridge for yogurt didn't work

The hotel is in very poor condition; it smells bad, and the staff provides terrible service. On the day I checked in, the receptionist told me that since I was staying for only one night, I didn't need to pay a deposit. However, when I went up to the room, there was no electricity and there were holes in the walls. I went back downstairs immediately to report this and asked if I could get a refund for the room I had paid for. I made a few phone calls, and then I asked if they could assign me a different room. At that point, the receptionist became completely rude and told me that the new room required a $100 deposit. As for that new room—the water heater never, ever worked.

Do not book here it is not worth it everything is broken and they don't care about fixing it

When I arrived the place looked clean and nice. When I went my room it was clean at the start till I started to notice roaches around the room and restroom. After a while I hung out in the lobby and pool area and noticed SEVERAL dozens of roaches. They were even in the bottom floor restroom as well. I had to ask several times for the staff to send someone to fix my light in the restroom. The light kept flickering and sometimes didn't turn on. They didnt fix the light for 2 days. Every staff member kept telling me different times of when breakfast started but never laid out when they said the food would be out. One day when I went down to the lobby breakfast was actually there and i went to get some cereal but the staff member that handled the food was really unprofessional, giving attitude telling me that breakfast was already over and arguing when i tried explaining the food is never out when they say it was. Half the outlets in my room also didn't work so i had to keep relocating the microwave to different outlets to be able to warm up some food. I didn't even stay there for my full reservation because of how bad the roaches and services was

We left our rooms all day one day to come back with our rooms not being cleaned or fresh towels. We still didn't get fresh towels the next day.

checkin took forever. got into the room, there was water on the bathroom counter, the tv remote had no batteries, the towel set was not complete, there were notable holes in the floor under the dirty carpet, the couch in the room was torn, and bent in dramaticaly, the beds were sunk in, and old. the a/c did work good, but thats the only good thing i can say about the room and facility. the soap dispensers in the shower were empty, and no individual bottles in site.

Before we arrived at the hotel, they tried to cancel my reservation, stating my credit card was not declined when it wasn't; after calling them, they stated the hotel was full and they would not be able to honor our reservation and, after threatening them with legal action, they relented. When we arrived, the hotel was dirty (lobby had trash in the common areas and the carpet was old and dirty). The elevator also did not work and we had to haul our luggage up one flight of stairs. The side doors were not secured and there was trash all around the hotel's perimeter. Our room's furniture was damaged (the couch had a large hole in it and the floor was warped.) The 'breakfast' was sparse and disorganized and we skipped a few days because they kept running out of food. They rarely cleaned our room (housekeeping only showed up one day after 6pm to clean our room). This was the worst experience we have ever had, including our trips to the Middle East) and we will never stay here again.

I didn't make it past check-in. My wife and I both decided, for the safety of our children, that this wouldn't be a safe place for us to stay.

Pool was ice cold no heater. Breakfast was horrible but the rooms were clean and the kids were safe and staff were friendly.

The staff at check in were very nice and were able to accommodate a first-floor room last minute. The elevator was out and my elderly mom was not able to climb stairs, so he changed our room and the cleaning staff prepped our room quickly. It smelled like marijuana in the hall next to my room and I had my elderly mom and a child. All night there was running, stomping and what sounded like furniture being dragged above us. At one point it was loud outside our door, and I do not know if they were arguing or just extremely loud. The man at check-out was not very nice. There was also a stain on the flat sheet.

Only down side is the elevator broke shortly after i checked in. so i had to carry heavy boxes down 3 flights of stairs at check-out

Tried to get us to stay in a room with a broken lock the first night, then put us in a room with broken heavily stained couch that would not pull out into a bed. Heavy bad odors throughout the hotel, elevator did not work. Lights in workout room do not work. Breakfast was only waffles, no proteins. Dirty carpets throughout, has people living long term on property with animals.

Room was clean. However, the shower was very cold. And they did not give me towels as I requested. Their pool stunk really bad and staff was rude. Only one of the individuals that works there was very nice and I can’t remember her name at the time but all the other staff members were very rude and inconsiderate and treated me and my daughters like we were an inconvenience whenever we needed new towels or soap and shampoo. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The receptionist that checked me in, she was super nice It looked rundown there was roaches, and the beds are not comfortable. We’re on the third floor, and it felt like there was like uneven levels and it smelt dirty. The floor felt dirty and wet. The elevator was not working and breakfast was horrible. No options whatsoever but eggs and waffles and cereal and eggs tasted like it was from the night before the furniture is inside. The room just looked dirty.

When I walked in through the front it seemed clean and smelt clean The couch was sunken in and visible damaged, the mattress on the pullout bed had blood stains on it, the room didn't look like it had been cleaned from the last occupant (there was someone elses key cards in the room), there was hair that was not ours in the bathtub, one of the beds were very uneven, and the office chair had 1 of the wheels were missing. The pictures on the booking/website were very misleading.

We ended up leaving shortly after checking in. No refund, they offered to change rooms after saying they had no other rooms available.

I didn't want to be watched the entire time I was swimming everyone in the lobby could see too. The bonus was on Sunday they had a church service in the conference room. I really enjoyed that and I was able to get good rest hardly any noises. Very peaceful 😁

The hotel hallways and the rooms smell like Marijuana. All throughout the hotel. Elevator felt like it was going to break. Carpets in room are filthy, room had a strong odor of cleaning chemicals, but the room was dirty. This is a great hotel to not take the family to.

Someone’s shoes were left on the side of the bed, the pull out couch had a dirty towel left in there so we decided not to use. 1 out of 2 of the beds were broken felt like we were going to tip over if it was uneven. The first suite the pull out bed was broken so I moved to a new one and it was broken as well. The furniture was dirty. The showers do not get hot, the fridge didn't work, I paid for a "suite" with a blow dryer that it didn't have, plus the pillows are not supportive at all. The breakfast options were scrambled eggs or waffle. That is it. To top off all of these issues, I also saw multiple roaches during each day of my stay. I burned my clothing and writing this entire chain of hotels off my list to potentially use. Please refrain from staying here because even at the prices you'll likely leave severely disappointed.

I mean, I constantly got harassed by the cops for no reason I would not suggest anyone going to that hotel. I give it no stars and will never recommend anyone. Best thing they can do is shut it down because the cops were there abusing their authority harassing us.

BEWARE: This place is awful! A kid was kidnapped in the parking lot and dozens of cops are there daily for many reasons. Lots of druggies and sketchy people. Hotel says no smoking but you can smell cigarettes, weed, and other sorts of burning all day, all night throughout the halls. Not a safe area for anyone with kids. Breakfast is a joke. The white guy working the breakfast line every day dumps too much water in the waffle mix that it's literally inedible. Bananas are old and rotten. Eggs are gross. If you're good with eating yogurt and coffee every morning for breakfast, that's about the only safe thing you'll get. The good stuff he hoards so that he can take it home. At 9:30 every morning he's loading his van with what you could have had for breakfast. There is only one staff member who is respectful and has common sense, it's the skinny Indian girl, she's wonderful. The rest of the staff, good luck communicating with. The floors are falling in throughout the entire hotel and they just ran cheap carpet over it to cover it up but you can feel the foundation crumbling and when you walk the halls, it sounds like bigfoot is coming. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Rooms were very old and run down. We had to move rooms due to roaches and the bed frame coming apart. Lobby and hallways smelled of weed.

Everything from the carpet to the furniture was worn and tattered. The elevator stopped working the second night I was there. Outside side doors didn’t shut properly and the additional locks on my door were missing. A lot of glaring issues when it came to cleanliness, quality, and safety

The hotel is well located, but the facilities are somewhat poorly maintained. The rooms have a musty smell and cockroaches. The price is reasonable, but they should take better care of the hotel.

No breakfast was horrible the waffles don't cook fully and the breakfast has no protein the manager don't care about paying customers they want to save money and the hotel stunk so bad rooms were dirty asked for towels said they were out.

The whole room had lots of damage. The sofa bed was overused and my blanket I thankfully had in my car was thicker than the “thin mattress”. Very uncomfortable! Very noisy as well, kept waking up through the night.

Room was pretty outdated but that wasn’t an issue for us. Elevator was a bit sketchy, it took the doors at least a minute every time to close and there was no inspection certificate on it. Breakfast was cereal, a few slices of bread, waffles and eggs. When we got down there there was no eggs and no staff around to fill it. There was no coffee. Granted we did go down for breakfast around 8, but breakfast on the weekends is from 6/7a to 10am so I feel like there still should’ve been items. Pool looked nice and many people were utilizing it, we didn’t ourselves. Felt safe and comfortable in our room regardless of everything else. There was a roach in the bathroom, gnats flew out of the sink when turning the water on, the lighting was poor/dim because the lamp bulbs were burning out, the floor/carpet was wet for no reason that I could see and overall it was just a dirty experience.

The weed smell is so strong it burns your nostrils as soon as you walk through the front store! There's people strung out on drugs walking around all hours causing all kinds of noise and rukus in the hallways! There's prostitution going on everytime you walk in or out of the facility! The police are always up there for something and it gets no better! I booked through Expedia and as soon as getting there I asked for a refund and to leave and they told me I had to take it up with Expedia! Then when Expedia tried contacting the facility they wouldn't answer the call! This place needs to be shut down!

Was cheap, but wouldn't stay there again. Toilet made a terrible squeaking noise every time it was flushed. The couch bed looked like it was barely hanging on, it had a huge sag/dip.so I had to put my smallest children on it. Only had 2 towels in the room when it was a room for 6 people. Pool was alright. Wasn't able to eat breakfast Saturday morning because the food ran out an hour before closing. Elevator was sketchy and would jerk hard every time it stopped going up. Room had a mini fridge and microwave, blackout curtains.

The one positive i the sweet young lady who worked the front desk. Unfortunately, the manager kept interrupting her as she was checking us in to gripe about things that were not in her control, which made the check-in process so much longer and uncomfortable. The manager needs to be replaced.

Horrible experience. We drove 5 hours to our hotel reservation and when we arrived the front desk told us they were fully booked and turned us away

While the stay itself was great, I did not have a good experience prior to checkout. The cleaning staff went into my room around 10am and proceeded to clean up my items when I had not checked out yet. it is my understanding they are not supposed to go in until the front desk confirms checkout. Well, my mom and I caught the cleaning lady in our room with our pizza box in her hands. She had consolidated our pizzas into one box, and stacked our cupcakes and chocolate boxes all neat in a pile to take to her home. She also threw out our coffee which was in our personal cups and put my nieces and nephews shoes in a pile by the door. She claimed she thought we had already left since we were not inside the room, but we were literally just walking our bags to the car and still had a lot of items in the room. This was very unprofessional and I felt so grossed out having our leftovers touched all over.

The first room they put us in had roaches, so they moved us to a different room…which also had roaches. We didn’t find any roaches in the third room, but the hotel smelled like weed and there were shady characters hanging around outside the building.

It was alright, the lobby had an interesting smell, but the room was nice, it had a few issues tho, the bathroom sink was cracked, the toilet whistled, and the freezer didn't keep my things frozen, and a few tiles in the bathroom floor were loose. But the beds and sofa were comfy, and it was pretty clean.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at. All the rooms smell like cigarettes there was rats on the second floor in our room we had to switch 2 different rooms and the second room wasn’t even clean there was pee in the toilet the beds weren’t made and the soap bars were used in the shower. My kids got rashes from the bedding and we ended up checking out early

The hotel room was a non smoking room but it smell like someone just finished smoking. The room is like an unfinished construction sites with tapes to cover holes on the wall. It was roaches infested. Not worth spending $100 for a night here! A complete waste of money. Bery unhappy! Breakfast was horrible too!

The check in process was fairly quick and easy. However as soon as you walk in the place it has a bad smell of marijuana and mildew throughout the entire hotel because it has carpet literally everywhere. The room itself had lights that wouldn’t turn on, the bathtub would leak and just wouldn’t ever turn fully off. There is small roaches in the bathroom as well. The windows are weirdly fogged up and you can’t see outside. And the ac unit would make too much noise and start leaking. Overall the cleanliness was not good at all as far as the building being very old. But there was consistently housekeeping so I knew more than likely it was being cleaned. But the smell just wouldn’t get better. However, the breakfast in the morning was good,they had good options and good seating areas. But I definitely don’t think I’ll be staying here again unless it was an absolute last option.

Well, I loved my stay at this Quality hotel. The staff is very friendly with the guests. I really recommend it. The offers they offer are very affordable.

There were roaches crawling in the restroom. The springs on the bed squeaked, very uncomfortable bed! Room smelt like an old retirement place. Will not book here again. Random people hanging out hotel parking lot. Did not feel safe at all.

This hotel was filthy and in disrepair. There were druggies and prostitutes walking around outside. The luggage cart was all broken and barely useable. There was a spoiled milk type beverage spilled in the elevator that they just placed a wet floor sign on. We were on the 3rd floor, when we exited the elevator, there was trash all down the hallway. The key pad on the door to the room next to us was beeping all night. The room was no better, the furniture was run down and the bedding was dirty. There was hair on our sheets and holes burned into the comforter. The carpet at the end of the bed was oily and sticky. We drove over 4 hours to get there and since it was after midnight when we arrived, we had no choice but to stay. The next morning, I walked downstairs and notified the front desk that we would not be staying another night and demanded a refund. The lady at the desk said she would process the refund and cancel our reservation for the second night, you could tell this was not the first time she’s had complaints. I have pictures to back up the claims.

This was the worst hotel I’ve visited. My family booked a room and upon arrival in the lobby there was an odd odor. The hotel was run down. Elevator floor peeling. The room reeked of strong cigarette smoke! I have 2 kids and a baby, it was so bad, my kids refused to stay there. The room was filthy! The pull out couch looked busted. Looked like we would get bed bugs. We asked for a refund immediately and were told we wouldn’t get the $100 deposit back for 4 days and the room wouldn’t be refunded for 7-10. We had to load kids and everything back into the van and find another hotel. Unacceptable.

How are you going to check guests into a room and not have towels enough for them to shower. The room sleeps 6. You checked in 6. Gave 2 towels and 1 handtowel. When asked was told they have no towels availanle in the whole hotel. Would have to wait til housekeeping turned over rooms to get enough for guests to shower. We were only staying the one night. Woke in the morning to see roaches in the bathroom on the bathmat. The carpet was sticky and nasty. Smelled likeold and pot. Please heed this warning. DO NOT STAY HERE. The doors wouldn't lock, there were bullet holes in the walls, gashes in the upholstery, and no smoke detector! We checked out within minutes of checking in, and the front desk person didn't respond to messages after. We're still disputing the stay months later.

There were white stains on multiple pieces of furniture. The couch was so broke down it was unusable the chair had the springs hanging out of the bottom. Under the kitchenette sink was a disgusting piece of loose plywood and the behind the bathroom door was disgustingly dingy. The whole room was very unwelcoming and gross. Also has a cockroach crawling up the wall next to the elevator.

This is an average outdated hotel. I stayed there for proximity reasons. The room was spacious and the free breakfast is packed with carbohydrates. Limited options for diabetics

It was an all right stay the room is huge. If you’re one person staying there the breakfast there was a bunch of junkies and homeless people yelling in the kitchen in the morning so that was a downside. Other than that there’s a full-time gym and pool, but I did not utilize those next time. If I do stay there, I will be utilizing them

The property is old and in need of renovations. I stayed 2 nights, and my bed was not made, and the room was not tidied up. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30am, but on Tuesday morning at 6:50 there was not even coffee available. The serving area had highchairs blocking access. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable, or I would have not stayed the second night. I will not stay at this location again when there are other places nearby available at a similar price which have great accommodations and coffee/drinks are always available.

Despite being a non smoking hotel there was a terrible stinch of cigarette and marijuana smoke throughout the entire floor. The closet door was broken and hanging open, some of the dresser drawers broken would not open. The sofa cushions were torn up and the fold out bed mattress was 2 inches thick and there was no sheets/blanket or pillow for the sofa bed.

Nothing that I like. Waste of money. Stinky and dirty hallway, elevator, and rooms have dirty bedsheets, pet hair and lot of spray smell. Bathroom water flow issue in shower.

This property was awful. Very outdated, carpet was damp, smelled really bad and toilet didn’t flush.

Very old and unclean rooms. Found multiple cockroaches in bathroom. Couch in suite was torn, walls all over were damaged (cracked or holes), beds were creaking.

Took forever to check in. Third floor smelled like marijuana all the way down the hall. Elevator was sketchy. Saw a roach on the wall by the pool and killed one in my room.

This was a terrible hotel. The rooms smelled bad. There were roaches and bugs all over the room. We spent 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. The cleaning staff did not speak English and even after asking for towels several times, that never happened. The breakfast was terrible. The staff in general were nice and tried to help. However, overall, this was not a pleasant stay.

This place is nasty! Unsanitary with smoking hole is the blanket. There is this nasty smell the whole time. Indoor pool is unheated and cold like an ice bath! Breakfast is limited and late they say it starts at 7 in the morning on Saturday and Sunday and the cook didn't even make it in until 8:30 just to leave because there where no eggs so we didn't eat until 9:30! He was also very rude and talking mess about others while serving us. Just straight disrespectful. The pull out couch wouldn't even come out so my husbands and i had to sleep on the floor while my daughters take the bed. ALSO ROACH INFESTED!

TV’s didn’t work properly and up all night with doors slamming. And had to put a $100 deposit down which it didn’t saying anything about.

Made us leave bc we were late paying rent at 2pm. Then we got harassed by Addison pd in parking lot while leaving for over an hour. Total bs

The pictures are not what the actual hotel looks like. Room had cockroaches, bed was hard, furniture was dirty and worn out, bathroom toilet was falling apart and shower. Place looked like a homeless shelter. Smelled very bad. Their compliance certificate was expired which they tried to cover up! WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed at.

The hotel is in a dark spot very hard to find at night , random people roaming in the parking lot , smells like cigarettes soon when you walk in , the rooms had mold on one lamp the stand up lamp was broken but still placed inside the lamp , the bed sheets has all kind of stains , behind the bed is a lot of trail of rat/mice poop . It’ was very disgusting . I left quicker than I arrived . This place needs a remodel asap . The deposit fee is too expensive for this stay it is now Monday I got there Friday night and still have not receive a refund back . So upset with this .

I've never used the word DUMP to describe anything, but in this case it's the only word that I can use to give an honest review of this property. This place needs to be shut down. I have picture proof, if only I could upload them here.

I had to request a refund for one night. This property have mice. I changed rooms the next day and still saw mice in the room on the 3rd floor

Inside the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I complained and asked for non-smoking room. They said sorry and also there isn't anymore rooms. Was late, didnt want to go elsewhere, so we forced ourselves to stay. Carpet inside the room was very old, dirty and has a slight stickiness to it. Felt very disgusted walking on it barefooted. There were stains on the curtains and walls. The jacuzzi had broken parts on it, the faucet handles just kept turning without a stop. Pullout sofa had mouse droppings on it, windows were cracked, towel racks kept falling apart. Bed was decent, but with everything else just mentioned, made it feel very dirty and uncomfortable to sleep in. Didn't bother to stay for breakfast. "Quality" is not what this place is. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.
