Nothing….I was appalled when we got there, it looked nothing like the photos, the parking lot was dirty and trash was everywhere, I knew immediately this was not going to be good, once in the lobby looked ok, but beyond that was a total nightmare! “Breakfast is donuts and muffins”(a total joke) we never ate it. The breakfast area where it would be served was used as “storage for old furniture and whatnot”. The walls were grimy and filthy, with stuff all over them, as were the floors, they were plumb filthy and had stains everywhere. The hallways smelled horrible and amount of weed you could smelled was nauseating. The “first room” on the 3rd floor they put us in, was horrific!!! It had paint spilt all over the carpet! And mold covered the entire bathroom ceiling, the couches and chairs were stained and it looked like a cat had a hay day scraping the sides and arms of the chairs and couch because they were all coming apart and frayed, my husband went and requested a new room. They put us in a much smaller one on the 2nd floor, I was better but still not up to par. The floor smelt like weed horribly as well, and when we’re sitting on the bed in our room, you could smell coming through our vents! Also, people leave trash’s bags full of trash in the hallways by theirs doors for the maid to pick up and it’s disgusting. My husband and I are 99.9 percent sure this is a drug motel, as everyone there, looks strung out, trashy and straight skitzing! They will not refund your money, which is absolutely absurd considering you could obviously tell we were uncomfortable and not in our kind of environment. Please do not book here, move along and find another place to stay!! I wish booking.com would remove this as a hotel/motel option to even book at!!! Staff was great and water pressure in the shower was great, but that place needs some serious work. I should've taken pictures. But, you get what you pay for, for about $65 a night you get some nasty carpet in need of a deep clean in the hallways and stairs, roaches in your room, the AC vents need deep cleaning, the AC never got to the temperature below 70 degrees, the toilet had a weird leak but the toilet worked, the shower head was disconnected from the wall but the pressure and temperature were great.

There was bugs at night and when you use the bathroom it was broken I almost fell and when you go downstairs in the morning you can only get two things

The first room we checked into had paint on the floor, and the second was infested with roaches. We did not stay there.

A roach crawled up my leg when I was sitting in the lobby waiting for them to do shift change so I could check in. There was no hot breakfast when we were booked to stay on 03/14/26, despite what hotels.com said. They only put out premade packages of muffins at the front desk, and they only told us this AFTER I checked in and asked where the breakfast was located. I handed the keys back and asked for a refund, and the front desk told me that I could get one but had to do it through hotels.com, but when their customer support called the hotel I was told that their staff refused my refund, so now I'm waiting for a charge back on my card. Huge headache. You should spend slightly more and go with a much nicer hotel.

The standard of the hotel is very poor . Roaches in rooms , rusted old hand dryer, cook top, toaster all deteriorated. It is not for long stay at all smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Elevator not working. Came back only to sleep could stay there to rest.

I have a disability, and the staff went the extra effort to accommodate me.

Check-in went fine, but we were in our room for less than 30 minutes before we saw a cockroach crawling across our floor. When we walked in there was a chemical smell and I could not place it until we found the roach and I realized the smell made me think of Raid. When we went back downstairs I found two more in the hallway. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a refund and we went somewhere else.

Overall, a good value. No breakfast or working elevator was definitely a bummer, but tolerable for the price.

Nothing was good on this property. Parking lot felt super unsafe. Roaches everywhere. Carpet full of stains. The door latch was taken out. I had to put a chair against the door.

The first one they gave me had no towels in the bathroom and no remote control so I asked to switch rooms and when they gave me a second room the second room I walked into the air conditioning was completely off. Management there was kind of understaffed didn't really know what they were doing but overall decent bathroom comfortable bed but definitely the hotel needs some work

“Breakfast included” was a packaged honeybun and old coffee. There was mold in the ceiling, old broken tv stacked on new tv in the sitting room, stained bedding. Though inexpensive, we still over paid.

This hotel is the worst property in the world, & in my 30 yrs of travel it's the crappiest hotels of them all by a long way. The whole hotel is outdated big time, dirty carpets everywhere with mega animal stains, smells vulgar & enough to make you vomit, pets stay here so it's smells vile & of cats & dogs! Rooms are the same, smelly, disgusting, stained carpets very very old & outdated. I wud never stay her again even if it was free. Avoid at all cost or stay at your own peril. Score of 1/10!

Property was not clean, stains and roaches all over the place. Quality has really gone down over the years and it’s very disappointing. Staff and front desk was very helpful and attentive and seemed to have helped as much as they possibly could. Still waiting to hear from upper management or to speak with someone in regards to my stay.

I hated my stay here. They charged a $100 deposit for a rundown, unsafe hotel. The first front desk representative was rude and clueless. The elevator didn’t work, the building was hot, humid, and smelled like cigarettes. People were walking around without shirts or in just underwear. Our room door didn’t close properly, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the towels and furniture were stained, and there were roaches. The only positive was the representative at checkout, who was polite but everything else, and especially the first staff member, was awful.

It was extremely dirty, the inside of the hotel smelled like urine and musty. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the bed. The staff werent able to make me a room key so she opened the room key with her master key and said not to leave the room because she cant make a key. Im extremely disappointed and waste of money.

My room was barely clean and extremely outdated and dingy. The televisions in both rooms did not work the first night. The parking lot was littered with trash. I would have moved, but there were no rooms at an affordable price anywhere near my convention. It was the worst place ever for me, and I travel a lot.

I picked this hotel for its location close to the Addison Kaboom Town fireworks display. That’s about the only thing going for it. The lobby was small but clean, but when we turned the corner down the hall, the problems started to be revealed. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. At first we were assigned to a room on the second floor. When the key card failed, we returned to the front desk to get the card re-coded. That happened twice before we were reassigned to a third floor room. The carpet on the stairs was filthy and torn. The room was relatively clean but in poor condition. The bathroom door stuck on the floor so you couldn’t fully open it. The shower curtain rod was bent so the curtain didn’t meet the wall. The hair dryer switch was broken so you had to plug/unplug it to use it. Towel racks were rusty and flaking. Breakfast area looked clean but no breakfast was set up. I expect a certain level of quality from ANY place in Addison, but this hotel did not meet it and is not worthy of a Hotels.com listing. At least the bed was clean and comfortable.

This hotel should be condemned. It and the room was in bad condition. The elevator was broken when i checked in. I was told this AFTER i checked in. And of course there were no rooms available on the first floor. A nice guest offered to help carry my luggage upstairs. The entire place smells like wet musty moldy carpet. My room wreaked of old wet dog. My bathroom ceiling had sooo much black mold. The stove top irons were sooo rusted. There were gnats flying everywhere in the room. The hallway was dim and didn't feel safe. My curtains and wall had, what I'm sure, was blood splatter on it. Don't stay here. I booked 2 nights and checked out the morning after the 1st night.

We booked our 2 night stay on hotels.com and the photos weren’t bad online. We arrived on site and there was trash all in the parking lot, which is fine if someone would clean up in a regular basis. We checked in and went up to the room and the staff had no idea that there were guys working in the ac in that room. Good on their part for making sure guys were making sure ac was fixed but not too good on their part that they didn’t keep up with the fact the room was occupied at the time. We got a new room and the tvs wouldn’t work at all. We went to the front desk and they loved us rooms again. The third room was fine. The next day we went downstairs to get ice and there was a roach on the ice maker. Hallways smelled like marijuana the whole stay. Also on the last day when we were packing up to leave my husband found a baby roach in the bathroom of the room we stayed in. It wasn’t too expensive so we didn’t cause a big fuss but staff really need to do better. The night shift front desk lady was super sweet though!

I showed up for kaboom town but after wards when we went to the room there was roaches in the tub, walls, crawling up the bed sheets and room smelled of mothballs… worst hotel I’ve been to and will not be returning. The lady at the desk was of no help and responded as if she does not have any care as she has accepted all the complaints and feed back as it is a norm.

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures they showed. Before even making it to the room the elevator was out and our room was on the 3rd floor. Making it to the stairs, it was a bad odor and it looked like the carpet and walls never been cleaned. First room we got the bed was broke everything was dirty and stained. Even the sheets had stains on it. She agreed to switch our room but wanted us ,the guest, to put the room back together so they can rent it to somebody else. Which I found disturbing. So we finally switched rooms and granted this room was a little bit however the couches looked old and didn’t even match, there was nets every where and even a ROACH on the wall. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. They definitely need to update the pictures and show people what it really looks like now. Don’t stay here unless you wanna kill roaches and have nets all over your food while youre trying to eat.

No elevator was out my entire stay needs pest control in room. Shower curtain rods need to be installed correctly so curtain will stay closed. Breakfast was late during our stay so we did not get to experience that portion. Front desk was ok

Wires hanging from ceiling where smoke detectors should be). Security latches on doors broken or missing, elevator broken 4 of the 7 days we stayed. Broken or non functioning amenities, dirty and stained carpets, and the list goes on. I heard another guest call this a “roach motel”. That about sums it up.

This property is 0/0. The elevators was out of order. I checked out earlier than my checkout date. The a/c was not working properly. The carpet was stained. The property gave an old smell. The internet/ cable was out for the entire stay. I was informed the cable company was there the first day to fix it which was a lie. Breakfast was suppose to start at 7am. 8am I went to grab breakfast and the area where breakfast was suppose to be served was filled with boxes. I went to the front desk to ask where the breakfast was being served and a basket full of donuts and pastries was pulled out and said this was the breakfast.

Mildew in the shower. Elevators do not work and hasn't been. The lady at the front made it seems like it just happened. But from previous reviews, it's an ongoing problem. I think the health department needs to visit this place and you won't get a hot breakfast because there is no way that that place is clean enough to even serve people anything let alone coffee in the lobby. The breakfast they talk about is a two pack muffin and like I said coffee that I dare you to drink

Had cockroaches, strong smoke odor, microwave didn’t work, in one of the rooms, water was dripping through the shower, elevator was broken and I had an 83 year disabled person who had difficulties going up and down from his room on the 2nd floor. Staircase and corridor carpets are full of marks, dirty. Very disappointed that Choice will not check them thoroughly. Hopefully, Expedia will refund our money for our 4 rooms.

Check in date, elevator is not working at all and they dont know when to fix. The front desk clerk, Sazzad, give me a third floor room even he knows that elevator is not working. Once I found out the elevator was not working, I complained about 3rd floor room without elevator. Sazzad told me it was inly 3rd floor like nothing wrong with working up stairs with my heavy luggages. I told him i had heart problem, so i couldnt work up to third floor. Then he gave me options for either stay on 3rd floor without elevator or he sent me other place, Quality Suites after he charged me security deposit. He was very rude like yelling to speak and his behavior was nit professional enough to help customer, actually he didnt care about customers. In addition, he never apolozied at all for their elevator problem for inconvenience. This is worst motel that I never had before. I recommended all reviewers to not go this place. You will be registered once you put your step into this place and start see this guy, Sazzad.

Where do I begin. The elevator was broken, open, on the third floor with no signage. There was furniture in the hallways randomly. My room was missing the smoke detector and there was a hole in the ceiling. The tank lid on the toilet wasn’t even for that toilet. The bathroom door was damaged like someone tried to break into the bathroom. The whole hotel smelled awful. The staff at the front desk was on drugs and didn’t know what she was doing. 0/10 literally. Don’t waste your money 👌

NO BREAKFAST AND NO ELEVATOR(no sign for either and ZERO notification of such) these are the two HUGE concerns with this hotel. Very spacious. Windows open for fresh air. Hotel has slight odor of curry/smoke but not overbearing.

All in all, the experience was pretty good! My only issue is that they said there was free breakfast, and upon waking up there was none at all. Only coffee. The first room we received was disgusting, with roaches everywhere, stained sheets, and bugs in the bed. Upon reporting such, they moved us to a much nicer room.

Do not wake up at night: you'll see them around you! Near your bed, yes! Tons of them: you can easily take a picture! Baby cockroaches pop up in front of you! They are transparent, yet still disgusting!!!

do any cooking or use the dishes so I can't speak to that but I wouldn't want to anyway after seeing a few roaches. The staff was informed about the roaches at checkout but I didn't find out about the syringe until we were already heading back home and didn't have a chance to call them within an acceptable time frame. If staying in the area again, I would spend a bit more and stay elsewhere.

The property is in shambles. Everything is filthy, breaking and there were ants, cockroaches and bugs all around. In the kitchen, dish washer was broken, no utensils, no glasses and several items missing. No bathtub towel, dirty hairdryer, doors breaking, broken bathroom fan and furniture was filthy dirty with stains. Carpet in the hallway and stairs was dirty with people's puke. It was absolutely disgusting staying there. We had paid in advance so there was no refund. Continental breakfast was only coffee. Nothing else.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything from 2 doors down. They claim to serve breakfast and only put out coffee and a few muffins to grab. The bathroom was falling apart the carpet in the rooms and hallways haven’t been changed in over 2 years. The pool was filthy and the walls looked yellow. They charge double what Oyó or Super 8 charge per night and there is no difference in service or condition of the place.

Checked in on a Monday and the front office staff was RUDE!!! When my daughter and I got to our room our room door was cracked open and I had to push the door open so hard with my hips to open the door as it looked to be broken. So we unloaded our belongings then tried our room key before leaving for the day and good thing we did cuz we were unable to open it. Luckily the maintenance man was there to help us open the door which took him 7-10 times to get open. He shared with me someone had passed away in the room and they had to break down the door. The stank that came from that room was awful!!!!! Got switched and the lady still was rude as heck! The only good thing about this stay was it was centrally located to the things around town. Smelt like dog and cat piss everywhere. Worst stay ever!!!!!

This is the most awful “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at in 43 years. It was FILTHY. We arrived at 11:30pm and were leaving the next morning or we would’ve relocated to another hotel. Dead bugs on the floor throughout the hotel, roach in the room, refrigerator would not shut therefore it was open all night. The desk and chair had some sort of “liquid substance” on it so clearly had not been cleaned. Smoke detector and water sprinkler were hanging out of the ceiling. I’m pretty sure there was human feces on the bathroom wall. This place was DISGUSTING! We left by 8:30 the next morning so our stay there was less than 10 hours but it was definitely 10 hours too long. The “breakfast included” was a dry, stale 2 pack of muffins.

the front desk was nice. i was expecting to have breakfast but as you walk in you can see where a restaurant was. chairs were piled on top of tables and not a good look when you walk in. i had to go back to the front desk as my key wasn't working, the lady was a little annoyed as she told me not to put the key next to my phone as it wouldn't work. would've help to have been told this upon check in as i had never had this problem. I informed the front desk that the ironing board was broken, the maintenance guy was standing at the front desk and stated he would bring me one. it was never received. so I had to improvise to iron my clothes. it was a comfortable bed, the room looked more like a small one bedroom apt and that was ok. they need to do a better job at cleaning though. I spent a minute cleaning around the top of the shower wall. the hair dryer didn't look operational so i dared not use it. a bit more care but into the Hotel can make the difference. the Hotel gives the feel of, "we just mainly rent to industrial workers and those needing weekly housing"

The lobby and hallways have a musty, weed-like smell, which fortunately doesn't seem to make it into the rooms. This hotel would do well to rip up the carpet in the halls and replace it with tile or something, since no doubt that smell is held within the carpet/pad. The hotel seems to have at one point been under renovations... But I think they gave up. Everything here feels unfinished. The breakfast area was full of overturned and spent looking furniture. There was no breakfast available to my knowledge, but the staff did eat in there once. The doors in our room were crooked and didn't close properly and dragged on the floor. The door to the room closed and locked fine, which is all that is absolutely necessary. The kitchen came stocked with silverware and dishes, but they were all dirty. I had to wash them by hand because the dishwasher door was stuck closed thanks to the countertop being installed crooked. Room AC was great and the TVs were good. Comfy bed. Bathroom was good at first glance but the baseboard under the sink was mysteriously missing. We spotted five roaches during our stay which is a new high score, breaking our previous best of zero. If I had paid any more for the room I'd feel ripped off, basically.

Broken door to bathroom and was not able to close. Roach in the bathroom. Tub area was not clean. Booked a king room and was given a room with two beds. It was too late in the night to move and ask for a refund.

Wow. For every bad reason. Our first room assingment had a broken doorknob that would not open so they gave us the only other room available. This room with a kitchen came with 2 forks, 1 bowl, 1 towel, and 2 Queen beds. We are a family of 4 who booked this hotel because it had a kitchen. The microwave didnt work and when we asked the front desk for kitchen ware we recieved: 2 frying pans (one was dirty), 2 more forks, 2 bowls and 1 cup. No soap was available. The bathroom had chipped paint everywhere and blood smeared near the lightswitch. The toilet was broken so the water ran all night and we could not flush it without opening the tank and holding the chain mechanism.

I used expedia.com and I was not happy with the service

Got into the room and the top lock on the door was broken. The door to the bedroom didn’t even close. They didn’t leave us any towels except two hand towels and one slightly bigger towel. No bath towels. I did not feel safe here.

This facility is very unclean and unorganized. Although i cannot complain about the staff, they were very polite and professional.

No iron, no coffee maker, no breakfast, no cups, no dish soap or dishwasher soap, plus would not hold 2 prong just fell out, had to stand right in front of tv fir temote to work, horrible carpet, smell of cigarettes was worst. Will never stay in smoking hotel again.

Nice staff. Dirty hall carpets. No breakfast. Just a muffin. The room is nice. Couch has stains.

They show a big breakfast on the listing. So i chose this one. Then when checking in, the clerk says there is no breakfast. Just coffee and bagels.

Room was not clean. Did not shower as the tub was yellow and had paint spilled on the tub. They have held my 100.00 deposit to this day without refund 1 week now. Stayed here years ago and was good. Never again.

Run down property with shady characters and smell of weed smoke around. Stay away

Believe the reviews. There is no actual breakfast. They only give you two muffins. Water leaking from roof, musty aroma throughout the hotel, bugs, bugs, bugs (yes, including roaches). Would not recommend unless you're aware of what you're getting into

Hot water was limited and actually had no hot water one night. All water was out one day. Staff was not informative nor polite. Asked for a late check out and staff said they couldn’t approve a later check out. Disappointed with our stay.

They had roaches crwaling up the walls in the room, homeless people with all their bags piled up on the sidewalk as your walking up tk the entrance asking for money just not a good experience and shouldn't be listed

Hotel was filthy and the elevator didnt work
