    Property seemed on the older side although the rooms seemed partially updated except the bathroom. Bed was clean. No complimentary breakfast which seemed odd for that style of hotel. They charge $15 per vehicle per night which seemed ridiculous for a 3-star hotel in the suburbs

    The staff were amazing but that’s where the positive stopped. The air in our room was broken and it was so hot. One of our travelers was pregnant and we were told there were no other rooms were available. We were miserable all night. The hotel seemed run down and smelled strange too.

    Expected a different experience. Called a month in advance to confirm coffee maker is a regular drip coffee maker. It is not. Uses those little flat pods. Did not use. Went to Walmart and bought a $15 coffee maker, $2 coffee filters, and $8 bag of ground coffee. Spent $25 for unlimited cups equal to approximately 4 cups at the breakfast bar (Starbucks). Gave the coffee maker away and was money ahead. A/C and heater control was attached with duct tape. Bathroom does not have a fan.

    This is our second time at this property and this time was even better than the first! Extremely clean & quiet even during spring break! Front desk staff were very kind and welcoming and even informed me of some room upgrades that I may be able to utilize on my next visit. My family and I will definitely be visiting again!

    I picked this facility for two reasons. It was close to where I was there for business and it had a bistro/bar for dinner and breakfast. However when I arrived the bistro/ bar for food was not open for whatever reason and was not open the next morning. I came down for coffee at 10:15 and the guy at check out said they had already put the coffee up and it was obvious the bistro had not opened up for breakfast. Everywhere I have ever stayed had coffee out at least. I asked him if he knew of anywhere close by that might offer coffee and he was clueless. Also...the fact that I had to pay $20.00 for one night of parking in a parking lot with plenty of spaces was rediculous. The room was clean and comfortable except it had an adjoining room and I could hear more than I wanted to from the guests in that room. Im not sure I'd stay there again. I noticed several other hotels nearby that I will probably try instead. See the above comment

Moving all the luggage to another room was not a good option. I used earplugs. Your hotel overall is exceptional. Why do operate a noisy and popping heating A/C system?

    We booked this hotel about six months in advance for a business trip, with a confirmed and prepaid reservation through Expedia, from Tuesday to Saturday. A major conference was taking place at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel across the street, which is why this location was critical. As I was about to take an Uber from the airport, I received an email saying we had been relocated to another hotel farther away. I went directly to the Courtyard to speak with the General Manager. I was told the rooms were suddenly out of service and that nothing could be done. During the ride to the alternate hotel, the manager stated that non-Marriott members can be bumped, even with a long-standing confirmed reservation. Because the new hotel was not walkable to the conference and the area is not pedestrian friendly, we were forced to rent a car, resulting in $540 in additional expenses. At the conference, multiple attendees told us they had been overbooked at the Renaissance and relocated to this Courtyard. None of them were Marriott members, which strongly suggests early, lower-rate bookings were displaced to accommodate higher-rate conference guests. Marriott covered two nights at a Holiday Inn Express and discounted the remaining stay, but this did not come close to offsetting the inconvenience and added costs.     The breakfast was great - it seems like it was a little understaffed for the ladies working at the counter at times. Also, it was odd that the bar was not restocked in the evening. It seems like there were a lot of business people there for work trips, and the two nights I was there, people came to the bar and wanted a drink to unwind, but the selecte was limited the first day, then almost non-existent the 2nd day. Might want to consider more options and restocking each day to help bring that money back in from people willing to spend it!

    During my last stay, there were some loud guests slamming doors and stomping in the hallways late at night. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but more than once they answered and just put the phone on hold without saying anything. At one point, I even saw staff members in the back corner of the lobby, seemingly avoiding the calls. I understand things can get busy, but customer service should be a priority—especially when guests are trying to report disturbances. If the staff could work on being more responsive, especially at night, this would be a much better experience overall.

    Delightful stay after immediately leaving a well rated hotel with bedbugs. No bedbugs in our room and they had locked mattress protectors. Room was clean. Did have to switch rooms since the A/C wasn't working well but the new room was great! Staff was so accommodating and pleasant to my children.

    Clean updated hotel. Pool area is nice because there is covered patio next to it. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms clean, tons of hot water and good shower heads. Room stayed cool. Only thing I wished for would be hotel bar would stay open all during the day. Loved that they have a Starbucks! Easy check in and out. There is so much to eat or do right around this hotel.

    Fire alarm went off fur almost 30 minutes in the middle of the night. I jad to wake up my wife and drage her half asleep down 6 flights of stairs only to find out it was a false alarm. After teusging back up 6 flight of stairs, the alarm continued for another 10 minites. Thank god i had earplugs to soften the sound.

    This is a nice hotel in a relatively good location with access to restaurants and food grocery stores. The thing that was disconcerting about our stay was that the bed in our room was very poor bumpy no support. The noise level of the tenant below us was very loud in the middle of the night 3:30 in the morning so that was not something that we appreciated.

    I reserved a Suite and was given a regular room; the TV never worked for 4 days of my stay, and even when I asked several times to fix it, I was not offered to move to another room. The bed is super uncomfortable—one of the worst stays in a hotel. Asked for a discount and they refused to give me a discount after a really bad stay.

    The bed was comfy. It did get hot at night and I'm not sure why. The air conditioner turned off without cooling the room to the temp I wanted,so I just shut if off and turned it back on about 3 times a night. Now let's talk about the $50 a day "incidental" charge. I thought maybe their was a mini bar with snacks or something. But NO! It's just a greedy grab for more of your money. I liked the hotel, but I will not stay there again.
